Creatine is the only product I think that does anything. If looking to gain some water weight and get some extra reps and be stronger and get better pumps creatine definitely works. I believe kre alkalin to be the best. I used to use regular creatine and then switched to 2 pills of kre alk and liked it much better. With that said I haven’t used creatine in about 10 years.

So yes more energy,strength,pumps etc…

I read that to get 5 grams of creatine from meat you would have to eat like 10-20 lbs daily. Not sure what exact number it was but seemed impossible.

Perhaps the rising prevalence of dementia and alzheimers is due to the high carb, low fat western diet.

I wonder if the cholesterol has anything to do with it or whether it’s the large amounts of choline in high cholesterol foods such as red meat and eggs  ???

I've used creatine for 30 years. Does it help? Who knows... It was so cheap I just kept throwing it in my drink.
Prices are up now, but I bought 400 servings for 40.00 (2000 grams)...

Never saw any negative stuff in my bloodwork at least (Creatinine, kidneys, ALT/AST, etc)..

Works but if you have even a slightly elevated creatinine levels...stay away..
