besides keeping protein high and eating every 2 hours what supplements might help out or what else could someone do

If you keep it a slow process (i.e. 3 months) you should be able to spare as much as possible.  Remember though, you look ALOT bigger lean than fat, so as you diet you'll probably think you're gettin bigger!

Supps?  Id have my pw shake down, Whey Isolate (40g) and Maltodextrin (60-100g)

   Don't overdo the cardio, keep your protein intake high, and keep lifting. A lot of people tend to forsake weight-training while they cut, but it's a great way to maintain mass.

BCAA's and Glutamine are both important but one thing I think most people overlook is EFA's.  You HAVE to get enough fat in your diet when cutting...it makes it easier to cut as well.  So EFA's, flax seed oil or fish oil is a must.

IMO, glutamine and BCAA supplements are unnecessary; you get them from protein shakes...EFA's are a good idea...I've heard fish oil is a better choice than flax seed oil.

lots and lots of flaxseed oil and fish oil. always worked for me.
