Don’t understand how people can do bar overhead extensions,they always kill my shoulders, just use a dumbbell 2 arm one bell or 1 arm 1 bell and no shoulder pain.

I don’t do overhead extensions or skull Crusher with free weights. Absolute great way to destroy one’s joints.

Yes! Palumbo still blows the guy about his 900-1000 lbs bench attempts. Who gives a fuck? Like 4 dudes pulled the weight off him. He prob had a 500lb bench tops

Never understood any of that shit. Guy was hyped up for years. We’re people just blind? Always laughed at his lifts. I remember him talking about doing 160ish lb laterals then saw him do them and it was laughable at best. Not as bad as the whole gym pulling up on his bench presses though. Hahah.

Even literally identically movements except with a straight bar and cable as opposed to an ez bar do not agitate my elbows in the slightest
Triceps is maybe the only muscle i favour cables over free weights

Kazmaier and Arcidi had a rep for doing extensions heavy, Arcidi especially. He'd get up into the low-mid #300's on the skull crusher versions for reps.
Hard to say, but Ivanko did have aluminum sets available to photographers, the #45s weighted 15-16lbs each. If real, I'd agree with #305.

I witnessed Arcidi doing Skullcrucshers with three plates per side..........fucking beast.....they were fairly easy looking!

Triceps is maybe the only muscle i favour cables over free weights
I bought a tricep bar for my home gym.. it´s all i use now because i find the parallel grip better ( for me ) also i use bands at home.

I can honestly say that NGB don’t seem to do much for me but overheads and dips do quite a bit. I’m just speaking from personal experience I guess but for me triceps need the full stretch that only overheads can provide. For me triceps grow on stretch,same with back,traps,chest and calves. For bis and forearms it’s mid range that gets me Growth,abs and shoulders contraction. If this makes any sense?

No never have used it specifically but have read all about it. So maybe subconsciously.
Forearm flexors midrange
Biceps midrange
Forearm extensors contraction
Shoulders contraction
Traps a bit of both stretch and contraction
Triceps stretch
Chest stretch
Back stretch
Calves stretch and a bit of contraction
Hamstrings midrange
Quads stretch
Glutes midrange
If training any of these muscle most of the workout will focus on those positions.obviously I hit all ranges for every muscle but my focus is on what’s mentioned per body part.

Because you can use heavier weight Einstein.....couple this with good calories and over time you put on mass.

you see wes people do exercises but don´t really understand why it is they get results & they also waste time on exercises which bring very marginal results. Ask them why they do an exercise they don´t really know.
Your chest is very underdeveloped in the photo you posted thus showing you do not realise the 3 positions of a muscle,
Midrange
Stretch
contracted
you clearly do no dips or bench presses to hit the Midrange position, of course lying extensions do this too. Standing french press is only one exercise which will not give full development. There are exercises that train more than one position of flexion such as stiff legged deads.

My legs....yes....but my chest development is fine and proportional......if you have better pecs post the pics....I`ve done every chest exercise in the book like most others have.

I used to use this move for triceps. I would typically use the bar and 4 -45 lb plates for sets and reps. when I was 67 I still used 2-45 and as much as 2 additional 25's for reps at times. after the open heart where they cut through your sternum and the torn rotator cuff , I don't use this move anymore. :'( :'( :'(

Not sure Rob but I was smoothing out from doing too many contests in a row.......at one time I did five contests in a row and another ridiculous 7 in a row......gets tough to hold condition that long.....never again would I attempt something that dumb. :(
I always placed top 5 though........miraculous ly enough and the classes were stacked back then.

Insanely impressive poundages Funk.....I still include Swingbell Curls in my training but just a tad lighter than you. LOL ;D
Also I never liked close grips but I will do them at times right after a set of Skullcrushers to extend the set....close grips always fucked my wrists up even if I wrapped them.
