now these r wat delts really look like...they look as big as ruhl or levrones..look at those striations....i think coleman also has some esiclene or synthol..i don't care if he has them or not....COLEMAN RULZ

My buddy was voted by Flex Magazine as having the best delts in history. These aren't to good a shots but you get the picture. And this was 25+ years ago

There's an old pic of Grymko standing in front of Gold's gym wearing a black Gold's t-shirt and he looks freakin unbelievably wide! I haven't seen that pic in a long time. If anyone can post it, you'll see what onlyme is talking about.

That is probably the best picture of coleman i have ever seen. Awesome physique overall no dout, but that picture is when he was at his best. I'm guessing 96 (ish).

its from 1999. Despite what ND says, 1996 was not his best overall physique. He was ripped (but his quads lacked deep cuts but had striations), but in 98/99 he was just as ripped but also had more thickness, size and fullness. HIs quads were deeply etched.
I prefer the deep etched look to the smoother but striated look.

Put 1996 Coleman under that lighting at the Grand Prix and he would look just as impressive !! anyway Coleman has some sick delts , this is what prevents his side-chest from being better than it can !!

yea right! no synthol just watch him work out. they flex very naturally.

the guy's a freak okay? just because you have a few huge bodyparts it doesn't mean synthol. if there was synthol there why do his biceps and delts look so round? next thing you're gonna say is that there's synthol in his chest because NOBODY can match his chest thickness. especially the upper chest. Dorian said about Ruhl in the 04 ASC he had incredible upper chest deltoid development.

I agree , his stomach is small & tight , flat as a board and his chest his full and striated , his quads look great striated .

I agree somewhat. Maybe i'm looking at that 99 pic and being fed inspiration. That physique is more 'supermarket' standard, if you know what i mean. i.e. you would'nt be THAT suprised, to see a physique of that standard waking around a major city supermarket.
The other pictures on the other hand. Huge and cut, no dout, but its not a day to day livable body imo.

Onlyme is on the money here. There is a pic ( I'll try to find it over on IronAge ) of Pete in a line up standing in front of Danny Padilla and Robby Robinson, they are being judged on a side view.
Pete looks ultra Massive and every bit 260 ++, he was a freak.

I have some old bodybuilding mags from the late 70's that have some articles on him ...he discusses his steroid usage ...back then as a kid I hadn't even herd of that stuff....I didn't know what the hell he was talk'n about....if I remember right the article was about a universty that wanted to study him and his drug usage .I recall seeing pics of Pete some time later....he looked like he had never touch a weight in his life....crazy.

Yep his roid usage was legendary. Well he is paying for it now. He is much better and helathier but he did go through allot of shit. Like I said you look at him now and besides having vascualr arms and trim he doesn't look anything even close to what he did.

thats what I was wondering. I know I will get flamed by all the haters, but I honestly think that Ronnie has some of the greatest delts EVER because of not just their shape, but their definition!!

Its the same thing going on with flex wheeler. He had crazy striations when he was younger but then they disapeared when he put on the mass.
