I may have a minor Umbilical Hernia the Gastro is out today should I just wait and call Monday or go to an ER? A little background I also have a Hiatal Hernia and I have been passing blood. I just feel like the ER is going to tell me to go the Gastro anyway who will say 2 weeks for an apt then another couple weeks to schedule to fix. I can't just sit around doing nothing for a month waiting to get surgery to be told to do nothing for another month. So just keep training until surgery or avoid surgery until an alien pops out? But yeah should I go to ER or just call Gastro Monday?

Get well soon. Passing blood sounds like a hospital visit. I'm not a doctor but I pretend to be one on getbig. I don't think any doctor would tell you I'll see you in three weeks if you're passing blood. Go to the ER and let them tell you the direction you should take after they check you out. Blood when you crap from a hernia is serious. Don't wait.

Hi! I had the same thing at the end of Spring. Will take 6 weeks to recover; maybe a week or two more. It's a major surgery in that they'll cut through your abdominal wall. You'll be in pain for a few days or week afterwards and the hardest thing will be getting in and out of chairs or bed due to the pain. Good luck!

Well I am certainly not taking 6 weeks off that is not an option Ronnie broke his back and didn’t miss a workout. Also I smoke and cough and eat and train. Is this how I go down ate too much coughed too hard and my belly popped open?? I just feel like I am so hard I can’t be faded. Ain’5 no one got no time for no alien belly birth. I am too close gains are being made.

You are one delusional fuck. Can not believe you ever found someone to procreate with. Best way to alleviate that hernia is inject 125ml of air into a vein. Hope this helps

As far as the umbilical hernia is concerned, I would keep training unless it worsens (gets bigger or hurts). I’ve had an umbilical hernia about your size since college (15 years ago) and it hasn’t gotten any worse while training intensely. The surgeon would most likely just want to make money. I’d be worried more about your other hernia and passing blood (wtf?)

I wish you can see the deformation going to call Monday and try to get in asap but I am thinking maybe out 1-2 weeks tops post repair if needed not 6. But that is my point it is hard to make linear gains especially as you age because if it isn't one thing it is another that breaks down and gives out. I am at the point where I have to train something regardless too old to just take time off every time something hurts would never get anywhere.

I am slowly adding quality size. I also surfed for two hours this am and walked 4 miles on the beach all before noon. I will lift later today. Legs and back and everything else is simply a matter of filling out. I am 220 in the am waking now. I get up to about 225 during the course of the day. My frame though is going to need 240lbs to be really filled out. It will take some time but I can not add fat my body stays lean. I am clearly trained. It really is just a matter of increasing my calories and maintaining them at this point everything I add is muscle because yes I train and have trained for years. The body wants to grow it just needs more food. This next year or two before 45 should be interesting. If I am going to make any gains the time is now injuries, disease, and fucking plagues be damned.

Work out hard, eat good and with some rest and recovery, and the 10% finishing touch of drugs... you can turn that minor hernia into a major one. No Pain No Gain. Get Big Or Die Trying.

You been given plenty of advice regarding your hernias, so I have nothing to add relating to this issue. What caught my attention is that you smoke and smoke enough that it makes you cough. This explains why you have so much trouble maintaining weight gains. If you smoke, you aren't that concerned about your health or you'd quit.

Good to know that you don't puff on cigarettes or cigars. Did you know that these the vape is laden with various chemicals, many which are known to cause throat irritation. A chronic cough can result from this. My grandson vapes....he sometimes coughs so hard he throws up.
