Alpha to a t, sure as hell you will recover quickly.
Get well soon hopefully with no permanent damage.
that sucks bro. Any ideas from the doctors as to why the blood was too thick?
I have zero knowledge about that.
One of the best guys in GetBig history! We're all hoping for the best Henda.
To a quick and complete recovery! To all the sickening cuntz out there!!
Thank you mate
I’ll start from beginning
Aye last week I had a heart attack, started as a stomach bug as had been vomiting every 20 minutes or so for 16 hours and couldn’t keep fluids down and by about 5pm was really dehydrated and having trouble standing or walking and vision was blurry by this time my partner had contacted my son To ask how I was and he told her I was really Ill so she drove to my house and took me to the minor injuries unit at local hospital and they rushed me In as couldn’t find pulse anywhere or get blood pressure reading as was so low they said lucky I came in as body was starting to shut down so got me on a drip and got me emergency ambulance I was luck as had she not came over I was going to stick it out as still thought just had a bad bug haha
Once I got to emergency hospital they determined I’d also had a heart attack caused by a few things but mainly blood being too thick I’m left with a bit damage to the heart and have a clot on the aorta that they are trying to dissolve with thinners which is also bringing my blood count down nicely but they said for how small the damage is my heart should be pumping a lot better
Hoping to be finally out of hospital soon I’ve moved to the freeman which is specificalist heart hospital I’m getting an angiogram at 1pm then they will discuss plan going forward. Just fed up of being in hospital now can’t wait to get home now as been in hospital 10 days now so a bit sick of it haha
Henda I hope you will go off the test now?
Your health is more important than big muscles! :)
The Test didn't cause this the fucking dehydration and throwing up for 16 hours caused this if he had gone to the hospital and gotten an IV drip initially he wouldnt have had a heart attack. Why are we ignoring the obvious culprit?

Damn 10 days in a hospital sounds like a nightmare. What is your blood pressure and pulse now how are you vitals do you know what they were prior? Had you had any checkups previously any warning signs? Did the dehydration cause the thickening or was your blood already thick? You mentioned a high RBC? Just not sure how 250mg would raise it that much what was your T level when the tested it? You can have high levels and still have low RBC and be anemic that is why I question if the T caused it. If you had told them you used marijuana they would have blamed that Doctors will blame whatever they are not familiar with and most are not familiar with T. The evidence isn't really there. More recent studies actually show the opposite. Get well soon

Get well Henda....I know you are going to make a full and complete recovery.
Stay positive and stay strong !!
Hope your getting better Henda. 10 days in hospital must be brutal. Keep us posted.
SF1900 and Wes just arrived at the hospital. They brought protein bars for Henda and peach cobbler. Right now they are watching battle for the 2002 olympia on VCR in the hospital room. Some of the other patients complained, but they were shut down before it escalated.
Sorry to hear this Henda, get well soon
Two quick questions though:
Are the nurses pretty?
And are you getting Full English Breakfast withdrawals? ;D
Take care
All the best with the angiogram.
Depending on the interventional cardiologist that works on you, they can often do many things while inside (chemical vs mechanical thrombolysis and/or even an angioplasty). Hopefully, after this rotor rooter, you will be back better than ever.
We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers and send you all the positive energy as a family.

even 100mgs a week causing a significant increase in hemocrit and he’s been on 250 a week for 10 years. Combine that with high cholesterol, triglycerides, maybe bp etc… he didn’t go to doctor for along time I believe he said. All that is the perfect storm. Everyone is different.
Any hot nurses there lusting after some tiny tiddler?Relax......In this instance, Henda Isn't laying bricks, but merely shitting them.
Get well soon! Eat raw butter with unheated honey to strengthen the heart. He needs a waxing for sure. Also, put in a good word for ya, at the circus. I told them you weren't drunk or incarcerated this time.
Btw,
I showed your pics to a doctor and he assumes all that body hair is blocking your arteries.

Cheers mate. No had no warning signs at all felt fit and healthy till started being sick on the Monday night. He didn’t mention levels Of much just that rbc was in 220s and it should be low double figures Blood pressure 115/64 at last reading but never had no check ups prior mate
Holy cow, that’s high on the RBC count. I donate blood every 60 days to keep that down. You can probably stay low dose, 100mg, and just do your regular donations to keep the blood from thickening. I can’t imagine that it gave you a bit of a shock, but I’m sure you’ll be alright. Keep the positive attitude bro!Donating blood is a must on gear. I donate 2-3x's a year.

True dat. I have naturally high hematocrit. I was at 52 and donated double red blood cells which brought it down 6 points. Felt a lot better afterwards. I’m sure it hinders your overall performance in the gym the first week or two, but it’s worth it. Plus they gave me $45 in Amazon gift cards for fart powder. Frequent donors need to keep getting their ferritin levels checked as well.me too

Nearly 10 years straight on 250mg of test mate and neglecting blood work or to donate blood. They do think other factors played a part but this definitely contributed a lot. They tested my testosterone levels among the many blood tests and found them high so couldn’t deny it haha
My dads mam died years before I was born of massive heart attack while out shopping in her mid 50s and my dads brother had first heart attack at 32 so there is a touch family history but not going to try and put blame on that
That aint shitJesus your resting heart rate
Sorry to hear, you're only 38 aswell? Did you cycle AAS during that period? I know some others who use TRT route and use aspirin daily to thin the blood. There's some studies suggesting it's safe.I take a coated 81mg. aspirin daily.

Very wise, high blood pressure is common but easily treatable. Wish more people were as sensible as you.

Get better Henda ! Email me whenever you are feeling better.

Yes mate I’m 38 I’ve never used anything else in thst time just the testosterone mateI thought you were much older, you are really lucky to make it to the hospital, heart attacks before 40 are end of the story for most.
I wanted to take the time to thank every one directly for the well wishes but the mobile internet signal here is shit and pages take ages to load so can just say thank you to all who reply and thanks for the funny comments as well had a good laugh at them haha

Haha unfortunately not kidding I wish I was I’ll email you as soon as I finally get out here
Hi Henda ! 🙋♀️
Take care you silly sexy man. I will see if I can find a tall blonde personal physician to give you a few months of home healthcare. 😉. You will have to hire SF1900 to empty your bed pan and give you sponge baths.
I am working on box jumps. I can put three of the CrossFit bumper plates on top of the box and jump up on top of that from a standing position. I will send you a video of me jumping - it looks goofy but it will make you laugh. Im not sure what the box jumping helps improve, but the people at the CrossFit gym seem very interested in it.
I’m in Frankfurt for a few days. Tell you about it in email.
Henda, do they have you on a dietary restriction?
You aren't eating a full English breakfast, in Hospital?
Hahahah that’s great. Kick some ass Henda and get well soon.
We're all pulling for you (some of us literally, it would seem ;D)
Any news on your application for a soapy hand-bed-bath..? Asking for a friend who's into chubby nurses ;)

I’m stuck with hospital food which is mostly healthy shit that just have to grin and bear it’s no alternativeAre you over doing the alcohol? When I was at my worst, my blood was thick, I was also vitamin deficient. Body was basically shutting down as well.
Surprisingly my arteries were actually clear according to ct scan yesterday fuck knows how haha, the main issue has been the thick blood and the clots and they going to controll with medication heart not pumping as should yet. Would be home now but my sodium is low and potassium high so they sorting that out before I can leave but apparently the English breakfasts have had little to no affect haha

For years we told you that you were doing damage to your health with your heavy drinking.I sense some mommy anger.
You always denied it and said you were completely in control and only drank because you liked it.
Then you sucked a dick and died in a car wreck, so we never got to see the end of the story.

Really? Why did you come off cook? Are your levels lower than when you started?rob my blood was too thick. I was donating and taking aspirin but every time I gave blood the girl had to work and twist that damn needle and my blood would barely flow. You could just see that it was thick. I knew this could not be good so I reluctantly got off.Been a year and a couple months and I feel ok..not great but ok. I am 63 and I thought I better take care of this shit. I forgot to ask her what my test level was. I’m sure it’s low because I’m able to train pretty hard but I don’t constantly have the urge to hump on the old ladies leg anymore. She appreciates it but this is about me.
My blood is really thick as well and when I went to give blood 3 weeks ago it barely would flow and like you say they keep jamming and moving the needle. That’s why I’m don’t want to start test therapy either. Just having thick blood, having to give blood etc… seems like a pain in the ass. So I’m not gonna do it and my total test is low at 260ish but I’m strong and train hard so mayb the correlation between test and muscle isn’t as much as they think it is. Thank you for your explanation, I was assuming something like what you said was the reason. You’re welcome buddy

What was your dose? Just curious. I also have naturally thick bloodRambone I was on 100 mg. Doc prescribed it and I thought I was doing everything right.Maybe I could have hydrated better but I finally decided I had to get that thinned out.

Damn. Standard dose of peace. Did you tinker around with dosing frequency at all? It sucks there's nothing we can take to lower hematocrit. The only thing I've seen mentioned is grapefruitmany years ago when I was powerlifting I took higher doses (mostly test and dianabol)but I had been completely clean for many years when I started the TRT. I was so out of the loop I didn’t even know I could legally get testosterone.A pharmacist buddy of mine told me to get my doc to hook me up and she did. I decided to get off because of the thick blood. I may just be prone to having this issue but I did go see her last month and my blood was thinner so maybe this was a good decision.
Hope your doing better each day Henda, you out of hospital yet?Rob, I always thought of you as the American Henda.
I’m posting away about me in Henda’s thread. I hope you are doing well today buddy.

What is wrong with you guys? I send Henda a get well picture of an attractive nurse and all you can think of is Henda's penis and whether the nurse herself has a "cock". Looks to me like you have issues that should be looked into by a professional. :)
Shut the fuck up, you soggy old cum belching queer.

I'm not sure how things work in England but if it were me I'd want a traditional angiogram (sometimes called a left heart cath). They will go through and artery in your arm or upper thigh to inject the dye directly into the arteries to see if you really have a blockage or not. I wouldn't trust the discrepancies between the 2 cat scans. When you see the cardiologist tell them you want one and see what they say.
Get well soon brother, I haven't read through the entire thread, but I saw you were on hrt, were you going through a doctor and getting labs done? Or just doing your own thing?
Well that’s a little better than expected but the follow up w cardiology will be a bit more informative as to prognosis. Looks like this was written by your endocrinology team.
Your coronary arteries may be clean but your blood is thick as jelly ;D
One other thing to be thankful for - in the US you’d be on the hook for thousands and thousands of dollars
Henda, are there limits to what NHS covers or is it most treatments for illness that is free?
I am just curious
Sending positive waves your way Iron Brother. Rest easy. ❤️
Henda, are there limits to what NHS covers or is it most treatments for illness that is free?
I am just curious
Everything is free minus some dental treatments and some very expensive procedures that are only really possible in the US. If you need emergency treatment then you're generally in good hands. Anything else however and waiting times can be ridiculous. Weeks, months, even years.
After care in a ward is generally pretty shit. Good chance you survive the emergency procedure, but then RIP in the ward if you don't have your wits about you.
A lot of people take the piss with the NHS. For example it's pretty common for semi wealthy African women who might be expecting a difficult (and expensive) birth to go on "holiday" to the UK to coincide with her due date. She'll get free maternity treatment.
You also have people who claim mental health issues to get cosmetic procedures like breast implants and tummy tucks. Takes years of trying to game the system, but if you're determined then eventually you'll get your way.
They also provide hormones etc for transitioning. At one point you had a bunch of families with prepubescent young boys moving to the UK from the EU to take advantage of this.
The NHS is in desperate need of modernisation, but it is a money pit andno matter how much money you through its way, it will still remain at best a shitty service.
Germany has the best healthcare system.
They treat just about anything as far as I know mate there have been a few notable exceptions for operations for certain extremely rare conditions, even certain cosmetic procedures are available if someone plays the mental health act I know a vile nasty woman who got breast enlargement by saying it caused her depression and they even give sex changes in hitch is pretty ridiculous
Henda, are there limits to what NHS covers or is it most treatments for illness that is free?

Most stuff is free. My c0ck length reduction cost me nothing (it was a burden)
Haha yeah buddy.
So which is better? American healthcare, or the free healthcare that other countries offer?
Both have pros and cons.
That’s good news, good luck with your transitioning. 🤣
Go see an endocrinologist and urologist. After going unchecked that long on TRT you need your PSA checked and need to make sure your prostate and bladder are cancer free.
You thick-headed dummy !

Thank you mate, I was using but more that TRT mate was on 250mg week and wasn’t through doctor and I stupidly neglected to ever have bloods doneAh ok, although it's expensive, going through a doctor at least there's mandatory labs every 4 months, if something creeps up my doc will tell me to donate blood. Anyway, wishing you a speedy recovery bro.
