Grape Ape inspired workout
need a change from meathead training ,feel for my age Im strong and big enough so
Squats 5 by 5
then to
Assault Bike to Farmers Walk to AB to Halo-lunge to AB to 1 leg RDL to AB to med ball slams to AB to plank
did that circuit 5 times with 2 minutes rest between
absolute loved it, its hard but just feel its better for overall fitness plus the compound movement at the start

I still likethe concept of push pull legs split training---3 days a week and the other 3 im on the treadmill
if you can come up circuits that somehow focus on those concepts id really appreciate it

Can take a crack at it.
My PT has me doing ankle mobility and foot muscle exercises........it's humbling to be so weak working these things.

I`ll be "training" again next week................have n`t trained since the last week of May 2024........it`s gonna` be wussy. :(

I`ll be so sore it`ll be insane, but I will be glad to be back at it.
I was 192 pounds before surgery...........after surgery I was 129 pounds. :(

No rest circuit (repeat 5x, same cadence as the workout you posted above)
Airdyne 1 min
Kneeling MB push press off wall (push throw from knees falling forward - hopefully MB is bouncy and comes back, if not get closer to wall and pick it up)
Sled push 1 min
Hammer Curl 1 min
Flutter kick 1 min
Alternating shoulder tap plank 1 min...
