It's a great exercise for the lats.
I feel them more the old school way Arnold and Franco did them fully bent over on a block or a bench more than the now 45 degree way Yates did them. Now every one is doing the 45 degree back way. Maybe I never gave them a full chance.
Do them facing the back of an incline bench, you can change the angles and hit the back way better than standing.
I wonder if a cambered bar would work for that?
Yates Rows? Dorianīs goal was to really go for the lower Lats but what this guy is doing will do the opposite..all upper back
For a moment there, I thought he was trying to do upright rows with way too heavy of a weight and it was causing him to bend over.
