I get trying to go heavy but a guy that skinny with 13” arms should not be trying to hammer 120s. Maybe try the 60s and at least get halfway rom instead of 1/10 rom.

Really? My favorite for arm size. People don’t do them enough to realize the size you get from them. The thickness is like nothing else.
Do them for a year and your arms will be an inch bigger. Theres been years where I do nothing but hammer for bis and that’s when my arms are always their biggest.
