My no1 exercise for lats.
No fucking around
I do slower reps than in the video but you gotta love Tom Platz.

I feel them more the old school way Arnold and Franco did them fully bent over on a block or a bench more than the now 45 degree way Yates did them. Now every one is doing the 45 degree back way. Maybe I never gave them a full chance.

Do them facing the back of an incline bench, you can change the angles and hit the back way better than standing.

I don't remember ever trying the cambered bar but like Donny said, it's great for db's as well. Might as well try the cambered bar, see how it feels.

all i did for back yesterday was ..

One arm DB Rows
Bent arm BB pullovers
BB Rows
BB Good mornings ( iīve actually grown to like these)

Seated DB curls
EZ Bar  curls

went for a cycle straight afterwards, was warm here ... well warm for a scotsman  ;D

Yates Rows? Dorianīs goal was to really go for the lower Lats but what this guy is doing will do the opposite..all upper back  ::)

For a moment there, I thought he was trying to do upright rows with way too heavy of a weight and it was causing him to bend over.

Yateīs rows are great if used properly & i personally use an EZ Bar for a supinated grip which i just find better for me.
I love all kinds of rows for back & i believe they build Thickness & width
