Standing barbell military 165 for 8 max
Rest 2to3 minites
Barbell squat 135 for 13 almost max no squat rack
Just these two sets push me to where im about to pass out before i head to work feels like hiit cardio. i also do abs beforehand in a few light warmup sets... But i feel this is all i need everyother day in this heat
I eat like shit because junkfood allows me motivation in hot weather
As jay masters says any work beyond your max set is just exercising wasting calories

Ah yes I didn't account for you weighing 400lbs I actually do bodyweight sissy squats myself due to my knees so I get it. Just saying most people squat 5X more than they shoulder press.

I don't actually count calories I only added them up a couple times because everyone asked
When stomach feels good and I am lifting I eat as much as I can
When stomach doesn't feel good I eat as much as I can

Hard to disagree. The basic compound movements are definitely going to give you the best bang for your buck from a lifting standpoint.
