One of my favorite treats was plain oatmeal with Splenda....no milk........tasted so good compared to the monotonous bland diet it was almost orgasmic.......ALMOST! :D
I ate like a fucking Spartan pre-contest.....used to measure and weigh food at first, but after a while I could eyeball portions almost to a tee.

Pre workout, right before the workout,intra workout,workout-workout right after the workout and god knows what else.Carrying those jugs everywhere.

I eat healthy and alot of organic but I don't give a fuck about counting. I am also tired of warfare especially with the opposite sex.

Sipping million different drinks:
Pre workout, right before the workout,intra workout,workout-workout right after the workout and god knows what else.Carrying those jugs everywhere.
they do it at my gym, 3 litre bottle, I dont drink anything while training, fucks sake its 45 mins to an hour, why the fuck do you need a drink?
And they never drink it all, just a few mouthfuls
All the young guys at the counter loading up on pre-workouts to go through a half arsed arm session
I occasionally have a half a diet monster while driving to the gym.
I also dont eat anything for about 4 or 5 hours after training

They may as well buy supermaket economy meals for £2 and add some extra meat for protein
I saw a guy who spent £90 for 18 meals from a prep company, he showed me his meal and it was some mashed potato, green beans and 3 skinny chicken sausages
He would have been better off with 3 poached eggs on a piece of toast

I see it all the time also,I drink 2 coffees before I train and water during my workout.
I don`t now it it truly holds and creedence but I was taught by top guys back in the day to never eat or drink during a workout as blood will go to your stomach to aid in digestion as opposed to being in the muscles you are training......maybe it`s minutia but so is an intra workout drink during a 45-60 minute workout ! ;D

Not a big drinker (water, that is) so i usually try to drink a 1,5 liter water bottle during the workout.

One of the most annoying things about bodybuilding is waking up multiple times pissing at night.
Every time I did a show pre-contest was the worst.
