I worked at a Gold's that Connors was part owner of, so they always got to work out for free when in town. To this day, Warlord is the biggest mother fuckin dude I've ever seen. Traps up to his ears. They always gave us will call tickets. Undertaker looked like a tall pile of shit with hardly any muscle at all. Davie Boy, Warlord, and Warrior were cool as fuck to talk to as a young kid. I don't know who Berzerker was, but he was funny as shit too. Hacksaw was the biggest prick not only of all the WWF guys we let in, but out of 99.9% of the members too. That really took me buy surprise. Wanted to grab the 2x4 we used to squat on and hit him over the head with it. Lot's of memories of so many WWF guys that came in over the years. Good times....except for Duggins

BTW, isn't HBK in his late 50's now? When I met him he was obviously in the biz so at least he had to be 25+, and I was only 17 then. What kinda weights should he be lifting at that age?

warlord had to go well over 300lbs right? i remember seeing him at a house show in erie pa, when i was a kid, where he actually won match! dude hit a double bicep and i swear those peaks were 3 inches above his delts

NOBODY is claiming that Michaels was Yates' size or anywhere near it. Who cares? I said from the start Michaels wasn't a big man, not by wrestling standards. He even made the point, to even reach, 240 trying to hang with his much larger buddies like Razor (6'7") and Diesel (7'0"), he was gorging himself silly.

That was around 1993, where he's not nearly as cut as he'd be in the late 90s.

I sure did. I also qualified it by saying that he wasn't a big man by wrestling standards, especially compared to his Kliq buddies, Razor and Diesel. And that was at his max. Usually, he hovered around 210-220. He was a lot more cut in '96 than he was in '93 or early '94.

You're the one implying that Michaels is supposed to look like a competition bodybuilder at 240 lbs. He's not and never has been. So why should anyone be surprised that he wasn't living superhuman poundages or being a "BEAST" in the gym?

HBK might have never benched 315, but I saw him hit a juiced to the gills Ken Shamrock with a super kick to the chin that would have knocked a normal man's head off into the 4th row.

Plus at 185 pounds he also beat a peak (wrestling and bodybuilding/physique wise) Triple H for the world championship after a 4 YEAR HIATUS!

No one in bodybuilding, powerlifting or mma has done anything as remarkable.

Thats nice to know. He was my favorite Wrestler as a kid and a big component of inspiring me to lift weights along with watching Arnold and Sly movies.

I know this is getbig, and we all use the 200's for 12+ reps on incline flies... but for the rest of the world 55lb incline flies with good form is actually pretty good.

Majority here work out maybe 2 times per month, if at all. Mostly unemployed and put up posts all day criticizing successful men with the belief it makes themselves seem more masculine.

Shawn Michaels was an elite athlete at the top of his game. He could do flies with 150# perfect form (as defined by judging in fly competitions) regularly.
