I agree with 2 out of his top 3.
I like:
Close grip bench / JM Press
Skull Crushers
French Curl (tricep over-head press w/ curl-bar).
[Same thing he's doing though he's using a d-bell]

good post, however ferrigno plates spotted so.......
-
McDougal extensions
Inverted rope pushdowns w/gravity boots
And lets not forget Zooterman kickbacks
-
Loved the close grip bench for years
Now just typically go
Pushdown with straight bar
Dumbbell extensions lying on side on incline bench
Palms up single arm pushdown standing sideways to pully moving cross the body
Few sets to failure each at end of deltoid workout
-
Why no tricep kickbacks?
Seriously, any kind of heavy pressing.
-
Z-bar skull crushers hands down

Narrow upright weighted dips
yup, excellent point.
I like those as well, good mass-builders.

Dips
Overhead DB extensions, both hands on one heavy DB
V-bar or rope cable press downs
That's what has worked best for me.
I can't do skull crushers anymore due to the pain they give me in the elbows.
One thing that has worked good for me recently since i can't go heavy anymore, is super setting movements in the 12-15 rep range with a good pumping action. I swear my tris look more full now that i have been doing this for a few years. Just blast them hard at the end of a workout.

Interesting.
We have something similar to that at my gym, i'll give it a go.

With all the pressing guys do, why isolate a muscle with exercises that end up destroying the elbow joint over time?
-
overhead extensions with a close grip. upper arms as vertical as possible.
skull crushers with upper arm as perpendicular to the ground as possible.
and either close grip bench on a decline, or pushdowns, leaning over the bar with elbows out wide (kinda mimic's the same movement of a close grip bench on a decline, except you can get some body-english in the mov't.
there.. all 3 angles.

That's whats fun about bodybuildering.

Does it really destroy the joint? I get pains but I figure it is from the tendons and bursa. I never thought it would cause a problem to the joint in the same way that benching might affect the shoulder joint.

Masturbating in a one handed handstand position against a wall with a slight elbow bend for constant tension in the tris.
-
Close grip benches though I liked them, always fucked up my wrists even if I taped them with athletic tape.
Therefore, I`d omit them and go with :
Skullcrushers
Seated French Press
Triceps Dips Between Benches....preferably with weight in your lap.

Have the body in a straight up and down position (180 degrees). The body will tend to lean a bit forward when dipping, calling on the delts and pecs to assist. If targeting the triceps, you do not want that. May have to have a training partner help steady and hold that 180 degree position for you. Or prop the feet/lower body against something; bench, chair, etc.
Would suggest a "V" bar for dipping. With focus on the tricep you want a closer to the body, elbows in position for the complete rep. Flairing the elbows out during the rep takes away the full affect of the exercise on those triceps, calling more on the delts and pecs for aid. If not having a "V" bar, than any device that would help with a closer dipping hand position.
Going to fine also that you will not be as strong in that true straight up position dip than your are in the regular dip at first. It can be an ego buster for some. But well worth the effort for tricep mass.
Good Luck

I don't do them but maybe 1-2 times a year, but I find wearing a slingshot band around my arms takes the pain off the elbows for some reason.

Yes this.
I will list my 3 favorite triceps exercises dips, reverse grip pushdowns and over heads. Skulls sometimes but they hurt after a few sessions.

No, I used to on occasion wrap a tube sock around my elbow and it worked but then I just stopped doing skulls for years and now throw them in prob once a month and go light and there is no problem as long as upper arms are angled back towards top of my head. Always thought about elbow wraps just never bought any.

Close grip bench doesn't do shit for mass. Tons of big benchers out there with skinny arms.

I used to like to do skull crushers with the easy curl bar and when I couldn’t get any more reps I would use the same weight and do close grip benches immediately after. My elbows can’t handle skull crushers any more so maybe it was a bit destructive
-
At this point of the game, rope push downs.

This is the safe bet and get a great burn and pump. I have days were I just do 10-20 sets of rope pushdowns and never elbow pain.
