100% yes. There are even studies that show it’s beneficial to those with Parkinson’s

Think it could help improve time in the 5K, a race run at 99-95% VO2Max?

The average American diet is 60% carbs.  That 250-300 grams of carbs a day.

Way too much carbs which is why Type 2 Diabetes is rampant and people are fat.

I like to front load it. 20mg a day for first week, then taper down to 5g.

Wash it down with grape juice, Welch’s

We did that in the 90's when it first came out.  We all got big, strong and FAT.

Doing some Googling about creatine in eggs has come up with very conflicting info.

Anywhere from 7 eggs to 60 eggs to get 5 grams of creatine.

https://www.seniorfitness.org/how-much-creatine-is-in-eggs/

 ???

Eggs are one of the main sources of creatine and removing 2.6mg from every egg during the process (production with reduced water) means that approximately 60 eggs will provide you with 5g of creatine.

This means that consuming 6 eggs per day would provide you with the recommended daily intake (RDI) for this nutrient, which is 3g.

Based on the above 6 eggs providing 3 g, then that is .5 g per egg.  Therefore to get 5 g would require 10 eggs not 60 eggs.

Some eggs (size and type of fowl) provide more or less creatine per egg.

At this point, IMO, for most of us here, force feeding protein at this point is a bad idea from a health standpoint.

4 meals at 40g per is do-able, and seems to be plenty.

I’ve always thought 100 g a day was plenty for anyone.

hi bill phillips...

Haha phosphagen was so over priced back then.

I swear the supplements in the 90s very early 2000s were better than what’s on the market now.

Andro, Ephedrine, GHB.

I do remember a lot of guys at the gym were hooked on GHB at the time though as back then it was in capsule form and you simply took a few before and during your workout.

Does the timing make a difference, before or after a workout?
