I get trying to go heavy but a guy that skinny with 13” arms should not be trying to hammer 120s. Maybe try the 60s and at least get halfway rom instead of 1/10 rom.
He may possibly get 8 decent reps in proper form with the 25 pounders but I doubt it.Fucking idiots!
