Maybe he doesn't use steroids like you do. It's easier to diet on drugs. Of course, 0 carbs sounds a little extreme to me.

It's easier to keep muscle on drugs.  Fat loss still requires dieting but it's not that extreme for everyone.  Darrem Charles diets for like 8 weeks while many others diet for 20 weeks or more.  Most pros do hours of cardio, diet, take clen, T3 etc. and still won't do as well as the more gifted pros like Dexter who probably gets ripped if he forgets to put the cherry on top of his banana split.

I think everyone puts too much emphasis on the negative by saying that reaching a low bodyfat is difficult.  When people rationalize the process in that way, they cease to allow the simplest solutions to work for themselves.  Instead, they create this over-exaggerated sense of hardship regarding dieting and choose to make it miserable.

Small minds most people have.

What was the diet you used to rip up when you were somewhat fat? You posted it here some time ago, and it had something to do with lowcarbs in the weekdays and carbup in the weekend. Your results were quite impressive, did you use ECA stack or anything during the time you ripping up? Did you lose a lot of strength?

Thanks

Last Year, half way through my diet

How come you have your face covered up, when you were more than willing to show your face in your other(older) pics?
Also, the physique in that pic looks nothing like your other pics, 2 different looking structures. Your older pics where much more barrel-chested.
We already know what you look like, so how about posting  a ripped pic with your face showing?

That's true, but there are also appetite suppressants.

you were never at 4 or 5 percent bodyfat you idiot

if you ever dieted for long periods at a time   taking carb's down   100 or 50 grams per day (or less)
for extended periods of time you would be suffering, then you would know the pain
torture and suffering bodybuilders go thru to get on stage
but your beach body will never get that far
so shut up

hahaha oh brother. You never dieted you clown. I bet Jay Cutler wrote you back twice during his diet and you "connected" hahahaha oh brother

If I'm following you correctly you're saying that if we all thought getting ripped was easy we'd all look as shredded as Dexter in a couple of weeks, given the fact of course that we'd be following a more sensible, healthier diet I mean.

Just remove the face paint from the pic you just posted, you have the original. Not trying to bust you out, it's just hard to believe the last pic is the same person as the others one's I saw of you.
