What’s the source of infection for the sepsis, a blood infection?

Good luck, you’ll probably have a 10-14day stay in the hospital for IV abx, followed up with oral anticoagulants at home for 6months or so.  Keep us updated.

As others have said, good luck. You don't really post here, anymore: but I was entertained during your arguments about your ability to consume drugs and your prison/badman escapades. I hope you recover. Hopefully your body - being the tolerance machine it is - overcomes this. Please let us know how you get on. All the best.

ES had the best armed stand off in Getbig history. He also survived losing 1/2 his asscheek, and was making anti-Shizzo videos while he convalesced mere days later. I'm sure this will sort out.

Esfitness in hospital over a week very ill blood clots in lungs and sepsis....more to come

I've had both but not simultaneously.

Years ago I was throwing clots for at least 11 days, perhaps as many as 12.  ER doc misdiagnosed me with pneumonia around 6 days in, the phukker.  Cutting off a finger would have been less painful.  Morphine did nothing for the pain.

When C-19 reached our shores I went 0 to septic shock in 30 hours.  The put me in C-19 isolation until my test came back negative.  I lost 7 lbs in 6 days.  It's an effective diet but I don't recommend it.  ;D

Hang the fuck in there and keep posting when you can.

When you're very small-minded, and retarded for lack of a better word It's easier to fill those mines up with useless shit instead of intelligent productive shit which is why you don't see some of these people leading productive lives forever ever ever stepping away from get big. The ones who you don't hear about are usually the ones that are doing good and I don't have time for this crap

Sorry to hear that; what do you think caused it?

No idea woke up Monday like puking and spasming and it runs the bathroom which is a kind of a far run the master made it to the toilet with the trash can in front of me and it was just relentless like the hardest spasm you could experience,.. that went on for about 20 minutes went back to bed and spazzing me in the stomach kept doing it I kept like holding back puke until I had to get up again until my wife came up and I haven't seen what was wrong
This went on till about 7:00 a.m. I just laid there in bed like try heating puking there's nothing else to puke out until she did she made.come to the hospital

While you should pray that you will live, be ready for the possibility that you won't. By taking the necessary steps, you can ensure that your successors can inherit your property in the most tax-efficient manner possible. Consider how to manage each aspect of cryptocurrencies. I feel like this man is taking an unusual amount of comfort in using web2 message boards. It could be that he is attempting to fill a void left by a severe trauma. I suggest that the man in question make the most of this time by thinking about life's greater purpose.

Why are you overly protecting ESF twat ?

Where's the post of Josh's outing any info ?

Usually you allow a free running site & yes we all get away with a lot,
Yet there's clearly a Protection zone around ESF Why ?

Yes it's your site & you can do as you want - Only we can all see
there's something hidden behind the scenes going on with you & ESF.

I like his stories, he's spent over 20 years talking about them. I feel like they are basically true, but some details can't be proven.

I remember he said he has been labeled a drug seeker some docs. Some cause incredible harm to themselves to get to the drugs.
EsFitness though can probably get opiates in other less drastic ways. OTH getting them through the doc might have some modderating aspects as to how much you get.
What do you guys think?

I hope he stays around. I'd like to try his methyl-tren (methyltrienolone) Lol. Could I trust his calculations making it though (dosed at 1 -10mg day LOL.

It's seems silly to allow him to return and then ban him when he hasn't broken any rules.

Either stick to the original ban from years back or don't. Given that they went with the latter may I suggest a compromise. Let him return, but ask him not to post in this thread or make an ES related posts.

That alone if abused I think can damage immunity longterm.

methyl-tren is dosed at 1mg per ml
Taking a bottle of that a day would blow your mind as well as your kidneys

Eric will likely say 10mg is the sweet spot

That's what they say but people have experimented with up to 10mg from what I've seen and it's not as bad for some liver marker wise. If you know the British guru Brian Batcheldor, ask him. He seemed to be talking about 10mg cycles. It hasn't been widely enough used to get a clear picture imo. It was "banned" due to liver failure after human trials but they don't seem to have manifested IRL use, at least I haven't seen. But I took two 10mg bottles total at 1mg a day and I didn't turn into a maniac mentally at least. Black maket stuff of course, so who knows?

But say you are doing a fairly heavy cycle of "regular" compounds, 1 or 2mg would easily double your "androgenic load" overnight if looking at the potency on paper. Could be useful in shortt stints when really pushing it.

MENT was used in human trials at 1mg or less per day, so high an androgenic effect. It was supposed to "replace" normal test production. But what do some bbers do? Take 50 or more mg a day. One leaflet that came with a MENT product said 350mg is enough to get most out of it but mentioned some competitors go to 700mg a week for a few weeks before a show, do it wasn't as potent as expected. Some TRT guys said they sometimes added just 5mg a day to their 10mg of test and claimed to "notice" it but that should really be a hefty dose.

No for some reason this hospital is like opiate fucking adverse I got well you'll see if you look on my Facebook like zippers or whatever you want to call them on both sides of my legs calves anyways and the pinhead doctor and me getting to an argument I've been requesting to speak to the pain management team for the past 5 days since I've been here today's the first time this dude has actually shown up. The other toy two times he's he's sent his PA which is a short Asian girl who is dumb as fuck. She's the one who recommended cymbalta because she asked what what the pain felt like I said it feels like it's been it feels like my skin is burning off my leg being like ripped off and she goes oh and we'll try some we'll try "Cymbalta den", then she suggests IV Tylenol like what the fuck??? .... To drop it off today she comes in their day in a row that I've been requesting to meet with the entire team at the very least the main pain management guy, she suggests we try buprenorphine, Well I'm already on 1 mg IV Dilaudid every 2 hours... She wasn't aware that that would throw me into full-blown precipitated fucking withdrawal.

And she just stood there with some dumb looking on her face like she didn't know what she had said like she didn't understand what she was talking about. Like how the fuck did you get your job????   If there's one thing I absolutely fucking hate is incompetent people.

Anyways so this fucking pinhead doctor thanks 1 mg IV Dilaudid every 2 hours with my I'll be intolerance along with 2 to 4 mg of oral Dilaudid every 2 hours should be plenty!

I seriously can't take this... Which is why you probably won't see any videos of this 'episode'

When you show so little patience with your PA and are so demanding when you are already receiving a drug on par with heroin it paints you in a bad light.

You should have some empathy for her responsibility to her job as over medicating with such drugs can lead to patient death and she is on the hot seat.

I wonder if Agmatine Sulfate could be a way to keep your dose the same and get more out of it safely.

Although you are problematic in your life you are articulate with some intelligence why I bother to write this.

With Bhank I know for a fact I’m talking to a brick wall.

How would agmatine help him Lower his dose?

I've read elsewhere that agmatine is helpful with drug dependence.  But don't know how.

I like to sit on the fence with most things in life - that's why God gave me an ass-crack - but the whole 'neuropathic' pain thing always triggers me a little - like they are pretending you feel fucked up so they offer you what are supposed to be anti-depressants in some sort of placebo attempt.  And I'm not sure what the US protocol is for hydromorphone, but in UK terms you're right up there. Since we get our shit for free we can't argue, but I'd like to think that in the US you're more of a 'customer' so it's a shame you can't just ask for +25% or something

Hope you change your mind on the videos, and that you're feeling better each day

Neuropathic pain is nearly always chronic, as damaged nerves do not regenerate much.  I think you’d likely agree that chronic opioid usage is undesirable and should only be left as a treatment of absolute last resort.  Accordingly, other treatments should be considered.

That’s an absolute shitload of opiates for someone with terminal cancer, nevermind someone who underwent surgery.  Not sure what you think a reasonable amount for you would be, but I wouldn’t expect to receive it.  In fact, I’d start preparing myself for the imminent taper of opiates, as it’s coming and likely soon.

There's probably a note on your file - like an internal flag for hospitals/doctors to communicate information about a patient to other medical professionals:such as, "history of abusiveness to staff/paramedics/emergency services", "drug seeker - will try to get you to prescribe extra", "unreliable answers", that kind of thing - that alerts them on good ways to deal with you.

Just saying, that kind of stuff does go on.

I've got personal experience of the UK NHS system in terms of Pain Management departments/guidelines and the like. We're talking since last year, here. You're right - anything above tramadol and pregabalin 300mg tablets is out of the question unless you have a specialist pain consultant that has sorted out your 10mg,20mg or 50mg morphine tablets: that's for the hardcore diseases like cancers unless you go private.

The NHS is pretty useless for anything other than A+E/trauma type surgeries that need doing then and there - where they're really good. Orthopaedic surgeries and the like.

I imagine they're good once you get diagnosed with stage 3 or 4 cancer, too?

I suppose they don't have resources, for anything else. So far, I've been 8 months on a waiting list for ENT specialist to do with my nose breathing. It's not major but I want it settled once and for all.

Paid tax all my life so people can jump on a boat and get 5 star hotels, rob, rape, beg and murder our citizens and I'm not going to claw back that money? No chance. I'm clawing back everything and then some for the betrayal of our country.

You came here posting shit about Scott Markey, Scott contacted Ron and took down your posts then banned me for contacting Scott and telling him about your bullshit here

Telling everyone Scott worked for you when in reality he barely knew you as a wannabe who hung around at the gym counter

Everything I just said about Scott markey was true to a T.

I have stories about that dude for days. He worked for me at GNC in del Mar California between a vacuum cleaner repair shop and a pet store next to the pet store was my ex-wife's families tailor shop and there was a Vons.

Scott came in wearing a t-worn a tank top and a backwards cap his dirty crusty "Tavi" cap because you didn't want anybody to see that he was going really really bald at the time. I've since found him on Instagram and it seems it he's got a wealthy girlfriend who must have paid for air transplant so good for him for that.

His application was to walk over to my magazine stand and pick out magazine after magazine and flip through the pages and point out hey there I am hey there's my girlfriend on to the next magazine hey there I am too and so on and so on they need to walk around a little bit more and come up to the front desk and ask hey I saw your front sign outside so you're hiring I said yeah but it's only for a sales associate I can only pay you a minimum wage and it's only part-time he says I"ll take it!"...

. I figured okay cool fine he looks he's a bodybuilder he's in the magazine he'll help sell supplements he'll say he'll sell product why not hire I'm sure.

Turns out his girlfriend Tanya had given him an ultimatum the night before before saying you find a job or you're out because they lived up the road and the apartments at the end of a cul-de-sac or he would ride his bike from because he didn't have a car. He didn't even have a license because he had so many outstanding (12 At the time soon to be 13 once Tanya finally kicked him out) restraining orders and he never bothered to go to any of those anger management classes so he had no license no car and outstanding warrants for failing to attend and your management classes

*Keep in mind I wouldn't really be even talking about any of this stuff if the dude hadn't had just straight up ripped me off repeatedly and taking advantage of my at the time, naivety and kindness.

Once Tanya finally kicked him out I get a phone call at about must have been 1:00 at night or so maybe 2:00 could have been later who knows it's been 23 years now I get a phone call " heeey homeboy What you doing you busy? Hey I've had a little bit of wine I got to warn you me and Tony had a fight so I was wondering if you can give me a ride to my accountant's house in PB ( I forget the dude's name).

0
So I say sure what the hell Fuck it I drive all the way to them del Mar pick him up I think I even had to put his bike in the hatch of my eclipse at the time along with his backpack and drive all the way down to PB and drop them off to his blind accountants......

I could go on and on and on for another 12-15 paragraphs of nothing but plain fact. But I'll end it here cuz it's this could go on all day

At the time yeah that was the worst pain I ever happened it doesn't compare to this, or it didn't even compare to my hip.

The only indentation it left was maybe a quarter inch divot which is I don't even notice it now at the time with all the gauze you could have put a roll a nickels in it but that was then this is now

I think if you unzipped his head you’d see it’s filled with skittles.

Okay let me summarize what the pain team PA has suggested so far

1- because I I said it feels like it's burning and pulling off ripping off skin off my my leg she suggested Cymbalta

2- suggested pain relief for this type of wound v ivy Tylenol

3- she suggested that I switch to buprenorphine (Suboxone), which would throw me into an instant precipitated withdrawal that will last hours and hours and hours causing uncontrollable vomiting shitting pouring of sweat. All with my leg in this position

4- lastly, I believe this is the last one, she suggested I go on ketamine. Like all day ketamine. Ketamine is what you give a soldier that you direct just dragged into the medevac who just got both his legs blown off is a disassociative. Disassociates you from reality so you don't know you're in pain you don't know where you are. When you're on ketamine you're falling down an elevator shaft backwards non-stop for a good 8 hours and you're completely paralyzed unable to move Your mind is awake but your body is completely numb and disconnected from your brain. That was her idea

She may be a nice person she may have other skills and other areas of medicine but she is grossly unqualified for this position

She may be a nice person she may have other skills and other areas of medicine but she is grossly unqualified for this position

well she has met you and been subjected to your shitty personality

There's probably a note on your file - like an internal flag for hospitals/doctors to communicate information about a patient to other medical professionals:such as, "history of abusiveness to staff/paramedics/emergency services", "drug seeker - will try to get you to prescribe extra", "unreliable answers", that kind of thing - that alerts them on good ways to deal with you.

Just saying, that kind of stuff does go on.

I live in a completely different area now with a completely different group of hospitals

Mate - I had Ketamine twice last year to get me on the ambulance because morphine wasn't doing anything. Ketamine doesn't last for 8 hours. A friend of mine was a huge ketamine dealer that supplied a large part of the market here ,and even when he was doing it himself in his apartment: he'd go in a k-hole for maybe an hour and come out of it. That's when he wasn't crawling the floor thinking he was back in Afghanistan and holding an imaginary rifle.

I'd rather take the Ketamine, as she suggested, to be honest. It sounds like you need a  break away from the reality of pain. That's the best way to do it.

How would agmatine help him Lower his dose?

I've read elsewhere that agmatine is helpful with drug dependence.  But don't know how.

“Agmatine is believed to enhance the analgesic effects of opioids by inhibiting certain receptors involved in tolerance.”

I believe Robert it is wife still runs Syndicate out of that gym tho and is still pretty successful. Eddie I believe trains there as well

Shouldn't really say this, but Tramadol SR makes Taffin very happy - I can totally see why people might get addicted - feels different to the other opiates/opioids to me for some reason

You pay through Taxes you numb nuts  ;D

Hahaha!  Yes, of course - I guess what I was trying (and failing) to express was that it doesn't matter how much shit you get prescribed it's a flat rate, unlike the US system.  For example, I dread to think how much my daughter's type 1 BG meter, insulin pump, insulin, etc. would cost someone paying per item

4- lastly, I believe this is the last one, she suggested I go on ketamine. Like all day ketamine. Ketamine is what you give a soldier that you direct just dragged into the medevac who just got both his legs blown off is a disassociative. 2 ketamine horror stories real quick - I once snorted a shit load of what I thought was coke, turned out to be K, when it hit me time slowed riiiiiiggghhhtttt dddooowwwwnnn..... it felt like I'd accessed the same part of my brain that once slowed things down during a motor bike accident.  Not unenjoyable, just a bit unexpected

The other was when a friend took some with a huge shot of vodka - when it kicked in he turned to me and said 'I might be in trouble, I can't see properly, everything is upside down'(!)

Both situations lasted minutes and were over 25 years ago - Taffin is a good boy nowadays (despite the Tramadol comment above  ;))

That Little bit of extra happiness, is from tramadol's effect on serotonin receptors, in addition to the "warm hug" you get from the opioid receptors

Tramadol is what started me on opiates after 14 years clean from Nubaine

I just had ACDF on c5-c6 c6-c7. Something definitely up with prescribing pain meds after surgery. I was given  nothing, worse type of pain I've ever felt. My surgeon is against opiods as he worked in the USA and said they prescribed it like candy, saw the residual effects of what they can do.

Literally have 6 screws and a plate into my c-spine holding me together and it's  no walk in the park.

I don't know what I was reading, probably Reddit, and came across posts about a new drug, Auvelity. Claims include it's very rapid acting, within a week, unlike conventional like 4 weeks. It's a combination of buprenorphine and bupropion (Wellbutrin),    buprenorpine which is similar to ketamine (disassociative). It's probably very low dose so you can function in life.

I can't recommend it, never tried it. But it does not target serotoning. I would be interested in real person reports.

https://www.auvelity.com/

I'd try it for my treatment resistant depression but it's not availablee here. I've though about psychedelics but too scared to try it. A friend said Psilocybin made him quit cigarettes for 3 months, the effect didn't last but it's interesting the reports of cold turkeying any types of substances after one session. Even if it's rare it lasts, it's still interesting. Microdosing I could do perhaps because it's sub-psychedelic doses.

Yea you can see pics on my IG..  ever removed the back straps off a deer?
They kinda did that to each side of my leg/from foot up the calve. The outside is about 15 long by 2 wide and an inch deep, the inside is "only" about 12". & I'm supposed to have a wound-vac in each side. But they want to replace the woukdvac 3x. A week....

The first time they did it is the last time I can tolerate that kinda pain, because the vac-foam suck into the wound and attaches to the tissue, and removing it is like ripping out 1" deep 2" wide strips of flesh each time... Apparently, according to the plastic surgeon because I'm not mad enough to tolerate that type of pain I've extended my recovery time to three or four months of being an inpatient either at a rehab/skilled nursing facility or UC Irvine was most likely where they do more plastic surgery.

*, So instead of the wound vac, I get daily gauze dressing changes which are still fucking painful. I'm usually like a "tough guy/suck it up and push through" you know?  I walked around /ran on a  broken tibia for 2 weeks, I was up out of the hospital bed walking after my first my hip surgery and within a couple hours, I've played through broken fibulas and collar bones and fought through broken hands and arms and a sternum..

But this pain is on another fucking level. There's laws to protect people when it comes to pain management. And pain management lady today who I thought I had a good rapport with tells me that yeah we're going to keep working to keep decreasing your your pain meds because "you're trying to recreate a past experiences from your past experiences with with opioids... I.e. fancy way of saying she's telling me I'm trying to get high.... And like I said wants to cut my doses down even though I'm probably 2 months from going home, still. & The fact they don't understand opioid receptor affinity or saturation or whatever and they still have me on methadone in the hospital despite giving me pain meds that would keep me out of withdrawal, but they don't understand the methadone is soaking up so many other fucking hope you would receptors that the Dilaudid doesn't have room to work.

I told that bitch I haven't been high in 10 fucking years. What the fuck is my past experience have to do with the pain I'm in right now you've seen what my leg looks like open with no bandages... I shouldn't have remind you that it's not your job to tell me how much pain I should be in."

I already been contacted by three attorneys. Haven't had the energy in me to call any of them back yet, but they don't typically stick around with the smaller cases they want to go for the big fish the big insurance companies the big hospitals because they settle in exchange for a gag order so you don't talk about the poor care you received at the hospital... But I'd trade in a fucking heartbeat the '80-200,000 or whatever that'll likely get for the lawsuit to have this have never happened.

Buprenorphine is an opiate agonistic/antagonist, not a disassociative.

It would combine the 2 most popular drugs in prison. Lol... Bupropion/Wellbutrin when snorted or injected IV gives about as close to cocaine as you'll get.

Psilocybin worked pretty well with me, micro dosing anyways (300mg/day).. I'd only taken enough one time to get the psychedelic experience when things "felt" much different. But it was over in a couple hrs.

I agree.  They are serious medications but short courses for postoperative pain and other acute issues like that are totally fine.  If you can’t sleep, breath deeply, move around, participate in physical therapy you’re going to have worse outcomes.

American physicians were definitely heavy handed  with the narcotic prescriptions for a while but now the pendulum has swung too far in the other direction

Shouldn't really say this, but Tramadol SR makes Taffin very happy - I can totally see why people might get addicted - feels different to the other opiates/opioids to me for some reason

You're not wrong. It has a weird floaty feeling and I seem to lose my appetite on it. Currently on 224 of them per month although I don't get through all that many - I still re-up just to keep good stocks at home, lol. You never know when your medicine cabinet is in need of emergency use. Waiting for another genicular nerve block as the old one is wearing off, so I'm trying to be cautious with overuse.

I managed to lose a good stone off my weight on my first batch of them. Not sure if that's the same for you, but I just don't feel like eating on them.

Someone answer me this. I've been intermettently getting extremely weak, no appetite, my heart feels like exploding. A short walk to the corner store and I've felt like I don't know if I can make it home without assistance. I don't use Tramadol all the time but when I did last time I had been shopping food, felt extremely bad, extremely weak and just about at the door I puked ver explosively. An arab peeked out his window and asked if I needed an ambulance, and he came out with a water bottle. Nice thoughtful guy even if he was a towel head. I said I needed some rest and then I would be fine opening the door, walking one flight of stairs to my apartment. Now my question is, can tramadol causes all these symptoms? Some of the symptoms don't let up even if I don't touch tramadol. It's like  it's impossible to train on it (if indeed tram is the cause) my body is having a workout already.

Intermettently I've been feeling so weak I could hardly stand up for 10 seconds. And I've been hit with this tremor that is BAD. Neurologist said nothing wrong. My heart docs say my heart is fine. So they say it's psychological, nah, partly maybe. After a couple of weeks of eating normally like now, I'm back squatting 400lbs, but I want this to continue to really come back for real.

Tramadol is an instant depression "killer" though. Most people who try it don't rate it that high, I rate it very high on a rec list, not that I've used many of the street drugs.

So my question is, can tram make you immediately weak with zero exercise capacity?

ya know, obviously ES and I do not like each other.
However, I was flipping through his IG (yes Eric you accepted me) and its really incredible how far he has fallen. This guy was doing well it seemed, good build (far better than me), great hair, nice vehicle (350z?), has a kid, and got lots of gals. Then he started putting all that bathtub brew garbage in his body and his IG became pic after pic of him getting cut open due to infections, on a respirator, just more and more of brutal health issues. Ya, sure I dont like him, but thats not the factor that says he is finished, he will have more infections, more hospital time, and never ever recover from all of it because his ego is too big and he "is always right". His mind is faded too from all the drugs, you can see it in his delusional and absent minded posts.

Again, Im not stating this from a hate side of things, this is just fact. If you are on his IG, go look for yourself and try and tell me different

I've never had shortness of breath on it but have heard that it can cause respiratory depression in some people? You must be really susceptible to its effects, imo. Sounds like it hits you a lot harder - and yeah I've noticed that it makes me more 'wavy' and amicable although not to the point of wanting to phone people out my phonebook just for a 'chat'. Similar to if I've had a drink or two level of social buzz, if that makes sense.

I've just looked up the sides about feeling 'wheezy' on tramadol and it is listed as a serious side, so it's something worth paying attention to in your case. Sounds like you need to be very careful on it, mate. "your lips, mouth, throat or tongue suddenly become swollen. you're breathing very fast or struggling to breathe (you may become very wheezy or feel like you're choking or gasping for air)"

Personally, I think I'd be too scared to take that them if I went through that kind of experience. How much were you on when that happened?

I've gone through a lot of them in a day when dealing with my knee issues at their worst, and never really felt out of breath. At the most, I had a twitch/judder type thing where a couple of times throughout the day I felt my body jolt. But that was only when I was on the max daily dosage.

I have 200mg tabs so I have done one tab mostly, sometimes another half later in the day. Most high single dose 300mg, highest total daily dose 400mg. 2 or 300mg with Phenibut (contraindicated most likely) at 1500mg and 20 minutes later it's a new world. Lying in bed I can sort of feel the euphoric effects sort of starting from the feet going up, hard to explain. Then I have know taken 4-6 tabs a day even though I've warned about the seizure risk. I think I've been on the brink of SS, kind of started twitching and my vision was affected, even some close eye faint hallucinations. That time I had taken a Xanax too and a pull off a joint. No advice, just a true reply. I don't really feel wheezy or hard to breathe, it's more like the feeling of a hard set of legs where you might feel naus.eus. Like that took a lot of effort, I have to rest on my back.

It doesn't have to be the tram, but it's coincided with these episodes many times. Maybe it's just the regular opioid sickness, I never thought of that actually LOL. But i get so weak sometimes and out of breath, like I said standing for longer than 10 seconds. I don't have anyone I would call to get me some supplies like milk sometimes when I need it. Too shameful, ( "I'm stressing them, I don't want to be a burden")  Right now I feel better, probably gained like 20lbs in a few weeks.

Back story: was greatly affected by swine flu and covid and things haven't been the same since.

It sounds like something cardiac in nature, like some kind of arrhythmia. Possibly a postviral cardiomyopathy type thing, since this is after being sick w Covid as you mentioned.

How often do these episodes come on?  At least once a week?  Inquire with your cardiologist about some kind of longer term monitoring.  Here, we call it a Holter monitor.  It straps to your chest for a couple days or weeks so any infrequent, intermittent issues that may not come up in the clinic can be identified.

It sounds like you are unwell and I would seek a second opinion, possibly with a physician specializing in post-viral or PASC (post acute sequelae of Covid).

No idea the cause.

I got scratched my cat back in June and the cat died call days later. So they initially thought my left leg swelling and lymph nodes being the size of golf balls was due to cat scratch fever/ cat scratch disease. And since then I've been dealing with like bilateral lymphedema or what I thought it was, and both my legs and my mostly like my left arm. My legs would swell up to the point where like my knees would barely bend.

The swollen actually goes back to probably 2019. Multiple trips to ER just to see what the swelling was about. I thought it may be AFib but that's been ruled out I guess. Aside from that they had no answers.

I'd been on no opiates except methadone for the past couple years.

I've also had that feeling you mentioned in the other post of weird dream-like thoughts when my eyes are shut towards the end of the day if I've been on tramadol. It's kind of similar to what you're describing - like my thoughts let go into their own world rather than consciously leading them through, if that makes sense?

Thing is - I've never felt too overloaded/tired on it, although I've never done any gym or physical work too late in the day, so that might be why? I'm hoping that once the latest steroid shots go into the knee and start to work; I can take a break for 6-12 months. Things are a lot better now than this time last year, for sure.

Stay safe and if things get any stranger for you, I'd definitely look for alternatives.

Yea you can see pics on my IG..  ever removed the back straps off a deer?

Not deer, but I've helped take loin/tenderloin off animals, so I think I know what you mean - fucking ouch!

I don't think I'd want to be on them all the time unless I was using them for legit reasons - because for fun you just want that first few hours, then let it fade away and get on with things.  And never noticed an appetite change now I think of it.  Hope your issue gets better BTW

I still don't really understand what happened. What are the reasons for getting swollen legs like that. What is it that needs to be drained? Pus? Or is it that the pressure can cause damage? Please, a real answer  :D

No I'm still not clear, but I knew one guy who got really bad one time and he reckoned it was from scraping dirty knurled barbells up his shins somehow  :-X

I've gone through a lot of them in a day when dealing with my knee issues at their worst, and never really felt out of breath. At the most, I had a twitch/judder type thing where a couple of times throughout the day I felt my body jolt. But that was only when I was on the max daily dosage.

Yeh, I had the 'Jacob's Ladder' thing a couple of times too!  ;D

I dont know how to describe it. Go from the inside of your foot halfway down, then cut a strip of skin 2 inches wide to roughly 4 inches below knee (estimate) peel that 2 inch strip of skin off (yes off) the leg, remove a bunch of disease from underneath, then wrap it up with gauze and saran wrap. Its level 100 gross, not his first trip down this road tho, his IG shows another like this from couple years ago

Thanks, I really mean it  I had the Halter monitor on early on after being discharged, showed nothing THEN. These episodes come on only intermettently. I've tried explaining it to my doc(s) and they say it's all in my head 'your EF is very close to normal, your BP is good, pulse is high (doesn't come down even with  300mg of metoprolol, 200mg is usually max dose), EKG is always fine. You are weak and unconditioned from lying on your couch for months." It seems tramadol definitely has something to do with at least some of the episodes but I don't hear this from anyone else who "dabbles." I also get shaky to the point of almost not being able to drink a cup of coffee with BOTH hands.

My brother just says, "man I saw you in that hospital bed (twice) for almost 4 weeks straight, with very high fever and cooling vest and windows open, that has to leave some permanent damage, cooked your brain"  LOL.
I actually had a brain scan too while I was sedated but it looked fine.

I'm on metoprolol, candesartan and a few antidepressants. The docs don't want to hear the word "covid," the nurse blurted out something about "post-covid" and the doc didn't look happy. No comment on anything covid related by the docs. I've had 3 different cardiologists in a couple of years.

No "disease" & no compartment syndrome.

It's listed as fasciitis. Not to be confused with necrotizing fasciitis (which is what my hip surgery was in 2017

There's talk about my "bathtub brews" (I have a lab ffs) causing abscesses
etc... I've never gotten an abscess from any of my own products, nor have the hundreds and hundreds of my clients.

That’s tough.  It’s going to be nearly impossible to diagnose something intermittent like that.  Further tests or interventions are likely to cause more harm than help.  Fortunately, metoprolol is an effective antiarrhythmia medication, and at that high of a dose your heart is very unlikely to fall into any sustained arrhythmias.

Post-ICU syndrome is a real and documented phenomenon.  Someone who spent as much time as you in the ICU is practically guaranteed to have it to some degree.

Are you familiar with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome?  In short, after standing up your blood vessels lose their muscle tone, causing a rapid decrease in blood pressure and a compensatory increase in heart rate.  Typically associated with lightheadedness, dizziness, falls, nausea, etc.  Notably, we have seen a documented increased incidence post Covid—although this is likely common to any viral infection.  Something else to look into.

Consider keeping a record book of your episodes and the surrounding events: what happened, what you were doing before, what you had eaten or medications consumed, etc.  Hopefully, over time you can identify patterns and possibly any precipitating or mitigating factors.

Beyond that, try to take care of your heart with lots of mild aerobic activity (eg: brisk walk) and maybe even meditation or breath work, something to reduce your baseline sympathetic nervous system activity.  Anything to support and ease your body as it heals and recovers.

That's been an issue for me since getting out of the hospital in 2017 with my hip.

Even lying here in the hospital bed about three times or four times a day My heart rate monitor and 02 sensor will go off red flashing with a heart rate that'll jump up to like 235, then down to 211-188 177 150 something 12 0 and 90 and back to 82.  Same thing What happened when the whole health nurse would come and do dress and change on my hip she would do a blood pressure thing and a heart rate thing and all the sudden my blood pressure is like 230 over 120 with a heart rate 150 plus and she would send me to the ER where they would do absolutely nothing except having me wait for 8 hours.

Curious about this post-icu syndrome, since I was in the ICU my first 5 days in the hospital here in critical condition, and another 3days in the ICU back in Oct 22.

Some really good advice you've given there. Especially about keeping a record/log of when these things happen and if there's a correlation between the food/meds. His situation sounds concerning, tbh. I'd be pretty weirded out if I started getting those symptoms, for sure.

One thing I will say about doctors - the consultants live in their own little world. My brother is one that deals with anaesthesia. He either plays dumb about stuff or is genuinely clueless about anything else outside of his narrow discipline. My mother and father are quite ill and even they refuse to ask him for advice for anything. It's like talking to a brick wall. Surely they should be competent in overall knowledge and then really expert in a small field but NO - these guys might as well be you or me when it comes to anything outside of that field. Maybe because its been decades since having to do the resident/junior doctor stuff they don't need to brush up on it anymore, and the brain becomes foggy? I just don't get it.

So I do have sympathy for Eric as some hospital staff are probably quite unaware of various aspects of what his situation is. On the other hand, they look at his history and see problems in the past with medication use or history of whatever and they instantly jump to conclusions. He's in a tough situation.

Explain yourself when you say I'm saying it's "everyone else's fault".

What exactly am I blaming on "everyone else".

You dumbfuk.

I've been training people for well over 20yrs and lucky enough to have a photographic/videographic memory so remember everything I read, hear, or see. Ive dated damn near exclusively nurses & doctors (and some medical assistants in between... The MA's Mostly while they we're students so I did their homework for them), so I've had 20yrs of textbooks in my bookcases.

Tell me what I'm incorrect about, with your vast knowledge of dog shit.

I doubt you have a photographic memory. For one, it’s extremely rare and two, less than 100 people actually have a true photographic memory. Just because you could remember a picture of what you ate in your head yesterday, it doesn’t mean you have a photographic memory.

Also, photographic memory has actually never been proven:

“Scientists have yet to prove that photographic memory exists. Some even explain that what people call eidetic memory may be related to other causes, including reconstructive memory. In other words, those with eidetic memory may receive the influence of different mental processes, such as attention, perception and motivation.”

Yup.

I still believe however that there is "some good" in people. Im putting that in quotes since pure acts of altruism might only boil down to survival gains for genes on a collective scale. A misfiring "self-preservation mechanism" inherited from a time when we were all living in small groups.....and were likely all cousins....(Hamilton's rule of Kin selection.)

Richard Dawkins popularised and expanded on the idea in his book "The selfish gene."

Ok it is dec 7th and this was started Nov 6th whatever the fuck was wrong with him he should be out by now and blasting gear well on a way to a recomp. I mean seriously who stays in the hospital a month. Even if you are dying they get you out in a week.

I think he said at least 3-4 month hospital stay? I doubt they try to keep him there for no reason, him demanding to speak with the pain doc all the time haha. I didn't get to see the pics, kinda hope I did now. Not because of some morbid fantasies but I was curious how "serious" it looked.

When I was sent home from mere covid I was not self-functioning really, needed a lot of help. I remember when I got sent home and I picked up my drugs at their pharmacy it took all my power to actually fill the script as they had no chairs in this place. Then again I had begged to go home for days at that point, my anxiety was very high just lying there. Later I had some other problems (scratched my eyes) they didn't let anyone roam the halls due to covid. Just stay in your room and do what, stare at the walls? A gym friend said he had logged 2 years in the hospital the last several years (kidney transplant). Murderous anxiety and boredom I'm sure.

They did give me valium after the covid, kind of dulls you just enough so it's just tolerable.

only after discovering the dark side of themselves.

The most dangerous people are the ones who think they couldnt harm a fly.

Go watch someone get beheaded and your initial reaction is "I could never do that"

Now take some time thinking about situations where you could justify doing it, will take you no longer than 10 minutes to realise you could do it quite easily

How very true - only have to look back at The Scamdemic & how many
folk were turning on the non vaccinated & non face nappy wearers
Just one step away from wanting them all Killed.

Some on here should read " Ordinary men" might make them a bit more
Intelligent & not post so much Crap.

What do you know about blasting gear? I thought you only did TRT?

I am not currently taking any wet compounds I have no aromatization. I am not bulking. Also not cutting not taking any stimulants or metabolism optimizers and never do. Just eating normal meals and training hard. I look my best when I do that. I have enough size I can take it slow I don't need to get sloppy.

The talk about "wet" and "dry" compounds is a bit of a misunderstanding of what steroids do/can do. First of all estrogen is not the main reason for retaining water. Basically ALL anabolic steroids cause water retention, it's part of what they do, none of them are outright diuretics, correct me if I'm wrong. There is a word that may be useful when debating steroids and their effect on wetness or dryness and the word is MINERALCORTICOID.

I've know many people who were dry, "hardest in show," and they used NO type types of antiestrogens. And they used plenty of aromatizing gear. In fact for decades this was done successfully.

Did you know there are understood mechanisms of how something like tren or Halotestin can/will cause water retention/edema (mineralcorticoid related mechanism)? Halo has edema listed as a side effect as do most steroids.

Yea yes, I know usually tren will make you look harder generally but it's also the case, that in higher doses it can cause edema in the ankles for example. Personal experience, actually have it right now. I still remember Bob Chicherillo saying only an idiot would take any steroids the last 2 weeks before the show, as they ALL cause water retention. I think he's right and wrong. Wrong in that you actually maybe WANT water retention because that's a large part of how steroids cause "size" increases. Stop all roids and GH and insulin and and do diuretics and it can simply look like a deflated version of yourself, not even necessarily "harder."

To complicate matters even more, something like Nolvadex or Arimidex are known to cause edema sometimes all by themselves.

If someone knows this to be all wrong, I'd love to be corrected.

I looked at that picture you sent me again last time when I checked my PM’s.
That picture was even worse than the old one he posted which was pretty shocking.
Death or amputation seem like possible places he was going.
Could have been opioid related too..

The increase could be people he had already followed reactivating deleted accounts.

Also I've had accounts which I rarely logged in on and I'd find it was following random accounts that I hadn't followed. Wasn't cos of a hack either, just IG faking activity/following count.
