Almost at my goal

230-235 is the goal, this morning I hit a solid 228lbs before breakfast. This was taken during tonights training....

Was thinking of the Masters USA in Dec but decided to go with the original plan of next years Masters Nationals. Need a full year to add size

Coach is legit. I used to find him annoying (actually still do) but can’t deny the guy is the real deal. Terrific bodybuilder.

The_Coach_is_Back_! always reminded me of a jacked Paul Freshour from the Circleville Letters mystery... Circleville is only around 25 miles from Columbus, Ohio. I went there during the 2013 Arnold Classic to investigate the case. And to go to Wal-Mart.

As it is...Freshour and The_Coach are not even the same species...but if Freshour dedicated to bodybuilding, I feel he could have been at the same level as Coach.

Joe,you look great buddy............getting huge,but still retaining shape and definition.

PROPS.

Masters Nats is perfect for you...............long story, and I am not one to cry sour grapes about my placings as I have gotten good breaks in the NPC...........very fair for the most part,but I had a problem with an IFBB official in Pittsburgh (Masters Nats) there once and she had it in for me year after year.

An option I chose after this debacle was to compete in the NABBA USA organization............ .......................s till the Masters Nats but under their banner.

Competition is good,but not quite as good.................no testing as it`s not a natty event.

Height classes as well as age groups..............look into it if interested.

This is where I met your pal Doug Brignole..........great guy.

I really want to tell about this IFBB official who fucked me over..............she did the exact same thing to Paul Dillet..............in a bigger contest of course.

Keep pumping brother.

I agree that pic does suck but it was my 6th. contest in a row.

Even though you flaunt your wealth and your beautiful wife,which I`m sure she truly is,doesn`t mean that I`m uneducated.

Also I`m perfectly happy even though your watch costs more than my car.

In essence,you were probably handed everything you got from daddy.
