Title: wazhazbin - Tribute Thread.
Post by: Matt on February 28, 2023, 08:39:10 PM
Amazing physique - compare these shots from 1995 in Canada, to what passes for an "IFBB Pro" today. Don't get me wrong - the new classes allow people to get in competition shape without masses and masses of gear, but you can't tell me the Instagram IFBB pros today look anything like this.

That most muscular is insane. Blows my mind every time every time I see it.

A true legend.

World class forearms.

That type of vascularity, you can't train for.

It's bestowed to you at birth, and you either have it or you don't.

Incredibly awesome physique, but even more importantly,an awesome person as well.

One of  the nicest and most humble guys on here.....so humble in fact, that he sells himself short.

Hey asshole Hanky, take notes here`s someone to aspire to,but sadly enough you`re the exact opposite....you`re a terribly shitty person with no humility.

First off, wazhazbin competed at various body weights, but was as low as 226-lb at 5'10".

B. Hank is pushing 230-lb at 5'11".

I think we both know who the mass monster is.

This comparison is silly, wes.

Literally zero Palumboism through the ages there.

I'm of the mindset we will basically all get subtle signs of Palumboism, and our physique will no longer look "alive" as times goes on.

But not there.

Good stuff.

Hanky is a joke Matt, but doesn`t have the gray matter to realize that the joke`s on him !!

Haz would have had a much better build if he could only manage to bring up his lagging forearms !  LOL  ;D

Lol...well B. Hank has a better physique than I do, so I don't bash him.

He doesn't get that I compete in 80-kg Strongman, and did well in my class - not everyone trains for mass. I have a small appetite, and prefer lower reps. My deficit was/is eating.

B. Hank thinks everyone trains to get bigger. When you think of it - to many, a top Strongman like Bobby Thompson looks like a fat man. But he's training specifically for maximum strength/power.

IMO, most UFC welterweights could take Bobby in a fight, so why does he train for strength, if he isn't the strongest in a fight?

Answer: people have different goals.

B. Hank doesn't get that. Yes, I'd rather carry more mass, but it's a biological tradeoff; IMO, training for strength while keeping a low body weight is very healthy, and good health is one of my goals.

B. Hank doesn't get that I do this intentionally.

I'll be running another cycle this summer [a proper one], but I'll be doing that knowing I'll be smaller again next year.

And that's OK.

We all have different goals, and not everyone shares them with B. Hank.

Lol...well B. Hank has a better physique than I do, so I don't bash him.

He doesn't get that I compete in 80-kg Strongman, and always did well in my class - not everyone trains for hypertrophy. For me, I have such a small appetite, and prefer lower reps. My deficit was always eating.

B. Hank thinks everyone who trains does so to get bigger. When you think of it - to many, a world class Strongman like Bobby Thompson would look like a fat man. But he's training specifically for maximum strength/power.

Don't get me wrong - I'll be running another cycle this summer [a proper one], but I'll be doing that knowing I'll be smaller again next Fall/Winter.

And that's fine. We all have different goals, and not everyone shares them with B. Hank.

THE most insecure cuk I`ve ever encountered.

Thanks wes.

I always had B. Hank's back on here - when people were ripping into him. I never joined that. I was always decent and cordial to him.

I don't get why he needed to rip into my physique, when at no point, I claimed to be the man.

I think my genetics for delts are good. I always wanted a better chest, but after Gym Rat posted that newer photo of Rich Gaspari, I realized a big chest doesn't translate in clothes. It looks great at the pool, but we are clothed the majority of the time, so when people see our muscle, delts trump chest, IMO, and I appreciate that about my physique now [thanks for that insight, Gym Rat].

But my point is - I never went around boasting, and I certainly never claimed to have a better physique than B. Hank. My lifts are OK for my size, but speak for themselves. I never bragged, or compared myself to others.

Yet the dude hated on me.

I think we want people on our "team", and B. Hank was disappointed I didn't dedicate to bodybuilding like him, and responded to that by bashing me.

I was always respectful to him. Admittedly, I was a bit sad - for him - that he chose to trash me. With so many trashing him on here, why make enemies?

That type of vascularity, you can't train for.

It's bestowed to you at birth, and you either have it or you don't.

Do you think he'd have that "type of vascularity" if he never worked out or took a drug in his entire life?

(Hazbin what are your thoughts regarding your forearms and vascularity? Guessing you trained them religiously. Am I right or am I - right?)

When I train my forearms they get vascular as fuck. Hotter weather = more veins too.
When I train my front delts with light dumbbell raises, my front delts get vascular.
When I don't train/isolate them = no vascularity.
When I'm juiced and more muscular, I have/get vascularity on my lats under my armpits...

Like I've said before.. I think it just comes down to doing everything right/correctly.. and genetics is waaaaay overrated.
I bet if we trained chest together and you done everything I did, your chest would improve / get bigger.

My delts were never great / were undersized back in the day. I trained them once every 5 days at best with o/head presses and shit... Got nowhere.
Then I trained them with light-ish dumbbell raises (quick and intense, chased the pump) just about every day and they grew.
Traps too.
Mmmm "traps"

Read his post history....the guy`s a bonafide prick of monumental proportions.

I don't doubt that B. Hank is one of the most jacked guys in whatever city he lives. I'm sure you had that experience. I'm sure many on Getbig have experienced that.

So to that extent, I get why he would have a head on him - but reading some of his posts feels like he truly thinks he's the best around. Not just in the Mr. Southeastern North Carolina, or where ever he's from.

Maybe that's the issue.

Also, B. Hank is big on how people look today - like, RIGHT NOW.

So if someone was in shape before and looked better than him at his best, he tends to disregard that unless they are in better shape than he is, literally at this moment in time.

And to be fair - some people get in great shape, but don't maintain it, whereas B. Hank does tend to stay in shape for life.

So I get his point...I just think he disregards how people looked at their prime if they aren't in it right now. I think that's a part of it with him.

The second picture is from early 1995, and the third picture is from two years ago.

So hazbin has maintained solid mass over a quarter of a century. Heck - probably over 35 years, in total.

It's crazy to think about how many Instagram "IFBB pros" today look nothing like he did. But he was from an era when they didn't give out pro cards like candy at Halloween.

Do you think he'd have that "type of vascularity" if he never worked out or took a drug in his entire life?

Fair question.

I have a friend who has pretty extreme vascularity who does not train, so I think people with genetically thin skin can have a pretty vascular look without training.

But "pretty vascular" and wazhazbin's look is not the same thing.

hazbin's size and vascularity is not possible without training and drugs.

As far as the vascularity alone, I have never seen anyone that vascular who doesn't train and use drugs, so I don't know if it's attainable without both.

I would guess no.

Are you familiar with horny Ironage pornographer Peter North?
Somewhere in this long podcast, he claims he always had extremely thin skin and vascularity, even as a child - well before he ever trained.

North's ex-girlfriend Jewel Denyle said in a comment in a video that he made about North that he never used steroids. At 5'10.5" and 185-lb, I guess that is possible.

And Jewel did NOT hold back at all about North in that video, lol. I think he even had her remove it. She said he takes it in the ass, and was addicted to Valium.

But in the comments, she said he never used steroids. And she was living with him.

Maybe that meant that Peter never injected steroids...or she would have noticed.

Perhaps unlike his earlier sexual proclivities, in terms of steroids, North only liked receiving oral.  ;D

At 62 in this video, North at 183-lb is still pretty vascular:

Perhaps it's because they're tits (like you said) and not hard pecs. Age doesn't matter. Bodyfat does.

Biceps > pecs > everything else

Bin haz had a really good look over the years. Only thing lacking may be a certain "hang" to his muscle. He could have easily starred in Muscletech's legendary ads.

I heard that all of his workout equipment is made from pure silver and carries Monica's signature aroma.

P. North may have taken at least some Proviron to help ejaculation volume. In his later years one can see that he was slightly boosted as he seemed to carry more lean mass than when he was young. A master of selling himself out in a very lucrative way.

^ Great posts, NoPEDsNoBB.

I'm going on a cycle this summer, and I believe this will confirm to Getbig I was using as little as I said last summer...since I'll be using a whole lot more this time.  ;D

I think it's the best thing for me to just cheat and feel much better.

Truthfully, I should have just done more gear to get out of my rut. I think it would have worked, but I generally do not use gear. But I don't see any particular reason why I should completely avoid.

I will not be using Anadrol again - it's scarily strong.

Vascular physiques and North’s vascular cock go hand and hand, that’s his most impressive body part, the man is legendary along with Manuel Ferrara

Other legendary names, Lexington Steele and Ramon

^ Great posts, NoPEDsNoBB.

I'm going on a cycle this summer, and I believe this will confirm to Getbig I was using as little as I said last summer...since I'll be using a whole lot more this time.  ;D

I think it's the best thing for me to just cheat and feel much better.

Truthfully, I should have just done more gear to get out of my run. I think it would have worked, but I generally do not use gear. But I don't see any particular reason why I should completely avoid.

I will not be using Anadrol again - it's scarily strong.

Will you be eating more this time when you do your cycle?

Yes.

Last time, I did double my calories from 1,200 daily to 2,400+ pretty consistently, but I didn't raise my protein sufficiently.

It's just that Anadrol is very, VERY strong...

I will not be using it again.

I will likely be doing Test Prop and Winny his time.

It's possible even with sufficient nutritional improvements, I may not make gains as good as I did on Anadrol.

Anadrol is just scarily strong...it's spooky.

Why wouldn't you just take less if it was "too strong for you" and then work/pyramid your way up as you get bigger and find the sweetspot you're happy with? ???
Why would you not take a steroid again which gave you amazing results (with no sides/cons) and choose to take other steroids which you believe are inferior / will give you inferior results? ???
Why would you then (want to) take much higher doses of 2 steroids (test prop which you'd have to pin too + winstrol) instead of a super low dose of 1 steroid (anadrol), if you fear for your health...? ???

My sleep-deprived brain is going to explode

From what I've gathered and read, Anadrol is considered very strong. So is Dbol, but I think the consensus would be that Anadrol is stronger.

I did use less, given how strong Anadrol.

I'm a bit or a hypochondriac though.

With Anadrol, I maintained about 50% of my pump 24/7.

I've used good steroids before [but not too often], but Anadrol was the strongest I used.

For orals, I've only taken Dbol and Anadrol. And other than that, just Sustanon, Testosterone Enanthate, and Equipose.

Of this, I felt Anadrol was the strongest/best.

I selected Test and Winny this time because I didn't expect it to be as potent - and I felt a Test base was needed.

Is Winny a guaranteed joints destroyer?

I would be training bodybuilding-style while on cycle. Mainly. I do prefer low reps, but my goals here are temporary aesthetician ones.

Thanks Dalton.

I had reduced body weight a little before starting, assuming the gear would help me absorb nutrients like a spong if I sort of started in a deficit.

I roughly doubled my calories.

I also had 5.5 years of gear, so I had "fresh receptors", or whatever the scientific explanation for that is.

Gyms were also closed for over 500 days in Canada during the fake pandemic, and I had muscle memory on my side.

Add all those things up, and I don't consider my gains to be unusual. They were roughly what I expected.

I am 190 exactly now, but it's not just a body weight thing with gear - you just have a different look on gear.

Fuller/more pumped up, perpetually.

IMO, you cannot achieve that look without gear, with as little effort.

Even if I did have the same look - the pumps would not last.

You need gear for that.

The only thing that annoys me is that it's not possible to maintain gear gains off-cycle.

You can maintain a bit...for a while...but nothing close to 100%.

I wish that perpetual pumped look could be had off gear...but it can't.

Do you really think running any gear at all, ever, is such a health risk that it overcomes the social benefits and other benefits that come with it.

I won't be using Anadrol again, but there's an argument to be made that TRT would be a good thing.

The Winstrol is less defensible, but I would be doing that very temporarily.

Also, I think B. Hank is running a fair amount of stuff. The dude is 230 and would probably be 180 in the same condition without gear. I have no reason to believe he runs just a little bit of gear here and there.

Grape - you probably drink alcohol, eat more than me, whatever. I'd put my health results up to yours any day of the way.

I know there is a bit of health risk involved, but it's not THAT bad. Literally cycling steroids, and at the lowest effective dose isn't the same as running higher levels of gear, year round, etc.

I will grant I may be wrong, but I have no firm reason to believe a little gear is THAT dangerous.

And it also needs to be looked at in light of the rest of my life - no drugs, no alcohol, good diet, healthy body weight.

But being a hypochondriac, I may jump ship anyway.

But I already picked up the gear, so...I think I'm going through with it.

I find his left pic with the mustache most impressive he maintained his size for a long time great build

You're also a gentleman here and have a sense of humor too which is sorely lacking here and in the real world and I do enjoy your commentary here on the forums.   Abraham put up the Patented by Prime® saying as a means of continuing the joke.   I am more of an Audrey Hepburn kind of man.  Or Grace Kelly.  Or Lauren Bacall.  Or Veronica Lake.
