The truth is these high level BBer's take massive amounts of AAS/GH/Slin for years on end.
2-3 grams is the price of admission in BBing. Not that much at all.
There is no secret stack, but certain drugs have better synergy with others. None of which are going to turn you into Ronnie Coleman.
These "podcast" bros are just making things complicated to get likes/followers. The same way you have these fitness gurus with millions of followers who preach stupid rotations and "special" exercises.
At the end of it all, it's very raw and simple. Lots of drugs and food for 10+ years. Training is third in line. A lot of these guys barely have two braincells to rub together. Take away the drugs and all of them are 180 pounds.

they focus on a test base as much as you can handle without needing an ai which they say is generally 300 mgs and then take the "safer" ones ie. mast and primo=safest and then var and deca=fairly safe and take low doses or the harsh ones=tren and drol
i absolutley hate shittyass mast does dickola for me and never ran primo, var, deca, tren and drol all work very well for me and are my gotos also dbol, winny is in the same boat as mast pour moi hate that shittyass compound >:(
thing is both mast and primo lower estro and you need estro for health and growth tank it and you are fucked
so if you blast mast or primo you need more test to keep estro in range but for some reason these fellas just kinda gloss over this ???

Yes, you touched on an important point. I always argue that yes, there are guidelines, and people are similar even if differences obviously exist. I say you can take a look at what bodybuilders do on average, how doses differ between weight classes and get a fairly good idea wha a given level of muscularity corresponds to approximatately dosage wise.
A top light heavy will typically be between 2-3 grams. That is close to maxing out steroid effects. More can work a bit better but there's obviously diminishing returns as everyone can intuit. The craziest specimens we've seen have hit 5 grams or even more (10 grams!) You know the Nassers and freaks that came after like I believe Nick Walker. In Nassers era almost no one took blood pressure medication and I believe high BP is a large part of what causes damage in bodybuilders. Nowadays most everyone is on BP meds and it remains to be seen how it plays out in the furure. I saw where Fouad said he didn'teven understand that one could take BP meds and still be a bodybuilder. They thought those drugs are for sick people exclusively. But they can be used profylactically. One heart journal argued recently a systolic reading of 100-110 is optimal. Go beyond and you can accumulate damage over time, steroids or not. My docs always said less than 140 was fine. But I feel BP is major in preventing CV damage. Some of the BP drugs have been demonstrated to reduce the thickening of the left ventricle so it makes sense to start BP control from the first day you start steroids. And heart scans would be valublable to catch problems before they get out of control. I did none of that, mistly because docs don't go for it here, they can't legally assist drug abuse.
Now many use telmisartan, a beta blocker and metformin for insulin sensitivity (another probably important marker in the long run). Most every coach demands blood work, though you could argue most of them don't understand how to interpret it. It's also illegal for the coach, he isn't a doctor.

A PCT may work yet still not work. What it means is that the drugs may stimulate test production while taking them but it doesn't mean much for long term recovery. Guys just go down to HRT levels if they feel their push phases likely cause damage and they need recovery time. It's logical. OTOH, it might be possible to design cycles that you can stay on for the duration of your career without havibg to yo-yo doses. But typically guys who compete push a little too close for comfort pre-contest so they "need" off time. But a cyclical cycle design might not be necessary in theory.

Then there will be ones who push it even harder at just 90kg, there will be guys who megadose GH and everything else to get every last bit of effect from tthe drugs, probably overshooting a bit.
A good example.might be Greg Doucette. This is what he claims he took at 8 weeks out going for his pro card.
Test: 700 mg,
EQ: 700 mg,
Masteron: 700 mg,
Tren: 500 mg,
Anavar: 40 ml before hitting hitting the gym and 20 ml later in the day,
Arimidex: 1 ml daily,
Cabergoline: 500 micrograms or 0.5 mg daily
GW501516: 10 mg.
Total: 3020mg
This is a very typical competitive cycle. And Greg has good genetics but isn't very big.

i always thought i could do lots of damage as a light heavy but i'll just never ever train my legs to do this so...
my total mgs are 500 genrally and i'm a lean dry 5% and weigh bit 73 kg, i think my max weight is 80 kg without leg work i think i can hit this on 500 mgs total
i need to get more gear and i'll get sust maybe with ACE again or sust with var, lately i'll only been running 2 compounds but i think i could maybe run 4 max
the only compounds i'll use are
test

drol
dbol
ACE
deca/npp
all the others suck ass pour moi

Theoretically if you were to compete as a light heavy and legitimately fill out that class you would obviously have to raise the doses and even then it would be hard as hell. The specific steroids are less important than taking enough of whatever it is you're taking in a progressive manner. There are top competitors who don't touch many steroids other than test in the off season. Like taking 3-4 grams of test and 200mg of Deca "for the joints." You would also have needed 300 grams of protein for years on end :D

mechincal tension and gear are the factors not "diet"
If you don't have the genetics you may not get anything out of more protein or more gear. Doesn't change the fact that every single large bodybuilder eats a lot of protein and takes a lot of gear. There are no exeptions.

In the end good bodybuilders have steadily increased their doses over time as they grow and experiment. But there are a lot of bodybuilders who have settled at say 90kg with little gains over their career. These don't have to increase doses or nutrition. They may say you don't need X amount of gear or protein, look at me, I'm a pro. But then you consider they maybe didn't gain anything through their careers, so what do they really know.

ive found that everything has a sweet spot and after this gains are much less and if you go too far past they become toxic
strangely enough this sweet spot seems to be 150-250 mgs per week for everything :D

I forget, what was low protein to Tuor? Nit sure but I bet it's still high, just not high-high, you know what I mean? Farah had been preaching low protein, then you see a meal plan for some pro and it's like at least 300 grams plus. When compared to another heavy weight at 450 grams it may be "low" but it's still fucking high.
Here's a question for those who say pros eat too much protein, an unnecessary amount. Some of you know who Roman Fritz is. If he is maintaining bodyweight he's at maintenance calories yeah? Does everyone agree?

1000 grams of carbs (increasing to 1500 grams at peak off-season)
500 grams of protein
Low fat I think below 100 grams
You may think bodybuilding at that level is stupid but just as a thought experiment how would you restructure his macros for him to possibly gain even more lean tissue? Lower protein to 50 to 100 grams and increase fats? Increase carbs, which are already at an astrononomical level? Remember this is a guy who is very large with extremely low bodyfat. I know not many here bother to discuss bodybuilding but there are many who have competed and many who live the lifestyle and I would be curious of their opinions.
Like I said, all the largest bodybuilders have eaten a ton of protein, Nasser said he morphed with the insulin along with up to 600 grams of protein after Milos told him to increase it, though Milos suggested a bit less. Coleman ate a ton of protein, Chad recommends like 12oz of meat every meal. I'm sure Ruhl was up there,, wouldn't be surprised if he ate even more than Nasser etc. Some of these types of guys have gone up to almost a kilo of protein a day. Cutler still eats like 100 grams just for breakfast (I might be mistaken but I'm sure it's up there). Kovacs as disgusting as he was was a very large person, astronomical protein. I have to say I don't think it's a coincidence these guys ate so much protein.
I always wanted to try eating 400 grams for an extended period to see what it did for me but I just couldn't do it. It's not certain I would have gained a lot of muscle but I'm positive it wouldn't have hurt my lean body mass.

i don't mind pro so i can eat more no worries
milos says 2 grams per pound which is insane, most guys say 1.25 to 1.5 like the fellas on think big bodybuilding
can't train legs for another 3-4 weeks due to the abcess removal but this dude at the gym razzed me again bout it :D :D :D
