Sipping million different drinks:
Pre workout, right before the workout,intra workout,workout-workout right after the workout and god knows what else.Carrying those jugs everywhere.
they do it at my gym, 3 litre bottle, I dont drink anything while training, fucks sake its 45 mins to an hour, why the fuck do you need a drink?
And they never drink it all, just a few mouthfuls
All the young guys at the counter loading up on pre-workouts to go through a half arsed arm session
I occasionally have a half a diet monster while driving to the gym.
I also dont eat anything for about 4 or 5 hours after training
