Maaaaaan.... Lol
Since January 1st 2019 I've been busting my ass, getting back into the groove of bodybuilding. This month I got down to 188 lbs, that's 12 lbs away from my contest weight... (Down from 260 lbs if you remember)...
And I had a great formula going... I had been literally eating 350g of carbs a day... And still staying lean
Even when the gyms closed. I was training like a mad man at home... Getting in great shape and running Evey morning at 4 am ..
And then this Tuesday I broke my foot... Got a nice Jones fracture. 6 weeks in a boot, hopefully it heals right and no surgery will be needed
Oh well.. upper body day forevaaaa! ;D

Damn sorry to hear it Ach..dude you look fucking great.
Train as well as you can, lower carbs a bit due to the limited leg work and cardio you`ll more than likely be doing, and keep on that diet!
Even though you are injured dont lose the fire or get depressed and get huge again........this too shall pass my brother
Best of luck.

UNREAL, ACH! But sorry to hear about your accident.
What's your plan to 'keep on going' and how long do you think it will take to 'get back there'?
Best to ya, ACH!

Looking at the first photo it looks like your foot was amputated.
-
Fantastic condition, bro. When the page loaded, I saw your knee and did not focus beneath it - I thought you went full Flex Wheeler.

Thanks everyone... I took 3 days off to comfort eat lol. Woke up at 5 this morning and hit back with resistance bands and dumbbells. Tracking my food as well so far.
In retrospect its only 6 weeks (unless it doesn't heal well and surgery is needed). Will try my best to keep the diet tight and continue hitting upper body hard!
-
Still have those great bi's!!
-
Thats what happens when you forget to train your feet in the gym.

I had been running on it and stressing it for a few weeks. It was hurting everyday but nothing that raised any alarms then I dropped a glass cup in the kitchen and when I jumped to avoid the breaking glass I guess that finished the job.
