besides keeping protein high and eating every 2 hours what supplements might help out or what else could someone do
BCAA's and Glutamine are both important but one thing I think most people overlook is EFA's. You HAVE to get enough fat in your diet when cutting...it makes it easier to cut as well. So EFA's, flax seed oil or fish oil is a must.Good Luck:)
