1996 Canada Pro Prep (last week) 🤫. I said I’ll do it - so here it is…even with all the criticism that I am getting and suggestions to NEVER put anything like this publicly as people would try to replicate and do it themselves and it could be dangerous (!)…considering they don’t know my hydration and electrolyte status at the time! So, let me mention it - I was always under influence of my father who saw me dieting for one of the shows in Yugoslavia back in 1986 when I was cutting all the salt out and reduced my water to almost nothing…He told me that 2 of THE most important nutrients (yes! - he called them nutrients /substances that provide nourishment essential for maintenance of life!/) are SALT and WATER…and that I should never cut them out! Of course I didn’t want to listen…until I got myself in trouble at the 1988 Universe - when stupidly I didn’t drink for 3 days 🤡 and cut salt completely 🐵…Thank God I survived. Well, after that I would put 2 grams of salt on every meal (sometimes more)…as most of my athletes are advised by me to do the same…and I was drinking my 6 liters of water per day - religiously (more if thirsty)… and I didn’t cut it out for the shows - as I was using mentioned diuretics in a way I estimated it would be the best. I am sure people will freak-out when they see what I used here 😳 on day of the show…But, it was very controlled and needed due to time constraints. So let me issue a warning: do not try this at home (or anywhere/anytime).

That’s a shit ton of information/ reading…. Can we get “cliff notes?”

Well that's mainly his whole last week insulin and various drugs protocol for this show.
Pretty interesting

Basically, Milos said he had a health scare at the 1988 Mr. Universe, and after that - he started adding 2g salt on every meal. His dad warned him that sodium is necessary to survive, and not to mess with it.
Then he posts a death cycle with a warning not to try it at home - but it's a little hard to read, so I just glossed over it. Milos was notorious for writing everything down.
-
It def is! .. but I’m on my phone (don’t own a PC or laptop or even a I-pad or “ kindle “ so it’s all very tiny writing (and a lot of it) ….be curious to know Milos drug stack (no interest in insulin protocols) and of course the diet info .., if anyone translates it that be awesome!

No problem, Mike.
That being said...lol...
I'm not sure if a PC will help! I tried to translate Milos' writing using the Google lens reader that reads text from images, and this is what I got for the first page:

I can make out certain parts - where he's using 12 IU of GH daily for instance...some of it is particularly hard to read though, even zooming in! Haha.
-
Wait, what...is that 32 IU's of GH, just on this one Thursday? ???
Or...even more? He takes two types of GH in the morning? ???
-
That’s a shit ton of information/ reading…. Can we get “cliff notes?”
He recorded how many grams of protein, carbs, and fat he had for every meal and totaled it for the day as well as calories.
-
He recorded how many grams of protein, carbs, and fat he had for every meal and totaled it for the day as well as calories.
Yes.
And in one day [Thursday, May 2nd, 1996], did he use 24 IU's of "Humulin R" and 15 IU's of "Humulin N" [presumably, both GH] + 150mg of Aldactone + this?:
-
You really shouldnt have shown this to matt.
Hes going to obsess over this until his room is covered with prints of it and strings webbed all over it and he hasnt eaten or shaved for weeks

humilin is insulin, humilin-n is long acting and humilin-n is short acting. neither are use by modern bbers if they have the choice, humalog and lantus for meals and basal control, respectively

Not that - but you're not way off, lol.
I guess you can predict me pretty well!
What seeing this does make me wonder though, is if steroids are somewhat of a slippery slope thing...I never wanted to go down that slope.
Everyone starts off with one cycle...every pro ultimately started somewhere. It just makes me wonder if it's better to avoid them all, as eventually you get to the point of abusing them [possibly].
But on the other hand - I already spent years doing that.
I'm just looking for a one-off cycle, to make gains, keep them for as long as one can do that, and then go back to normal. I loathe the idea of needing to depend on anything to look however I look, aside from training and nutrition.
Personally for me, I can't get past 185 without my stomach expanding. I just want to do one cycle and be done with it. Reading what pros do makes me think bodybuilding is a bit of a fraud. I still don't even know what the average pro would look like 100% drug-free.

Brutal if true

So...was Milos not using 39 IU's of GH a day?
Just wondering if I am reading that wrong. This was from 1996.
Also, what is the standard dose for Aldactone?
In any case, it sounds like he was using a tremendous lot.
-
all these drugs and then he has highlighted creating loading in his diary! :D

This diary should be in a museum.

finishing touches...

I'm no cryptanalyst, but on May 5, 1996, he seems to be saying he had Hitler's fillet for lunch. ???
Also, big fan of the 3 a.m. weigh-in and red highlighter with black outline to make the '237 lbs' jump out at you. The three exclamation marks give a rare insight into the excited state of mind of this thonged warrior. I agree - this piece belongs in a museum.

Already there in 96 but not yet obvious in his biceps.disgusting.

If you can trust it it's all very moderate. Like 1500mg of roids, pfft, nothing. Even the insulin is low. Milos uses no long acting insulins in the off seasons but today some do hundreds of units a day. Even I have taken 60ius in the morning. Here for carb loading Milos took 15iu. Really, it's nothing.
One thing that is somewhat interesting is Milos used aldactone to increase potassium levels in the body. High potassium can be dangerous but he used insulin to bring it down them again. Then you have the loop diuretic that flushed potassium. So the idea is that aldactone increases potassium but you don't go as hypokalemic from the loop diuretic since you have built up stores for a few days. Of course you don't know what the hell is going on so it's a crapshoot. My mother uses a potassium sparing diuretic but she still needs supplemental potassium. Usually potassium is contraindicated if using a potassium sparing diuretic.
But Milos' knowledge has been useful a few times if what he's said is true. He's stopped paramedics from giving potassium to dehydrated bodybuilders since he knew they were on aldactone. Supposedly they did have high potassium already upon testing. Potassium could've stopped their hearts. I think Milos said Momo died of hyperkalemia but that might just have bern his theory. Insulin can be used to bring down potassium.

This made me roar with laughter!! I love Matt (no h0mo), but you've pinpointed some of the crazy with that statement! I found it just too easy to imagine a bearded and bedraggled Matt emerging blinking into the daylight when a Cop knocks on his door for a safe-and-well call, muttering things like "what brand of insulin was it, and how much phosphagen, dammit!"
;D

The total mg of roid seems right to me since it's on the week of the show. I am sure doses were much higher off season.
Seems like it's mainly a bunch of hardening compound thrown in together.

Personally speaking, I'm glad I got a few cycles under my belt when I was younger. It may be pure Bro-science, but I believe that it changed something about me which means that whenever I am forced to take a layoff (prison, etc) the good old muscle-memory kicks in when I get back down to it, so I'm not starting all over again
Like I say, probably pure BS/psychological, but je ne regret riens!!

It took me a while to dig this up - I cross-posted this to my now-defunct bodybuilding website, but it was from a thread from right here on Getbig:
https://web.archive.org/web/20060127204212/http://www.bodybuildingpro.com/ifbbwarning.html
^ Looks like that issue of paramedics giving potassium to bodybuilders on Aldactone has happened before.

Oh good God...DO THEY DO THESE CALLS IN THE UK TOO?
I very clearly and PUBLICLY stated that if any police enforcement is used against me during the plandemic joke, that I will be having an armed standoff with police.
So they came to "check up on me", as if I wasn't COMPLETELY CLEAR ABOUT WHAT MY ACTIONS WOULD BE, AS WELL AS WHAT WOULD TRIGGER ME TO TAKE THOSE ACTIONS.
Look - I submit to NO ONE. None of the little fiefdoms and hierarchies that exist in real life matter to me. I believe in order and rule-following, but not when those rules are insane. Or in the case of the plandemic joke in both Canada and the UK - completely illegal!
I told the police: if you want me to comply, change the fucking law! It's as simple as that. Otherwise, piss the fuck off. I don't care if "the government" or even the police WANT me to wear a mask. Under CURRENT CANADIAN LAW, I am under ZERO obligation to do so.
So I told the police straight up, they better take me by force if they attempt to trespass me from anywhere for not being masked again. SPECIFICALLY what I said is that I would stab in the neck any police officer laying a hand on me over the masking issue.
Then we can test the legality of that in court.
So after doing that + other comments, they came to do what they call a "wellness check" on me to intimidate me further.
I reiterated my statement that I'll stab to death any TBPS officer who illegally enforces any plandemic shit on me, and I don't give a shit about going to jail.
Ultimately, within days, the matter was all settled in my favour.
Bottom line - the law was on my side and I knew it. They knew it. They knew I knew. Etc. And their attempt at intimidation failed completely.
But I'm just getting sick of this shit - having to explain to FUCKING POLICE OFFICERS WHAT THE FUCKING LAW IS.
I'm not sure what I will do for the next plandemic joke, but as long as I can go to the gym, I don't think I'll put up much fuss.
But what I'm curious about is how Sgt. Barnes knew how unkempt I am? ;D The lack of shaving basically sums me up perfectly. :)

Studies show that certain adaptations to steroid use never go away, at least theoretically once juiced you will always have a somewhat higher potential muscularity. These studies were why there were calls for making steroid doping punishable with a lifetime ban from tested sports.

Humulin is Insulin Not Growth Hormone.

Dorian Yates:
"I tracked every single workout that I did from 1983 - 1997 in my log books!
The amount of reps I got, sets I did, exercises and even nutritional intake… all logged in my books!
Before my workouts, I would prepare mentally and get myself into the zone, I’d read over my log book and set my goals. I’d sit there and visualise my workout from start to finish, including the music that’d be playing and how I’d be feeling. Then it was time to replay this tape that I’d created in my mind, in real life!
So if the previous week I got 6 reps on incline bench, I knew that this week I was going to get 7 reps… no matter what!
It’s a very useful tool and I can still remember the workouts, even 30 years on, just from reading my log books."

Ah! Suddenly, those numbers make sense. I don't know insulin numbers, but 39 IU's of GH would be quite high. ;D

39iu of insulin isn't a lot well not to many many bodybuilders & sports folk.
As for 39iu of Real GH - you'd certainly need a big bank balance to keep that going !!

Thought so, lol. I'm not familiar with insulin numbers, but I guess it is much more readily available [and therefore cheaper].
Question, illuminati:
How important was Hitler's filet mignon, in Milos' protocol?

I came back to this thread to determine if your guess was right - and Milos was actually eating Hitler's filet mignon.
And...no one refuted it yet so...can we call your guess confirmed now? Lol!

It's confirmed now, Matt. Hitler's filet mignon served with fried Wala Wala onions and garnished with Himalayan sea salt is the most anabolic dish a bodybuilder can eat. It's what separates the pros from the amateurs.
-
450 to 550 Grams of protein EVERY DAY for 18 years straight.
Milos:
Conducted research about toxic effect of prolonged increased protein intake on healthy kidneys 🤔. Results/summary: ZERO RENAL TOXICITY with only one side effect - severely increased muscle mass.

Great idea, PV! I'll do that! :)
Just one thing - before my first Facebook account got permanently banned for "Covid Misinformation" ::) I was actually friends with Milos.
At the 2007 Olympia expo, Milos gave me piles of free supplements for review. I gave them to one dumbass friend who was supposed to review them for me to post on my former website, to repay Milos.
Anyway, because he didn't review them, I messaged Milos to pay him $200 to cover the costs of the supplements.
But he didn't message me back, and I still owe Milos to this day. ;D
I don't technically owe him money - I'd still like to pay him back.
But Milos didn't reply to my Facebook message!! And I was Facebook friends with him at that time. So...I'm not sure if he will reply to me on Instagram - but I'll give it a shot! :)
Here are some photos of the 2007 supplement stash I got from Milos, as well as a photo at Milos' booth with classic Getbigger garraeth...as far as I know, he was not anonymous. But since in not 100% certain about that, I won't say his name. Some Getbig oldtimers will know him though:

I've been to one pro show in my life. Bob was the announcer of that show and I didn't see him talking to a single fan after the show. Milos was also there and after the show there was a crowd of about twenty people around him and he was talking to everyone. To me that was impressive. His log book and sharing it on Instagram is also impressive.

Very good question!
Just in general - I wonder if they were on good terms by the time Nasser dies. I would suspect no, sadly.

One thing I remember is that Milos spent $108,000 on his legal defense.

No, that's no going too far - I remember once saying that some people like the robust taste of the delicate blend of organic, farm-raised nicotine.
None of which made any sense.
I just ate a whole grass fed watermelon today. 🍉
-
Milos was having some problem of some sort and left his old forum for a while so I fielded questions on there as best I could and posted a lot and then I met Milos with Kris Dim in Pittsburgh not long after and he took the time to shake my hand and thanked me for helping out on his board in his absence.....seemed like a really great guy very personable as Palumboism said, and had a ton of fans around him and ignored no one.
That is all.

Milos is with an older asian gf now, maybe that will keep him out of trouble.

Ooh...that's a lot of reopening of old wounds and pouring salt in them, LOL.
If I recall correctly, Milos and/or Luke explained what happened to Luke, when it happened in...2005, I think?

i think luke miscalculated his t3 dosage?instead of mcg he used mg?
