He says he works with "many" Olympic athletes as well as pro bodybuilders. He says he can't name them due to his role (PEDs) and because the athletes' other trainers aren't aware of this side consulting. So you really don't know if the guy is full of shit, probably is unfortunately...
But he is a pretty interesting fella with an active mind, he is sharp, can't take that away from him
Him doing 3.5 grams of Mast... I don't know if I believe that. It's so extreme. The average milligram amounts for competitors sound pretty good, realistic unlike others who claim tiny doses.
Edit. I watched a tiny bit. Do people really watch these things? The amount of caveats and qualifiers and details, Jesus how exhausting. I'm thinking the viewers can be counted on one hand?
Watching more of of thinkbig bodybuilding podcast and a q came up about primo doseage and dusty said he never did more than 300 primo and they all said that thier clients who run a good deal of dhts have a hdl level in the gutter and thier calcium ion scores are horrible
Those 2 things greatly enhance heart problems so maybe I won't add in var after I finish the dbol
Dhts are a mixed bag for me as some really suckass ie. Winny and mast while some are quite good var and drol, but I really didn't run primo long enough to see how good or sucky if is for me
Dave crossland in the UK said many BB there are blasting primo and it's fucking up their calcium ion scores and burying Thier hdl
Seems many of these guys are blasting the shit out of mast or primo or both and alot of them are against drol a d say the only place to use it is a few days before stepping onstage if one is too flat
And even for powerlifters than say to only use drol a week before a meet or even a few days before a meet the same protocol they preach for BB
