Just these two sets push me to where im about to pass out before i head to work feels like hiit cardio. i also do abs beforehand in a few light warmup sets... But i feel this is all i need everyother day in this heat
I eat like shit because junkfood allows me motivation in hot weather
As jay masters says any work beyond your max set is just exercising wasting calories
