Was thinking of the Masters USA in Dec but decided to go with the original plan of next years Masters Nationals. Need a full year to add size

Circleville is only around 25 miles from Columbus, Ohio. I went there during the 2013 Arnold Classic to investigate the case. And to go to Wal-Mart.

As it is...Freshour and The_Coach are not even the same species...but if Freshour dedicated to bodybuilding, I feel he could have been at the same level as Coach.

Masters Nats is perfect for you...............long story, and I am not one to cry sour grapes about my placings as I have gotten good breaks in the NPC...........very fair for the most part,but I had a problem with an IFBB official in Pittsburgh (Masters Nats) there once and she had it in for me year after year.

An option I chose after this debacle was to compete in the NABBA USA organization............ .......................s till the Masters Nats but under their banner.

Competition is good,but not quite as good.................no testing as it`s not a natty event.

Height classes as well as age groups..............look into it if interested.

This is where I met your pal Doug Brignole..........great guy.

I really want to tell about this IFBB official who fucked me over..............she did the exact same thing to Paul Dillet..............in a bigger contest of course.

Keep pumping brother.

Her and my brother in-law were at our house on Friday,on Saturday evening we got a call that some idiot crossed the center line and hit them head on.........killing her.

Post by: Methyl m1ke on September 19, 2019, 12:53:18 PM: Well I suppose the movement can be used for other purposes but in my mind (and as far as I was taught) crossovers serve as the best exercise to hit your pecs from the peak contracted position.

I still train according to POF principles, if you couldn't tell.

All I'm saying is to give a quick squeeze when your pec hits its contracted state. It makes a world of difference in terms of muscle fiber recruitment.

Also doing it one arm I've tried that years past and it really limits the amount of weight you can use due to balance issues. It's awkward, at least for me. Whatever burn you maybe experience definitely does not offset the fiber recruitment you are missing out on due to the lesser weight you are using.

Just my humble opinion, I look nowhere near as good as you do so take my opinion for whatever it may be worth (which may be nothing.)
