Don't get me started :o , I blew my back out many , many years ago doing some dumb stuff in the gym and it was dumb then and I KNOW that all too well LOL :D :D :D

Why do sooooo many of us guys, do dumb "too heavy" crappy form things when we are young??? I swear you never see a female doing anything that retarded ::)
