I use a neck harness & a plate wrapped in a towel lying face up on the bench . Honestly helps with neck pain i had.

The best way to train your neck is wrestler bridges basically you bridge up on your neck and roll around on it on a mat

Been training neck bridging for years. Not for the faint of heart but it's rewarding.

Unless you have a muscular body and a pencil neck, why would non-football players train neck?

A thick neck looks disgusting most of the time, unless you have the frame to fill it out.

Most people do not need to specifically train the neck.

I know it’s used by wrestlers and obviously works but one wrong move from a novice and looks like a broken neck or a very severe neck strain. For a guy with a strong neck who knows what he’s doing sure.

Unless it is sports related, I don't see the need for a regular Joe to train neck. Usually it comes along with the straining on other exercises and working the traps directly.

But in your case, I wouldn't worry about getting a concussion while giving fellatio.

Will help to reduce whiplash also in the event of a car accident.

That has nothing to do with neck muscles. That is Darwanism.

The compression on the discs must be enormous, one wrong twist & pop goes a disc.  :'(

to tone it up and get some definition.  A neck w some defined neck muscles makes you look athletic, like you played ball in college or something.

I use 5-10 lbs for 2-3 sets of 10+ reps.  Just hang my head over the edge of the bench, hold the plate to my forehead and curl up.  A neck w some muscle looks great, even in a suit & tie .... Get a lot of bang for your buck w this one

Exactly. How can having a skinny neck possibly compliment a physique...
