i have bipolar sans depression just extreme mania like right now in the cusp of it :D :D :D
i sleep 3 hours a day yet i am gaining muscle circumfrince all over my upper bod so i guess mania is good for gains ;D ;D ;D
dave says ACE lowers GABA not good, not good at all... probably shouldn't run ACE in the cusp of mania though lol

i'm within 10 pounds of the weight cap for men's physique
i will compete in it this summer
once again.... i am not a bb i am MP or i will be ;)
learned a shit ton bout gear in the last 6 months and i will never ever run more than 500 mgs total EVER
i've already added 1/3 inch to my arms in 5 days but yeah i don't know shit bout training
and this stringy thing is why i will never use mast or winny ever again they make me even flatter

i see the psychartist tomorrow and he will give me a mood stabilizer and hoping benzos as well, but he's not a fan of benzos, so i'll have to use my narcisstic charm to get a srcipt for them ;)

He's a real ecto, unlike the others here who refer to themselves as ecto, yet or more ecto-meso or meso.
The giveaway is the pec insertions - the ectos have it on the outside of their sternum, with the gap in between. The meso and endos insert more middle and don't have the space, and get the shelf at the bottom.
This could all be broscience, but it's my observation.

All steroids can be neurotoxic. Victor Black just doesn't like Dbol so he's making claims that probably have zero relevance in practise.
Dbol often has amazingly positive effects on mood. Not in all. Not that that doesn't mean it isn't neurotoxic but it might be another avenue to exploit. Better you feel, the better your gains.
That particularly tren lowers GABA is something Palumbo pulled out of his ass, like many things he says. Some claim EQ lowers GABA too, it being the reason for its anxiogenic effects. Just speculation at this point.
Var having "zero effect on neuroplasticity" means what? I know people are looking for drugs that INCREASE neuroplasticity, meaning they can help rewire the brain, cure depression etc. Many antidepressants have been shown to grow the brain (in certain areas the brain actually shrinks in depression), new connections are seen: neuroplasticity.
Var could theoretically cause depression if it doesn't affect neurotransmitters much - if you are replacing DHT for Var for example by taking less test with more Var.
Gotta be critical of everyone's claims.

There is zero chance that you will grow too much lean tissue so you can't go into your class. Everything possible to gain as much muscle now should be done. And when you start the diet, whatever you yourself think your finishing weight will be when peeled will likely be at least 20lbs less. No one gets too hard, almost everyone is just a little too smooth, especially first timers.
Whatever you do, you will positively NOT gain too much muscle, and you need every gram of muscle you can squeeze out of whatever you are doing.
Last week, things may not play out the way you expect. Someone could be worried they will gain too much loading but often the result is not gain, probably more like at least another 5lbs lost. Especially if you do diuretics. Stress adds to this.
This is just my opinion and guesses, no need to take offense if you feel you "know" different. Maybe you do. I'll give you major props if you ever go on stage. But to do that time is running put for committing to a show. You should register for a specific show on a specific date with the promise of not backing out unless dead. An "open to change plans" approach will most likely not have you actually compete.
You need a date, you need a plan not open to major changes. I think, you would benefit from some leg work even if you competed in the shorts division. You need to add as much muscle as possible between now and prep, constant anabolic state, without going over a
set bodyfat limit.

i've been playing with the slin this week and it seems post workout is the ideal time to deploy it, i'm doing it one post workout not both as i am doing doubles doing it daily even though justin harris says limit it to twice a week max
i'm hitting 80-100 grams pro both postworkouts
and agreed bout keeping the bodyfat in check, i won't go over 8% EVER
leg is still on the mend doc says 3-4 more weeks of no training so that is what it is, but why add mass on my legs? this WILL NOT help my case as it's all bout DELTS, LATS, PECS, AND ARMS
i should consult a MP expert and ask him where i need to add the most muscle i'm fucking driven to thinken my arms right now but maybe i should focus on lat width ???

I am glad I am not the only one who has stuff to say here. For the amount and types of drugs he is taking he doesn't look any better than below average. BUT he thinks he does. So that is what is important to him. But he has to understand the guys on here are doing what a judge would do. Now almost anyone can win a tiny local show. Very few competitors. Sometimes only 1 person in a class. I have know guys who never trained but had a swimmers build about like dj here and went to a show and won because no one else was there!! Doesn't mean you looked great.
Yes a mirror is best but you have to actually see the truth not what you want to see. If your choosing a show in august or Sept then you should take this time to BUILD some muscle. eat some food train right and take the right drugs. Then about 3 or 4 months before contest time start dieting and slowly reduce bodyfat . Workouts and food change too. Go easy on the "cardio" it kills muscle. Period! Right now you are playing with your health by taking drugs and not doing it correctly. They are not vitamins .
I understand where you are coming from but please take our advice on this. We are NOT trying to upset you but point you in the right direction. It is not difficult but you seem to be listening to all the wrong people. You can get bigger without to much stomach increase but you will never get bigger and stay below 10 percent or so. The body needs food to grow. And using insulin right now without eating enough is just plain crazy. In fact using insulin and all the other drugs you are using to look like you do and MAYBE enter a local MP is just insane. But this is what I se in the gyms everyday. People just starting out wanting to use steroids. SMH. Get what you can naturally when that ends then and only then use steriods. They work but not like people think. They don't make up for bad genetics.

I think controlling the mania should be priority #1 for you so you can get a sober look at your situation. You know no one here thinks you will ever compete, I'm giving you a slight benefit of the doubt. Asking an "expert" for his opinion now would be perfect but it takes some balls, there's a risk he will pour cold water down your neck, so to speak.

DJ, what does your training look like? I ask because you said you're not training legs currently? Only upper body? What kind of split do you follow?
Also, is MP the division with the board shorts?

my gig is men's physique and that weight cutoff is bout 180 pour moi but i don't need to weigh that much to place in shows it's all about... ILLUSION ;)

I think controlling the mania should be priority #1 for you so you can get a sober look at your situation. You know no one here thinks you will ever compete, I'm giving you a slight benefit of the doubt. Asking an "expert" for his opinion now would be perfect but it takes some balls, there's a risk he will pour cold water down your neck, so to speak.

DJ, what does your training look like? I ask because you said you're not training legs currently? Only upper body? What kind of split do you follow?
Also, is MP the division with the board shorts?

day 1: tris at morn pecs at night
day 2: bis at morn lats at night
i hit delts every 3 days
can't train legs had surgey on the left one and have to wait 4-6 more weeks

Again your "full natty" and your current pic there is not much difference at all. Very little actually. Just like we said. A swimmer or marathon runner a biker or a high school track athlete. Dude No one here is trying to insult you or take away your dreams etc. BUT you need to be realistic. Yes you don't want to be a bodybuilder. We know that. But taking the drugs you are to look like you do to maybe compete against other swimmers is really crazy. And by the way showing a picture of those guys do not mean those are the guys you will be competing against. I have friends who are like you ( no legs) but great upper bodies.( have you ever seen any wheelchair champions? amazing upper bodies) So depending on where you live you could go against some well built guys
Nothing wrong with being proud of yourself and what you want to do. But please be realistic and don't get caught up in this. Your going to spend 125 bucks for a npc card another 100 to 150 for entry then the other fees and stuff. And Ithink you said you live off your Mom? Get out of her basement get a job support yourself then do what you can at MP. Your never going to be a pro or make a living off this so do it as a hobby when you can. The drugs and insulin and everything else will age you quick and may take your life or leave you all fucked up. Is it worth it when it is obvious you either have fake gear or your a non responder.
