Women deserve equal pay if the skills and job duties are the same as a man.
Can someone enlighten this SJW. She plays women's soccer. The reason she's getting paid less is due to the fact that women's soccer brings in much less revenue than men's soccer.

In sports it's different than in an office setting.
Obviously women's sports don't bring in much money because nobody cares about it.
It's silly to think she should get paid more, the money isn't there.
Now if you are working at an engineering firm or something, it should be fair pay based on "merit". Their are ranges people get paid for a reason. I've never seen it lean too far one way or another, but i've had a lot of female employees who claimed they were under paid. Yet had no basis, they just "felt" that way because it's the cool thing to do and a lot of women like to play the victim.

That's all there is to. Female athletes get paid less than male athletes because they generate less money. They generate less money because they are inferior players.
Furthermore, Biden wants biological males to compete in female sports. So I have no idea how he thinks women will be able to even BE in sports at all, if men will be competing in women's leagues.

No woman on earth could start for a division 3 men's team. The gap is that large. I played multiple times against a girl who is an all time top 10 scorer in NYS High School history and ended up going to Duke. In one tournament, she was the only woman on the court, with a group of guys who only played D3 basketball (myself) or Community College basketball, and she was by FAR the worst player on the court!
I never guarded her specifically, nor did she guard me, but she was the weak link on the floor by a huge margin. So much so that the guy she guarded was embarrassed that she was guarding him and would pass the ball instantly every single time he got the ball.
She is known as a living legend in the town I live in and I would never say this to anyone from here because they would go insane, but I could have crushed her in a game of 1 on 1 back then. It would have been like a varsity player playing against a modified player.

Before the shut down, I ran in a half marathon in New York City. One of the other runners, who is my age, was a five time Olympic trials qualifier in the marathon. I’m a good but not great distance runner. I finished ahead of her in the race. I weighed about 190. She weighs about 110.

This bitch slapping has happened so many times in cycling that they won't allow women to race against anything other than the lower class amateur men- and even then they get clobbered. I recall some years back the women's world road champion showed up to race in Boulder, Colorado. She wanted to race against the men pros but wasn't allowed to - instead they let her race in the amateur men's category 3 (average level rider) class. She got 39th in a field of about 45 guys, lol. The guys she beat pretty much were just pedaling easy at the end.
