Title: Why do "BODYBUILDERS" think Low Carbs make them act strange?
Post by: The True Adonis on May 05, 2006, 11:15:47 AM
hahahha I love how these "athletes" always say they are either moody or that they do crazy things when taking in a lower carb amount.

Dieting is the easiest thing you can possibly do and it does not affect anything.  hahahahahahah Pathetic.

If it's just you dieting... no biggy.  If you're lifting heavy twice a day plus cardio once or twice... that's a bit different since you're going to burn more carbs and you blood sugar drops thus making you tired, irritable, and unable to focus.

when I'm on a low carb, I just feel too tired to do anything, being cranky only would make it worse. I look at the positives on it, like the continued effort in achieving some spectacular. You know this reminds me of something everyone has an opportunity to do....

4 percent.  I am trying something new this time which requires zero cardio.  I am already about 10 lbs heavier with a bit lower bodyfat.  I have figured out that I should not even be doing any cardio whatsoever to get to 4 percent bodyfat.

if you ever dieted for long periods at a time   taking carb's down   100 or 50 grams per day (or less)

It's easier to keep muscle on drugs.  Fat loss still requires dieting but it's not that extreme for everyone.  Darrem Charles diets for like 8 weeks while many others diet for 20 weeks or more.  Most pros do hours of cardio, diet, take clen, T3 etc. and still won't do as well as the more gifted pros like Dexter who probably gets ripped if he forgets to put the cherry on top of his banana split.

I think everyone puts too much emphasis on the negative by saying that reaching a low bodyfat is difficult.  When people rationalize the process in that way, they cease to allow the simplest solutions to work for themselves.  Instead, they create this over-exaggerated sense of hardship regarding dieting and choose to make it miserable.

Small minds most people have.

What was the diet you used to rip up when you were somewhat fat? You posted it here some time ago, and it had something to do with lowcarbs in the weekdays and carbup in the weekend. Your results were quite impressive, did you use ECA stack or anything during the time you ripping up? Did you lose a lot of strength?

Thanks

How come you have your face covered up, when you were more than willing to show your face in your other(older) pics?
Also, the physique in that pic looks nothing like your other pics, 2 different looking structures. Your older pics where much more barrel-chested.
We already know what you look like, so how about posting  a ripped pic with your face showing?

If I'm following you correctly you're saying that if we all thought getting ripped was easy we'd all look as shredded as Dexter in a couple of weeks, given the fact of course that we'd be following a more sensible, healthier diet I mean.

people have different levels of brain chemicals or whatever the fuck controls mood...
some people go even a few hours without eating carbs and they get headaches and get irritable...and then some people never lose their 'mood' no matter what, im sure we all know people who can go an entire day without eating or sleeping, have a massive hangover and still be upbeat, energetic and happy.

also why did you take the picture down? was it another photoshop like that one you posted where you were 'bigger' than ronnie and for some reason your chests were pressed together?

Not only low carbs can effect your mood, i feel very delirious if i go to long without eating (anything over 4-5) and i don't like to talk to people when i am very hungry cause i never know what i will say.
