Lower your heart rate and live longer
https://www.ergo-log.net/loweryourheartrate.html
"Heart rate & longevity
Scores of studies have shown that a slow heartbeat is a sign of cardiovascular health, and that people with a lower heart rate are less likely to die from cardiovascular disease. This is a known fact."
-
today my resting heart rate was 47 before I did my daily exercise routine. since my issues I track it daily. 50 minutes cardio and 50 minutes weights 24/7/365. missed 4 days in the last year. will be 70 soon.

Hmm... DNP causes tachycardia - wonder if it can lead to edema via kidney damage..?
-
Thyroid meds in high doses raise it too.
But he's a superhuman being simply living here with us mortals.
He will be here soon to tell us babies have a high HR and grow fast so it's important for his gains.
Because you know, that's how it all works.
It's a shame all these massive athletes haven't figured that out yet.

No bodybuilder or weightlifter with some size has a good resting heart rate. On steroids it's even worse
Muscle = needs oxygen
If you want to live longer dont lift for size and stay small
-
Bhank posted his knee x-rays and I saw the adamantium injections.

Diuretics are not to be trifled with probably the most dangerous thing you can take. I never use them but the edema was bad so I took 4 instead of 2 and another 2 things to reduce what may have been causing the water retention. Long story short body dropped a lot of fluid brain feels dry hard to even think. Trying to sip water now may take a day or 2 to stabilize

None with the medical acumen of Bhank.
🤣

Bhank, sorry you are feeling poorly.
You might want to change your handle to Yo-yo because that's what you've been doing lately. It's getting difficult to keep up. One day your all hyped up on getting bulked up no matter what it takes. Youu end up making yourself sick and then you go overboard trying to loose the water weight, which everyone but you seems to know is not real weight anyway. This might be too much logic for you, but slow and easy might actually do something to help you achieve the goal you seek of being both big and cut.

You need to get to a doc. High BP, edema, high HR. At the very least right NOW 162mg baby aspirin

Naw, he's doing fine. Just needs to eat more bacon and butter sticks.
Bhanks, just keep plugging away on your noble quest. There's nothing more important in life than big muscles. If it's something to live for it's also something to die for.
God speed.

Its been my focus for the last ten years, 47 is low good for you, im sitting at 62 hope to get under 60 when i get around to dropping some weight.

Brian...
Get off the BB drugs, all of them except maybe 100 mg of Test.
Eat a maintenance diet of clean foods, add in a brisk 1/2 hour walk each day (outside). Keep up with your hard weight-workouts.
Get on Carditone for BP. (Ayush Herbs).
You're approaching mid-40's. Homeostasis is screaming "STOP" as you're not supposed to grow (artificially) at this point in your life.
You at 220, is still BIG with a good physique. Build Health/Fitness from "inside out" at this point in life...

You've taken diuretics and your blood pressure has gone up instead of down...?
Get to a doctor Bhank.
Yeah, 144/99 is not insanely high, but there's something systemic going on here

Coach
This is quite specific advice - can I ask why 'baby' please?
And is it something that you recommend people take as an every-day prophylactic?
And is the 162mg based on bhanks weight, or is that a standard dose across the board?
Thanks in advance

Wasting your time trying to provide a dose of reality here. He is in fantasy land.
