In sports it's different than in an office setting.
Obviously women's sports don't bring in much money because nobody cares about it.
It's silly to think she should get paid more, the money isn't there.
Now if you are working at an engineering firm or something, it should be fair pay based on "merit". Their are ranges people get paid for a reason. I've never seen it lean too far one way or another, but i've had a lot of female employees who claimed they were under paid. Yet had no basis, they just "felt" that way because it's the cool thing to do and a lot of women like to play the victim.
Exactly.
It was not nice of me to say "[Women] are inferior players" [even though they are]. But...it's undeniable that female sports generate less revenue.
Notice these feminist assholes don't want equality in roofing, or equal in sewage maintenance jobs. They only want equal pay in high-paying jobs in air-conditioned offices.
The other reason why the pay gap myth is so toxic is because "men get paid 22%" more than women because they work 22% more hours.
To blame men and accuse them of discrimination for simply PUTTING IN MORE HOURS AT WORK is disgusting gaslighting.
If you watch the show "Shark Tank" [I don't watch TV, but have caught some episodes], it has been accused of being anti-female at times. But you will see that the female sharks invest in females just as little as the male sharks do. Maybe less than the male sharks do!
