I used to take Olive Leaf Extract a very long time ago. It's supposed to strengthen your immune system.

I recommend drinking Kefir. It's a drinkable yogurt and is a good probiotic that I feel helps with your immune system.

Cut back on sugar (candy).

Try to drink more water.

Hot chicken soup helps.

Not drinking/cutting back alcohol.

I feel cooking your own food helps. Less chance of people's germs getting on your food and you.

I keep my residence clean and clean my bathrooms frequently.

Stay away from drugs/hardcore drugs or IV drugs, ie heroin.

Cut back on cigs and don't vape.

Wash your car.

Stop going out to eat frequently.

More sleep helps. Going to bed at the same time is important.

Hiking out in the fresh, crisp air helps.

Sounds like your guy microbiome could be in bad shape.

You may need to find a holistic doc to figure this out.

This happens to many people whether they took that poison shot or not.

I eat a spoon of these daily, i also drink them as juice.

Aronia berries (chokeberries) are considered a superfood due to their high antioxidant content, which helps protect cells from damage and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and certain cancers.

These berries also provide fiber and essential vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and manganese, supporting overall health by boosting the immune system, improving digestive health, and potentially reducing inflammation.

Antioxidant Powerhouse

Fights Free Radicals: Aronia berries are packed with antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins and polyphenols, which combat free radicals that can cause cellular damage and contribute to chronic diseases.

Anti-Aging Properties: The antioxidants in aronia berries help protect the skin from external factors like pollution, smoke, and UV radiation, which can lead to signs of aging.

Heart Health

Improves Cholesterol: Studies suggest that the polyphenols in aronia berries can help improve cholesterol profiles, contributing to better heart health.

Combats High Blood Pressure: The berries' anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects may also help reduce the risk of high blood pressure.

Cancer Prevention

Anti-Carcinogenic Effects: Research indicates that aronia berries may offer protection against certain types of cancer, such as colon and breast cancer.

Immune System Support

Immune Boost: The rich antioxidant and vitamin content in aronia berries helps to strengthen the immune system, potentially reducing the occurrence of colds and flu.

Digestive and Organ Health

Supports Digestion: The fiber in aronia berries is crucial for maintaining good digestive health.

Liver Protection: The high concentration of antioxidants, especially anthocyanins, can help protect the liver from damage.

Nutritional Value

Rich in Vitamins and Minerals: Aronia berries contain significant amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and manganese, along with other beneficial minerals.

How to Incorporate Aronia Berries into Your Diet

Add fresh aronia berries to juices, jams, and syrups.

Include them in meat processing to add a nutritional boost.

Consume them as a supplement to gain their health benefits.

Wear a bunnysuit while slurping them

Best advice is to stay away from people who have infectious diseases. They cough all the time. They make others sick.

Sleeping well helps the immune system a lot, but not getting sick is by far the most effective.

The best thing to do is see a doctor.  Until you find out the cause of this and address it, trying to just treat the symptoms is a failing effort.

Or alternatively build up your immune system by going about your daily life without worrying about people coughing.

Do you still wear a mask?

Try to cut back on or at least be careful with Chinese food. I've found Chinese restaurants, Chinese delivery drivers, and Chinese massage parlors (especially galleria massage parlors) are very dirty. They are always snorting, clearing their throats, and coughing a ton.

You need a lot more fresh fruit and vegetables. I had a diet similar to you for years, and I was sick constantly. I could not stand it anymore so I went to the doctor. She told me to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. Frozen veggies are easy and convenient. I mostly put some organic olive oil over them. Changing your diet is the most important, but I also recommend these supplements:

- vitamin d3
- magnesium biglycinate
- fish oil
- fiber (I take pills dails with fiber sources that are good for the beneficial gut bacteria)
- cranberry pills
- garlic pills
- creatine pills

other super foods to add to your diet:

- berries
- nuts
- chia seeds (preferably soaked)
- raw cocoa nibs
- salmon and other fatty fish

Now, I am rarely sick and it is so worth it. Yes, my food got a bit more expensive but I also have increased energy through out the day from eating better "fuel".

There's a bunch of peptides and research chems supposed to help the immune system but most won't go there.

From the common supps, from my "research" LOL, Zinc seems to be one of the only things shown to reduce the duration of colds for example. But it has to be taken at high dose at the very start of symptoms and you shouldn't do these higher doses more than few days.

Vitamin D of course. I'm waiting on results from my own labs to see where I should go as far as supps. I was taking 17K a day for a while. I have seen some suggest juicers may need more than average people to levels up, some suggested a minimum of 10K a day. Some experts suggest testing is mandatory if you take more than 4K a day. Many say 10K is 'generally' safe as that is what the body produces if you go out in the sun every day.

Note the dose

Aren't RDAs a minimum though?  Not the optimum - I'm thinking Linus Pauling (Vit-C) etc. (No, I can't be bothered to Google LOL)

I was prescribed something like 10,000IU a day for (I think maybe) 2 weeks when my levels were low last Winter - the bones of my feet were hurting in the morning when I walked up and down stairs - it totally fixed it and I've occasionally taken them ever since (see below)

5000iu is recommended.

Not more than that though.

I've got 4000IU gel-caps I take randomly, using the Weider Vitamin Confusion Protocol[TM]  ;D

You can get 50,000IU or even 200,000IU caps also to quickly correct a deficiency and since it's fat soluble you are then covered for a longer period. My 17K caps for example said 1 cap every 3 weeks. Some have argued that infrequent high doses are bad because there's an inevitable abnormal high peak. But everything is guesswork unless you get tested. One bb coach says he needs 30,000 a day for good levels and another pro said the same. I'm waiting on my own labs, don't want to overdose either 8)

Ignore the other guys.

Are you around kids?  Do you have toddlers at home?  Do you take public transportation?  Do you work at a school or church?  Do you work in a busy office?

If the answer to these questions is "no," and you're catching colds out of nowhere all the damn time, then you could have a serious illness that needs medical attention.  It sounds like an inflammation disorder, which means that it could be anything -- autoimmune, a mold allergy, cancer, liver dysfunction, whatever.  Get yourself checked out.

If you're around kids or work around lots of other people, what you're describing is pretty normal.  When my kids were 1-4 years old they were sick every other month, and the whole house usually caught it.  Sucks, but you get used to it eventually.

I dealt with canker sores most of my life.  Fucking miserable.  Brought on by stress, certain foods, not enough rest, whatever.  Around 7 or 8 years ago one popped up the morning of a dental visit.  The hygienist recommended that I start supplementing with L-Lysine.  I took her advices and honestly since then, I haven't had a canker sore.  Not only that, but in that same time frame I haven't really had a cold or anything save for two bouts of covid.  One in 2021 and one in 2024.  I buy the Nutricost brand from Amazon and take 1000mg's daily.  It's $20-25 and that one bottle lasts me 250 days.  Just a suggestion.

Best things you can do are: (1) Avoid sick people, (2) wash your hands before touching food, and (3) take zinc lozenges if you feel a cold coming on.

They say to try not to instinctively touch your nose during the day as that is how it often transfers. I saw someone used hand sanitizer around his nostrils too a few times a day :D

I just remembered that melatonin has been explored as an early treatment as well a longer term treatment against 'long' Covid. Some hype the Methylene Blue as well, another strong antioxidant. I perhaps should have a home "med kit" for "emergencies" with high dose melatonin, high dose zinc and Methylene Blue to be taken at first sign of illness. I'm already taking a freakin' 100mg dose of melatonin nightly with Methylene Blue for a few days more since my pancreas is protesting ATM.

The hygienist recommended that I start supplementing with L-Lysine.  I took her advices and honestly since then, I haven't had a canker sore.

I just remembered that, conversely, arginine might cause for example herpes flareups, and lysine was sort of the antidote. From memory. But arginine is supposedly good when recovering from surgeries along with zinc to improve wound healing and so on.

Try a 4-strain Probiotic.

Having digestive issues can aggravate allergies and weaken the immune system.

Perhaps also try lactose free milk as well and avoid whey protein.

If one is interested in becoming healthier then reading and living Ajonus Vonderplanitz books may help.
Such food is very pricey so tread with care.

Stay away from medicine and supplements at all cost - the procedure of making such is related to lots of chemicals.

How about we ignore YOU? Everyone's advice was helpful and sane. Your advice screams paranoia. So your opinion is that he has cancer because he gets sick frequently? Or is his liver failing on top of his possible cancer?? If your kids were sick every other month, that's NOT normal. Based on your own advice, sounds like your home must have been ridden with deadly toxic mold and your whole family may have been suffering from liver dysfunction.

I was also taking lactic acid bacteria in pill form daily. The general consensus is that this is healthy. Just a small dosage makes me poop about 4 times per day, perhaps healthy, but I stopped taking them because I don't like to shit in the supermarket or whatever it is inconvenient at that daily frequency.

Use the dog food aisle if you need to go, stay away from the fresh produce.

Had to look up canker sores as it sounded bad - in the UK we tend to call them mouth-ulcers. Glad it's sorted

What always amazed me when I thought about it is all of the raw-dogging I did and I never got anything from it - took multiple tests when I met my Wife (she insisted) and it came back clear.  I thought it was luck, but now I realise it must have been the L-Lysine in those old-school Weider Anabolic Paks[TM]  ;D

They suck.  But to be clear a canker sore or mouth ulcer is not herpes.  Apparently lysine works on both cankers the the herpes.  I seriously haven't gotten colds since I started taking daily Lysine.

And damage his skin and cause premature aging?

He could take a vitamin D supplement instead.

Some believe it's important for health for the asshole and balls to get some sun too, they never do usually. Google it if you wish to find out more LOL; I did a while back when I saw some references to it. Haven't tried myself. Might increase testosterone?

Seriously though, though I haven't looked it up, sun derived D might be 'better' somehow (?) or at least sunlight has other benefits. In moderation of course. I have always gotten too little sunlight myself.

Get a tri-fold 70's style lawn chair and have it modified with stirrups.  Lie in your birthday suit facing the sun.  I'm sure it will yield positive results.  I'd apply a generous amount of SPF to the cock, balls, scrid and rectal opening.  Imagine a sunburn would not feel too pleasant.   ;D

No need for scrotal protection - back in the '90s my gym had one of those old-school red-hot sunbeds - the kind with the separate special window to really blast your face that's probably been banned now (I can smell it as I type!)

I always went commando - never got a burn - even when the chicken had been freshly plucked!  ;D

"Sunning the taint," or perineum sunning, is a wellness practice involving the exposure of the perineum (the area between the genitals and anus) to sunlight, promoted on social media for various unproven health benefits like increased energy, improved libido, and better sleep. However, dermatologists and medical professionals state there is no scientific evidence to support these claims and warn that it poses significant risks, including sunburn and an increased risk of skin cancer due to the sensitive nature of the area. Safer alternatives for improving health and wellness are available.

Corticosteroids? Definitely, that's why they're taken.

But I know what you're referring to and... yes and no.
