Title: Legs lengthened?
Post by: BayGBM on December 18, 2022, 03:38:09 PM
This dude is 6’ tall but he wants to be taller… so badly that he is having his legs lengthened!  In order to have the surgery he had to lose some weight/mass.  I can see a really short guy being preoccupied and insecure enough to contemplate this but someone 6 feet?  What is wrong with people?

Didn't they call this a "negroplasty" on South Park?  On the show they used Mr. Garrison's balls for the kneecaps. I suppose they could use O'Hearn's for this idiot's kneecap implants.

Limb lengthening surgery has been around for a number of years now (greater than 10 years if not mistaken) and for some people it's highly justified to correct leg deformities, but for others it's purely a cosmetic option to add a few inches of height.

Sort of makes all the common body modifications look reasonable in comparison . As it is he’s going to loose a ton of mass while he’s laid up from having his legs broken and stretched apart while they heal

Are the bones more brittle after this procedure?

Any setbacks?

If not, every MMA-fighter should do this for longer reach

Side effects include nerve damage, muscle tissue damage, joint contracture, dislocations, and arthritis.

This moron is going to completely tank his own athletic ability.  He'll probably be hobbling around like an 80 year old man on those stretched-out stilts.

Sure, you're 3 inches taller, but you won't be able to walk in your 60s...

Just buy some new pants.

I thought this was another thread about Chris Bumstead winning the Classic Physique Olympia again.

There have been threads about how it's cheating that some classic competitors use inversion table to temporarily add 1/2 to 1 inch to their height, so that they can compete at heavier bodyweights (vs. starving to make weight and filling back up).

Bay: He's a fool. He's going to disintegrate into nothingness in terms of physique. At 6 foot (same as my height) - if he's so fucking obsessed at being 6'3 or whatever the fuck - he's better off wearing boots with lifts or custom made lift attire. He's deluded if he thinks he's going to be able to maintain a 'look' other than tall and lanky after this. Forget about being able to do runs. He better get used to a bicycle and looking out of proportion. I'm part of a looksmax community and have come across maybe 3-4 guys in the past 5 years that have had this operation and gone through it. They were all less than 5'6 in height. Maybe 10 went to the surgical consultation phase and 6/10 of them thought fuck that after the surgeons told them the reality of it. One guy was worried about being able to hide it from his family - that's how fucked in the head they are. Don't mind me, love - I'm just going to spend the next year in a wheelchair without explanation.

I had a relatively minor operation in July, compared to this: tibial plateau fracture with tendon and ligament repairs. The orthopaedic surgeon told me on a scale of 1/10 it was a 9 on the 'recovery' chart of problems. Said I'll never run again and be lucky to walk without pain. I'm still in bed and on crutches 5 months later. I can only imagine with leg lengthening how much worse this would be.

AND YES: you're right about nerve damage, phantom pains, etc. You know when you've got an itch somewhere and you can scratch it for relief? With this leg: I can't satisfy that itch because it needs scratching but wherever I put my hand on that part: it doesn't resonate with what would have previously been got at, if you know what I mean? It's like I can't get to it and my brain can't register it - even though I can feel there's an itch somewhere there. Frustrating as fuck. Imagine how much worse it is on parts of your tissue/muscles/joints that have been stretched? How much worse it would be having parts of your body that have been manipulated? Fuck that.

Didn’t read the links but 3”. Thats a lot.
Even for a teenager thats a half a year of growth and he sure ain’t one!

Ok, thats a hormonal thing and easily remedied. Still.

I wanted 3” more to my cock. Was told to tie a brick to it and let it hang as much as possibe.
Results were mixed. Didn’t gain any size but it did turn black like the guys I asked help from 😊

A guy that height (I am the same) has to have a screw loose.

It’s as crazy as a bald man believing he has hair.

It can already be a bit annoying for someone only 6 feet tall.

In some planes your knees don’t fit and counters are built for average height people meaning you need to bend unnecessarily.

Being above 6 feet you’re also probably looking as deceased lifespan too.

I can't imagine how annoying life would be if I was Marty Champs height. From sleeping to taking a piss/dump to having to eat more food & taking more PEDs... hell no. Sounds like torture. I guess they get used to it.

Imagine having to either tuck your knees up in bed like a fetus or having your feet/legs hang over the edge of the bed every night :-\

No thanks.  Would rather be Darren A's height in da cage!

Thing is, you're not lengthening your upper body with this method, just breaking the legs.

Let's say you go from 5'11 or 6'0 to Martys height

Upperbody is the same, but now you have ostrich legs instead.

Do they have joint problems when they get older?

Little people frequently suffer joint problems as they mature because they are more prone to arthritis. Also severely bowed legs cause problems. The difference between the before and after pictures of the young lady are amazing. Not only are her legs longer, but they also don’t appear to be bowed.

A couple of inches can make a big difference in their lives. Consider that everything we use in life is made for people of average height.

She looks better but should still not be wearing a skirt. Those legs look terrible.

I agree the scars look bad. No way to know how much time has lapsed since she had this procedure. Some people scar more than folks, but it could be that the scars are still in the healing process. Wearing dark or opaque hosiery until she is healed more is one option. Pants is another.

Interesting suggestion about her having the option to wear pants. That's not a traditional look for women, this is a very liberal idea coming from you.

Again, I am happy for this young lady, but...We all know that bhanky is fuming and consuming himself with some vile plot to belittle and berate her for obviously not having any "bone on bone" issues.

She must lose her balance often with those miniature feet.

She's used to that size but you are right, until she becomes accustomed to her new height and relative top-heaviness she will have to be careful.   I am still happy for her.

Well, he seems happy

If he were “happy” he never would have undertaken this procedure.  Watch this space for a conclusion… (a complication, an infection, something unforeseen, etc.) it will not be a happy one.  :-\

I mean, he seems happy now after the procedure.

Compare with how he looked before
