There once was an old bodybuilder from down under,
With biceps that bulged and muscles that thunder,
He loved his pinch grip machines and biceps supinators,
And the blue stars that sparkled on his trainers.
His Porsche car was his pride and joy,
He loved to drive it fast, oh boy!
But when he wasn't at the gym,
He'd spend his time in internet fights, oh so grim.
He'd type and rant and curse and swear,
With a fury that would make you stop and stare,
But his love for the gym never wavered,
He'd lift and pump and flex forever.
Though his hair was gray and his body old,
His spirit was strong and his muscles bold,
He was the old bodybuilder from Australia,
A true champion of muscle and strength, oh so glorious.
