I am slowly adding quality size. I also surfed for two hours this am and walked 4 miles on the beach all before noon. I will lift later today. Legs and back and everything else is simply a matter of filling out. I am 220 in the am waking now. I get up to about 225 during the course of the day. My frame though is going to need 240lbs to be really filled out. It will take some time but I can not add fat my body stays lean. I am clearly trained. It really is just a matter of increasing my calories and maintaining them at this point everything I add is muscle because yes I train and have trained for years. The body wants to grow it just needs more food. This next year or two before 45 should be interesting. If I am going to make any gains the time is now injuries, disease, and fucking plagues be damned.
