I've always wondered that! LOL! I kinda always figured that majority of my getbig brothers weren't really impressive physically and just wanted the rest of this site to think that they were.
Back on topic, I do sets of 15 with 50lbs with good form on incline flies, and that's heavier than the majority of my gym does.

I'm only 5'4" and Davey Boy aka British Bulldog was at least 4-6 taller than me when I was standing next to him while we talked the second time he came in town and set me up for tickets. Warlord wasn't there that time as I think that was after he got busted for importing/selling steroids by then. The first time he was with Warlord, and they trained together. Warlord towered over him, and was way bigger so 300+ or close to it would not shock me, and he was not fat at all. Wasn't shredded like Warrior, but definitely not fat/bloated looking.
I've told this b4, but one of the craziest things I've seen was Crush (I forget his real name) squatting 315 for reps, while Bulldog was doing straight barbell curls nearby with 185 like it was nothing, and then Crush yells "hey Davey, watch this" as he got done doing probably a set of 20 reps. We had the old pedastal type things for squats so there was no top of a cage or anything or he wouldn't have been able to do this as he is tall as fuck, but he proceeded to calmly shoulder press the 315 off of the back of his shoulders, press it all the way up, and slowly lower it down in front of him to place it on the pedestals. Everyone that saw it was just looking at him, and then at each other like WTF?...Did we all just really see that?
Some of the guys were really impressive even though you had seen them on tv and knew they were big, and likely very strong. Others were complete let downs. Macho Man must've been clean while in WWF, cuz he was tiny in person. He only did cardio that day so no idea how strong he was. Clearly he found the sauce while he was on Nitro. Totally different physique. X-Pac was a shrimp and a pussy with the weights. Duggan was a fat weak fuckhead. Jake the Snake maxed out at 20lb dbells on side lateral raises......again, I'm a short little shit and I could do 50's for sets of between 10-12 at 17 years old b4 I ever juiced, and later in life moved up to 65's for between 15-20

I've never seen Crush (Brian Adams) in person.
I've seen Savage several times in Tyrone Square Mall, when I lived in St. Petersburg. He was anything but small. He has the rep of being "small" in the WWF, because he was usually compared to guys like Hogan and Warrior. Same goes for Brutus Beefcake (who I saw in that same mall, once). Arsenio Hall actually asked Savage if he ever took steroids in 1992 (during Savage's second world title reign). Savage said he experimented with it but he stopped and that using steroids was like putting poison in your body. He later joked that anabolics gave him a bad case of PMS.
He was definitely larger in WCW, particularly after he injured his knee. My best friend worked in Gold's Gym in Pinellas Park. There were two girls reading a magazine (MuscleMag, I think) and I could overhear them just HATING on the fitness girls in the magazines.
Savage hobbled over to one of them (with his leg, the right one I think, almost completely covered in a cast). One of the women was Savage's girlfriend, who left the building to get his car for him. She parked it near the door and they both helped him hop to his ride.
BTW, what is it about wrestlers getting super-SWOLE after knee injuries: Savage, Helmsley, etc.

Both. He was champ at the time so he got limo rides. I was working at the counter, and he was sitting on the bench up front for a while. There was a laundromat across the street, and when I asked him why he was just sitting there and not working out, he said he had dropped his stuff off there and was waiting for it to be done, but felt better sitting in a gym vs. a laundromat and being bothered all the time. I asked him where they were going next, and he replied Brown County Arena....I asked do you mean the one in Green Bay, WI, that is where I grew up. He said yes, and we talk for about 30 minutes until he had to go across the street to put his shit in the dryer. Very friendly guy, much more soft spoken than his character and interviews. Having grown up in GB with all the Packer players around I've never been a "can I have your autograph guy"....if I'd known he'd die so young, I wish I woud've gotten his though.
As far as lifting, he was strong, but he was more of a moderate weight and higher reps dude. Granted that was one day of seeing him lift so maybe he did high/low. IDK? Him and Bulldog were the two coolest out of all of them that I met over the years by far. Orton was a fucking full oiut dick. I wasn't there when HHH came in, but my fellow sales person and best friend was. Said he was cool as fuck, talked for a while, said thank you upon entry and when leaving when done with his workout, and actually asked him if he would like will call tickets.
To the other guy that asked about Duggan. He was just an entitled dickhead. While I was working there he came in three times. Everytime he came in he would say "What's up brother?" and try to proceed to walk past the counter to check in. When we would tell him he needed to sign in under the guest registration, he would get all pissy and make a spectacle about "you know who I am, right?", to which we would have to explain it's not about who you are, it's about the waiver above you signature. Many of the younger members/kids with their parents would ask for autographs, and he was the only one I've seen deny EVERYONE. Others would sometimes say "I'm working out, but get with me when I'm done and I will sign whatever you want" and then give them will call tickets for their whole family as well. They were all goods except for Duggan. Beverly Brothers were funny as fuck, as were the Bushwackers. I remember the Bushwackers buying some ABB drinks after their workout (this was the fanny pack days), they pulled out a wad of cash that was all hundreds on the outside. He instantly replied "that's the fucking British Bulldog. I'm tall, but I'm not looking to get my ass kicked over $5" The funny thing is that when I got tiks from the Beverly Brothers, they were looking at clothes in our pro shop and picked out a few things. They came to the counter to pay, and we just gave it to them. Bulldog woul've never had to pay for his drinks either. I think he just though it was a funny thing to do since he laughed running out the doors. LOL! RIP

Both. He was champ at the time so he got limo rides. I was working at the counter, and he was sitting on the bench up front for a while. There was a laundromat across the street, and when I asked him why he was just sitting there and not working out, he said he had dropped his stuff off there and was waiting for it to be done, but felt better sitting in a gym vs. a laundromat and being bothered all the time. I asked him where they were going next, and he replied Brown County Arena....I asked do you mean the one in Green Bay, WI, that is where I grew up. He said yes, and we talk for about 30 minutes until he had to go across the street to put his shit in the dryer. Very friendly guy, much more soft spoken than his character and interviews. Having grown up in GB with all the Packer players around I've never been a "can I have your autograph guy"....if I'd known he'd die so young, I wish I woud've gotten his though.
As far as lifting, he was strong, but he was more of a moderate weight and higher reps dude. Granted that was one day of seeing him lift so maybe he did high/low. IDK? Him and Bulldog were the two coolest out of all of them that I met over the years by far. Orton was a fucking full oiut dick. I wasn't there when HHH came in, but my fellow sales person and best friend was. Said he was cool as fuck, talked for a while, said thank you upon entry and when leaving when done with his workout, and actually asked him if he would like will call tickets.
To the other guy that asked about Duggan. He was just an entitled dickhead. While I was working there he came in three times. Everytime he came in he would say "What's up brother?" and try to proceed to walk past the counter to check in. When we would tell him he needed to sign in under the guest registration, he would get all pissy and make a spectacle about "you know who I am, right?", to which we would have to explain it's not about who you are, it's about the waiver above you signature. Many of the younger members/kids with their parents would ask for autographs, and he was the only one I've seen deny EVERYONE. Others would sometimes say "I'm working out, but get with me when I'm done and I will sign whatever you want" and then give them will call tickets for their whole family as well. They were all goods except for Duggan. Beverly Brothers were funny as fuck, as were the Bushwackers. I remember the Bushwackers buying some ABB drinks after their workout (this was the fanny pack days), they pulled out a wad of cash that was all hundreds on the outside. I think the only great thing about Twitter and Facebook is that these "celebrities" have exposed themselves for the hypocritical piles of shit and dumbfucks they really are. I think the awe factor is done finally, Hollywood is dying if not already dead, and movie theaters will no longer exist. I saw a clip on YT that the Oscars were down another 60% this year with only 5.6M viewers........and I think that's inflated. I didn't even know they were on/had happened.
