He also said primo is more anabolic than mast and that mast acts more like a serm and it's estrogen lowering ability, if it does lower an individuals estrogen, is dose dependent
Some get estrogen lowering for it others don't like him as he took 3.5 grams of it with only 200 test
He also said it's a better drug for real athletes as it increases strength and power production without much size increases so good for boxers powerlifters who have to stay in certain weight classes

He says he works with "many" Olympic athletes as well as pro bodybuilders. He says he can't name them due to his role (PEDs) and because the athletes' other trainers aren't aware of this side consulting. So you really don't know if the guy is full of shit, probably is unfortunately...
But he is a pretty interesting fella with an active mind, he is sharp, can't take that away from him
Him doing 3.5 grams of Mast... I don't know if I believe that. It's so extreme. The average milligram amounts for competitors sound pretty good, realistic unlike others who claim tiny doses.

Watching more of of thinkbig bodybuilding podcast and a q came up about primo doseage and dusty said he never did more than 300 primo and they all said that thier clients who run a good deal of dhts have a hdl level in the gutter and thier calcium ion scores are horrible
Those 2 things greatly enhance heart problems so maybe I won't add in var after I finish the dbol
Dhts are a mixed bag for me as some really suckass ie. Winny and mast while some are quite good var and drol, but I really didn't run primo long enough to see how good or sucky if is for me
Dave crossland in the UK said many BB there are blasting primo and it's fucking up their calcium ion scores and burying Thier hdl
Seems many of these guys are blasting the shit out of mast or primo or both and alot of them are against drol a d say the only place to use it is a few days before stepping onstage if one is too flat
And even for powerlifters than say to only use drol a week before a meet or even a few days before a meet the same protocol they preach for BB

They would mock me doing BB as they said it's for f@gs and pussies coz you can't get hurt doing it
According to them real sports are where you get roughed up and take it like a man, football getting tackled basketball getting elbowed baseball getting beamed by a fastball boxing getting punched ie contact sports
BB and distance running are non contact and therefore only pussies practice them
Although one of them did say weight training is good to improve athletic performance and he started me on my first weight training program
Cross fit is ideal conditioning training for boxing and it's level of effort and stress and strain shits all over BB training not even fucking close
After boxing conditioning I would have to sleep and take a nap after BB training never

There isn't even a best combo for any single person. Primo and Mast could both work just as well, or Nandrolone vs Boldenone, the difference might be minute, or Var vs Win, same result pretty much. Of course there can be guidelines and approximate doses, we are all the same species and are going to have similar responses.

Dj, neither of us were impressed with Winstrol but I'm not a fan of the idea that a drug works great for one person but not at all for another. If either of us would drop everything else and switched to just a good dose of Winstrol it would definitely "work." There really aren't any nonresponders and the ones with very poor response would have a poor response to anything else in this class.
I think the same applies to training and diet. "Find out what works for you, it's wildly different." I don't think so, we're the same species as I said and are going to have very similar responses.

Once dbol runs out I'll take a break from the orals and then when I come back to them it will be either var or winny, too bad my source doesn't have superdrol
I added in creatine monohydrate and I'm trying to find out my calorie intake it will probably be somewhere between 2000 and 2200
Went to 2200 and my waist shot up a 1/2 so I panicked and I've dropped back down to 2 grand
As far as training goes the key is increased training loads within choosen rep range
My chins have increased 20 kg 45 pounds my dB hammer curl has increased 4 kg 9 pounds in each hand so its going real well
