Get micronized creative, and perhaps some beta-alanine.

Creatine is the only product I think that does anything. If looking to gain some water weight and get some extra reps and be stronger and get better pumps creatine definitely works. I believe kre alkalin to be the best. I used to use regular creatine and then switched to 2 pills of kre alk and liked it much better. With that said I haven’t used creatine in about 10 years.
So yes more energy,strength,pumps etc…

What was the reason you stopped using it? It gave me GI upset. Not Hanky levels of upset but bad enough for me to stop it.

Risk free thing to try

20 Foods High in Creatine: Natural Sources of Creatine for Bodybuilding

Eggs and meat are loaded with creatine.
I read that to get 5 grams of creatine from meat you would have to eat like 10-20 lbs daily. Not sure what exact number it was but seemed impossible.

Your body makes creatine also.
https://bestfornutrition.com/foods-high-in-creatine/
A person requires 1-3 grams of creatine in a day. Approximately half of this comes from diet and the rest is synthesized by the body.
Creatine is found in eggs, and the amount of creatine varies depending on the type of egg. The average adult human needs about 1.3 grams per day, so one large organic egg contains approximately 0.7 grams of creatine.
If this is true then 7-8 eggs would provide 5 grams of creatine.
https://www.livestrong.com/article/524782-the-amount-of-creatine-in-meat/
Meat is one of the primary sources of creatine. Beef has about 1 gram of creatine for every 1 to 2 pounds of meat, according to Quinnipiac University. You'll also get about the same amount of creatine in pork. One 3-ounce serving of beef has about 0.2 gram of creatine.

A high cholesterol diet has given indications of improved brain function.
Perhaps the rising prevalence of dementia and alzheimers is due to the high carb, low fat western diet.

The average American fat Fvck diet is “High Everything.”

I wonder if the cholesterol has anything to do with it or whether it’s the large amounts of choline in high cholesterol foods such as red meat and eggs ???

100% yes. There are even studies that show it’s beneficial to those with Parkinson’s

Interesting that there is that much in eggs.

Duh. Bodybuilders are pretty much scientists.

I've used creatine for 30 years. Does it help? Who knows... It was so cheap I just kept throwing it in my drink.
Prices are up now, but I bought 400 servings for 40.00 (2000 grams)...
Never saw any negative stuff in my bloodwork at least (Creatinine, kidneys, ALT/AST, etc)..

Even Einstein was blasting and cruising on monohydrate

Most of what I’ve read says for muscle-building it might help, won’t hurt, and that the whole “loading phase” thing is bullshit.

Yeah loading 20 grams a day is nonsense.

Think it could help improve time in the 5K, a race run at 99-95% VO2Max?

The average American diet is 60% carbs. That 250-300 grams of carbs a day.
Way too much carbs which is why Type 2 Diabetes is rampant and people are fat.

You’re so natty, bro. It’s insane! Only roach eggs and ant larva for you, bro.
-
Works great with a couple Sustanon 250's
-
I like to front load it. 20mg a day for first week, then taper down to 5g.
Wash it down with grape juice, Welch’s

We did that in the 90's when it first came out. We all got big, strong and FAT.

Doing some Googling about creatine in eggs has come up with very conflicting info.
Anywhere from 7 eggs to 60 eggs to get 5 grams of creatine.
https://www.seniorfitness.org/how-much-creatine-is-in-eggs/
???
Eggs are one of the main sources of creatine and removing 2.6mg from every egg during the process (production with reduced water) means that approximately 60 eggs will provide you with 5g of creatine.
This means that consuming 6 eggs per day would provide you with the recommended daily intake (RDI) for this nutrient, which is 3g.
Based on the above 6 eggs providing 3 g, then that is .5 g per egg. Therefore to get 5 g would require 10 eggs not 60 eggs.
Some eggs (size and type of fowl) provide more or less creatine per egg.

At this point, IMO, for most of us here, force feeding protein at this point is a bad idea from a health standpoint.

4 meals at 40g per is do-able, and seems to be plenty.

x2 a vintage 1998 creatine protocol
Was all the rage on my high school baseball team.

hi bill phillips...
Haha phosphagen was so over priced back then.
I swear the supplements in the 90s very early 2000s were better than what’s on the market now.
Andro, Ephedrine, GHB.
I do remember a lot of guys at the gym were hooked on GHB at the time though as back then it was in capsule form and you simply took a few before and during your workout.
