I used to take Olive Leaf Extract a very long time ago. It's supposed to strengthen your immune system.

I recommend drinking Kefir. It's a drinkable yogurt and is a good probiotic that I feel helps with your immune system.

Cut back on sugar (candy).

Try to drink more water.

Hot chicken soup helps.

Not drinking/cutting back alcohol.

I feel cooking your own food helps. Less chance of people's germs getting on your food and you.

I keep my residence clean and clean my bathrooms frequently.

Stay away from drugs/hardcore drugs or IV drugs, ie heroin.

Cut back on cigs and don't vape.

Wash your car.

Stop going out to eat frequently.

More sleep helps. Going to bed at the same time is important.

Hiking out in the fresh, crisp air helps.

Sounds like your guy microbiome could be in bad shape.

You may need to find a holistic doc to figure this out.

This happens to many people whether they took that poison shot or not.

I eat a spoon of these daily, i also drink them as juice.

Aronia berries (chokeberries) are considered a superfood due to their high antioxidant content, which helps protect cells from damage and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and certain cancers.

These berries also provide fiber and essential vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and manganese, supporting overall health by boosting the immune system, improving digestive health, and potentially reducing inflammation.

Antioxidant Powerhouse

Fights Free Radicals: Aronia berries are packed with antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins and polyphenols, which combat free radicals that can cause cellular damage and contribute to chronic diseases.

Anti-Aging Properties: The antioxidants in aronia berries help protect the skin from external factors like pollution, smoke, and UV radiation, which can lead to signs of aging.

Heart Health

Improves Cholesterol: Studies suggest that the polyphenols in aronia berries can help improve cholesterol profiles, contributing to better heart health.

Combats High Blood Pressure: The berries' anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects may also help reduce the risk of high blood pressure.

Cancer Prevention

Anti-Carcinogenic Effects: Research indicates that aronia berries may offer protection against certain types of cancer, such as colon and breast cancer.

Immune System Support

Immune Boost: The rich antioxidant and vitamin content in aronia berries helps to strengthen the immune system, potentially reducing the occurrence of colds and flu.

Digestive and Organ Health

Supports Digestion: The fiber in aronia berries is crucial for maintaining good digestive health.

Liver Protection: The high concentration of antioxidants, especially anthocyanins, can help protect the liver from damage.

Nutritional Value

Rich in Vitamins and Minerals: Aronia berries contain significant amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and manganese, along with other beneficial minerals.

How to Incorporate Aronia Berries into Your Diet

Add fresh aronia berries to juices, jams, and syrups.

Include them in meat processing to add a nutritional boost.

Consume them as a supplement to gain their health benefits.

Wear a bunnysuit while slurping them

Best advice is to stay away from people who have infectious diseases. They cough all the time. They make others sick.

Sleeping well helps the immune system a lot, but not getting sick is by far the most effective.

The best thing to do is see a doctor.  Until you find out the cause of this and address it, trying to just treat the symptoms is a failing effort.

Or alternatively build up your immune system by going about your daily life without worrying about people coughing.

Do you still wear a mask?

Around 37yo i started having rhinitis, that pretty much made feel sick for months on end. Nowadays, before winter, i use bacterial lysates to stimulate my imune system. Does wonders.
