FIXED

I got to tell you the food the last few days has helped. I was 227 waking this am. I am starting to cocoon sitting 230 at noon everything feels fuller. I have cut down my training frequency as I focus on heavier compound movements and more rest and food.

We went from a gym squat which I can do have posted one of me doing 365 to something more like this now? Yes? Seems like a rather high standard. I mean I don't need to beat Wes I need to beat Mr Olympia to achieve true getbig standards. I will deliver of course but that is going to take a little more time. I realized you were all just going to complain about depth when I posted the 365 which was 90. So then I go light and see how low I can physically go and everyone says see you can't squat. I can't win. But I will bury 405 just might take a little longer since I am being held to the Mr Olympia depth standard now.

I don't usually hit 230 until late in the evening. I usually wake in the low 220s not the highs and honestly haven't been 230 for a couple months. So yes my weight is on the up and up I was 232lbs before bed and earlier today before my nap. I have also maintained 230lbs for a couple days now. I made some minor changes as well. It's strange but I can feel the difference of just a few extra pounds. I like to go into my squat workouts a little light if I get too heavy I start getting lower back pumps. My weight will go up and down but it's a little more solid each time. I have taken several extra days of rest as well. Trying to fully recover

Before you can be a shredded 230lbs you have to be 230lbs if I could push to 240 the body would be forced to grow

What the hell is wrong with you, nobody cares how deep Mr Olympia squats. You said you could "rep 405" almost 6 months ago and to this day all we have is a half rep 355 and 4 good reps with 225. A legit 405 for reps will not happen from you, you ran your mouth and can't back it up. Admit you lied and we can all move forward from there.

I did a clean rep with 365 there was nothing half about it. I then did 225 to my ankles not good reps way deeper than good reps. Again a squat is 90 degrees not 45 degrees. I absolutely could do 405 to 90 degrees right fucking now but everyone will just complain it's not deep enough so what is the point. I thought 365 was good enough and switched my attention to training. But considering I squatted 365 and everyone says I just squatted 225 no point in squatting 405 wont get any credit anyway

Simply put, you failed to do proper reps with enough depth to be called legal except with 225 which is kid weight......end of excuses....end of story.

If you add 100lbs it can't all be water weight. I am sorry have I been lifting for money? Is everyone else around here getting paid to lift? The lifting gods have not sent me a dime yet.

You claimed you could do 405.

Try 405 for 6-8 reps you won’t be able to.

Your training for hypertrophy not strongman.

With your training videos it’s better to do mens bikini because your legs won’t grow.

I said I could do a rep and would rep it soon enough. I made that claim October 23rd. It took a month to get my sleeves then I was sick from xmas through Jan for a month and still squatted 365 at a bodyweight under 215lbs. I am just now getting my bodyweight back to full size my strength will be much greater the next time I go heavy.

Clearly you guys are my biggest fans just begging for release of new video content. I tell you what I promise this next week on squat day I will make a new video. If you want to know how much, how deep, and for how many reps you will just have to wait a few more days. But I had to call it off once due to lower back pump so it depends how I am feeling that day. I do have an old herniated disc from a decade ago sometimes it flares up. So not sure if it will be deep reps or a one rep max attempt but you can pre order your tickets now to the Quadshow.

405 doing 405 for reps is the most impressive. Remember they are shifting some of that extra/useless bodyweight too when squatting.

405 repping 405 is probably more impressive than 315 repping 405 if they were the same height. Let's say 6ft

Conversely 225 at 6ft repping 405 would be the most impressive.
