He’s much better at pullups than Jay Cutler
Bodybuilders don’t seem to like deadlifts these days.

OSF, I hold a complete rep for 2 seconds for maximum growth.
I would likely purchase a team krizo tank top and wear it.

Sf if you did those fast shitty reps with sloppy form like krizzo.
You could call them krizzo reps!
I definitely think you would look like a bad ass in the pink team krizzo tank top

It's kind of funny that Krizo trains in a small commercial gym, in a bumfuck nowhere village, in central Slovakia.
Goes to show that you can get it done anywhere, I guess.

all deadlifts do is an isometric workout fo the erectors
its basically tensing your muscle and standing up, the erectors dont go through any range of motion
Its like saying deadlifts are good for your biceps
-
Deadlifts are good for your soul.
Traps, erectors, even lats, glutes, hams all get worked.

I only do rack pulls, much better and safer.

I think deadlifts really only got popular because all the cookie cutters have been convinced it will turn them into elite athletes and get them all the girls.

Cavemen deadlifted, old school bodybuilders deadlifted. Its like free weight squats these days, no one wants to do them so they invent a thousand excuses.

Most shy away from hard/heavy barbell work basics in gyms these days... Upper/lower back, legs, hips, power, thickness, etc.
They can injure people (if not done properly), so they should be done "not at PR level" for bodybuilders. (5-8 do wonders for people at 70% of maximum).
Muti-joint power movements like DL build and strengthen entire body, from hands (grip) right on down...

100 % though I like to test my strength for lower reps sometimes with proper warm up and form.

I stopped having pain/disconfort performing squats and deadlifts after i started focusing on "bracing" before each rep. I don't even use a belt anymore.
Those exercises really make a diference even not going to crazy poundages.
