Deadlifts are tricky, its best my knees are locked out for most of the rep , this puts more on glutes hams and calves , it saves the lower back immensly

Charles Glass is an imbecile. He was in the right place at the right time in the 90's and was able to establish a name for himself. Go and watch any of his training vids on YT... his ridiculous training methods, reasoning and explanations are worse than any bro-science I've ever heard.
