Moving to Heavies for the Nationals (Masters)

You got to post that quad video here. I had to do a double-take. Amazing progress.

Imagine if you incorporated Basile's DOMS principles.

Haven’t used Tren since me show in May. I’m on my 6th week of PCT. which was started 14 days after I stopped my cycle.  this is my off time with the exception of 3IU of GH until Feb.

Maybe just post the IG link here. You sure laid to rest that you can't improve your legs when you get over 50.

Getting heavier at close to 60 yrs of age isn’t wise

I fear for your health coach, in all honestly

bet this guy would argue that he gets his blood work done routinely and checks the ingredients list for every food he puts into his body.

Quoted for truth. If anything you should be dropping weight.

It's not on there. It was a vid posted maybe two days ago. Very impressive the amount of lean muscle mass he's put on those quads. To tell you the truth, I didn't think it was Coach as it was just his legs. Still not 100% sure. But I would assume that if it wasn't him he would say so.

Hey Coach do you get money for doing these shows? Is there financial upside, like more clients etc..?

I don't know a lot about the competitive side of bb. For validation I've always just taken my shirt off and walked around.

I’ve stated this before, yes, I get quite a few clients, it’s helped boost my apparel, I have 2 sponsors. My income is still six figures and a lot less stress then when I had my facility(s)

Let's see the physique. Putting on mass isn't always a good thing.  ::)

After a week of uncontrollable hiccups, the first logical move is to put on more bodyweight.

Jesus take the wheel  :D

 ;D

Maybe the extra bodyweight will stifle the hiccups

Hiccups are gone. Digestive problem. I’ve dropped 10lbs, changed my diet to more digestible foods.

What’s the weight difference between these two? Don’t you need to go the other way on the scale? Or is just “game day” weight that matters?

You mean what was my weight before I dropped the 10? I’m 235 was 244-45. I won’t be a big heavy. Goal will be to weigh in the day before around 204-206 and step on stage the next evening around 215 give or take, at least thats the plan at this point

I’m sorry, excuse me??

Not one of the tenants in that facility knew that owners haven’t paid their lease for almost 2 years.

You come on here and talk shit about me after you sent an email wanting to train or join me on my 5mile walks on the HB boardwalk and talk bodybuilding and now you come here and talk shit? “Sure pal”

I’ll tell you the same thing I tell anyone that wants to talk shit about me. Spit it out, what’s your problem?

Don’t hate because I have the drive to get back on my feet and make money while still living in the same place I’ve lived for the past 17 years....on the beach. But I guess I’m just “peddling” tee shirts.....at the rate of 500-600 units per week.

Find a way and don’t complain. It’s amazing what happens when you work
