Seriously how the fuck they say 70 when it’s clearly 63? Do people think people won’t count? Big strong fuck no doubt but just say 63.

I'll call out half reps whenever I see them but these were legit reps for this kind of speed work -the reps weren't that much shorter than full ones-but this how it's done. This guy is legit strong drugged up. I've seen some other vids of his,like when he did full dips with 315 for reps no problem.

I'll call out half reps whenever I see them but these were legit reps for this kind of speed work -the reps weren't that much shorter than full ones-but this how it's done. This guy is legit strong drugged up. I've seen some other vids of his,like when he did full dips with 315 for reps no problem.

That side-by-side comparison isn't doing the guy any favors -- Ronnie Coleman is literally twice as muscular.
Also, Ronnie is now literally unable to walk. I don't think that anybody should be copying his training style, unless they want to end up the same way.
