Title: Rhino....very serious question....no joke
Post by: Vince G, CSN MFT on May 24, 2006, 03:47:43 PM
I just contacted the NABBA office and they have no record of you winning the NABBA US Show.  Honestly they didn't have not any records to be exact as to the competitors or day of the event.  I'm sure you won the show a few years ago but I cannot fathom as to why there is no records of it.

Could you post a picture of the trophy with the date or let me know where I can find the information needed????  Thanks

Vince, good use of your time.

Next, I suggest cardio, therapy, or perhaps GED study.

Carry on!

No, I know he won the NABBA North America but I couldn't find any details on the competitors or anything.  Very strange but I think I know why.  I believe there was some dispute regarding ownership of the name and the records had got lost.

The year was 1997.  Minimum wage was $4.75, which ironically, is what you still earn per hour with Labor pool, right?

I believe you.  I don't know why people don't believe you.  Oh yeah, this:

The other year it was an April Fools day joke but this one is the real deal this time.  Someone pointed out my post from last year when I was doing security work for the Falcons and although I wasn't hired by them, it was one of the key reasons as to landing the spot because one of the folks there gave me a hook-up.

Now as far as being an assistant trainer, of course its an assistant trainer position.  You can't just come off the street and simply be the HEAD TRAINER UNLESS YOU STARTED AS AN ASSISTANT TRAINER!!  Come on folks, lets be serious.  I would let everyone know what team I'll be working for but some of you folks will problably call them up and bug the hell out of them or try to get me fired or something.

Although I'll be taking a significantly less as the position only pays a measily 20K a year and will problably be doing a lot of the grunt work (stacking weights, cleaning equipment, etc), ITS THE NFL  !!! and  its an opportunity to learn a lot and to either move up the ladder or re-start a new consulting business after a few years with some impressive credentials.  Besides, it'll be a pretty cool position and I'll get to travel to all the games and work on the sidelines.  Plus since my room and bed plus meals are paid for, I'll be able to save up a lot of money.  Besides, I'll also be at all the teams events and parties.

So to all you haters out there, kiss my ass.

Pollen Nation.

Athletes will commonly do whatever it takes to win- and that sometimes includes breaking the rules of the game. For top athletes, that often means "juicing", or using steroids to gain a competitive advantage

Following in the footsteps of the great scientist-turned-rat Victor Conte, super-pharmacist Vince Goodrum, C.S.N. (Cock Sucking Nobody) has developed a new chemical compound which is taking the competitive world by storm: Bee Pollen.

Recovering in a hospital bed from hundreds of bee stings received when "Some no good kids threw rocks at the bees nest in my backyard", Vince noticed his body was starting to change. Little bumps everywhere. Added size. While doctors and educated 'college folk' people told him the swelling was a result of poison from the bee stingers, Vince knew better. He realized there must be something 'anabolic' about the bee stingers. So he got to work.

Shortly after skipping out on his hospital bill, Vintage Vince visited every McDonalds in his hometown of Asheville, NC. Vince was looking for his 'honey'. A veteran of the fast-food game, Vince knew they had to give you several packets of honey or syrup for each order of hotcakes you purchased. Showing dedication not seen since a King Kamali post-contest binge, Vince ate hotcakes every morning for 17 months, hoarding the honey packets in his pickup truck while suffering through the consumption of tens of thousands of hotcakes with only butter- no syrup or honey.

Vince sacrificed. But it was worth it. By early 2004, The back of Vince's 82 Chevy contained four trash bags, chuck full of McDonalds honey packets.  A careful manufacturing process involved emptying the McDonalds packets into Ziploc baggies and adding salt to preserve their anabolic nature. He was ready.

Next, Vince hit every flea market on the East Coast, peddling this concoction. Along the way, he made friends and enemies. His product’s success resulting in A young Judi Barton going out of business, and her eventual suicide. Her customer base was destroyed faster than a Nicholls athlete’s kidney, and her Jaguar Ponzi scheme evaporated.

But Vince made friends, too. IFBB welcome mat/runner-up Guy Grundy met Vince at an Atlanta swap meet and the two became lifelong friends. They will even role-play on the internet as sworn enemies before engaging in a little mano-y-mano action in the bedroom. What most would consider an internet fued, they consider foreplay.

Today, Vince Goodbum stands at the edge of the future. His bee pollen is taking the sports world by storm.  It’s the ‘Clear’ of 2005. Vince will be posting new pics, once they get back from One-Year-Photo, where he dropped off his film in early March, 2005.  Until then, all we can do it wait. Make us proud, Vince!!

I don't want your money, but if you compete this year, I bet you won't place any higher than last.

We're all smart enough to know that a lot of contests have incomplete classes, so "Top 5" in a division with only 4 participants means nothing.

For the show I attended last year, most of the classes only had 2 to 5 competitors.  Then there was the over 40 and over 50 class, which only had 2 guys per class.  So top 5 isn't really a big deal if there are only 5 guys in your class.

My buddy won his heavy weight class a few Years ago, NPC open.  He looks AMAZING. I mean, genetics that well, make us all look like slobs.

I cant see how much you could of improved from those old pics. Your lacking SERIOUS musclarity to even DREAM of competing in the heavies..the only negative i see in some heavyweight classes is they sometimes come in soft, and not in great shape. Middle weight is usually the toughest class imho..I cant believe it! Hey, Alexx is 240 lbs right now, he wants to compete and says hes in contest shape, so maybe you guys can both so a show together, enter the Heavy weight class!!

I cant wait to see Vince's Comp pictures and pro bodybuilding type excuses why he placed where he did.
i feel the following will be this years excuses....

-he got confused about 'shitloading" and ate cheeseburgers and ice cream for the entire 12 weeks then ate clean the last 24 hours

-he got a tainted batch of bee pollen which mircuolously made him hold 30lbs of water and ate all his muscle

-his cell tech didnt arrive on time

-he forgot his posing trunks in the hamper at the shelter he lives in so he had to stop by K-Mart and pick up some fruit of the looms to wear on stage

-a supplement company is offering him a contract and will pay him for the rights to use his contest photos as the before pics so he had to stop training and dieting 2 weeks out

-his Tony Little Ecliptical and chuck Norris total Gym broke a month out so he couldnt train or do cardio

-he really believed that box of marshmallow scmores nutritional label that said 2 "net carbs" grams per serving.

-his trainer fucked up

-his nutritionist fucked up

-his cousin broke up with him and left him for another woman

-the judges were racist

-he wasnt managed by JMP

-he got a bogus batch of steroids...oops he is natural

-he got pulled over by the cops for speeding on the way to the show doing 140 miles per hour in his Saturn and didnt make it to the show on time to properly pump and oil up

-they saw his nipples and mistakenly entered him into the figure class

- we are all haters and he will show us next time

-someone spiked his chicken and veggies for donuts and beer

and last but not least

-he most likely overslept as a result of all the above

Could you post a picture of the trophy with the date or let me know where I can find the information needed????  Thanks

Any NPC, INBF, or just for humor PDI sanctioned event either junior division where I last competed or open division.

Division is not really up to me as it depends on the weigh-in.

What's this about unopposed??  How would I know who's all going to be in a division???  In any case I'd seriously doubt the shows I'll be doing will be unopposed.

It's quite obvious that Rhino shouldn't be a pro.

He sneaks into the PDI, big deal. They need athletes.

Regarding your physique, If you're gonna diet down: it's not Mr Ethiopia. You still need muscle.

Probably because as incredible and unheard of it may seems, Melvincent Goodrum is probably right this time.

I checked "our friend" musclememory.com, timfogarty's website for Rhino's contest record last night, I was curious on his former placings. The only contest recorded is a third place in a class at a NABBA contest in 1997.

But RHINO could probably explain this.

Last year's winners:

Thirty-five-year-old Marzell Penix of Danville, KY was the unanimous choice of the judges for the lightheavyweight class win and entered into the final comparisons and pose down of the class winners and took the majority of first place votes from the judges for the overall title.

Vince, do you think you can hold your own on stage with guys like this?

240, what do you think about the legitimacy of RHINO's pro status?

From what I understand, he won his class at a NAABA event.  This meets the criteria of the PDI's standards for pro card issuance.  Wayne met him and invited him to join the PDI and he accepted.

He has not met the requirements for the IFBB.  But he has met them for the PDI.  He's a big guy and if he is out of his league next to Priest and Taylor, he will not earn prize money or titles.   If he can hang with them onstage, he will earn money and titles.

IMO, after the initial adjustment period, fans won't care how the guys got there.  It'll be more about "will X outmuscle Y, will A come in ebtter conditioned than B"?  Same with how many new fans have no clue how Ronnie, Branch, Bob Chic, or other worthy pro show winners earned their pro status.

I will say it again, because something is not on the internet, that means it does not exist? The so called "experts" can't see that there is another step in going from local show-to the World Championships. You have to win a national show to be considered to compete, and represent the USA, in a world event for Nabba.

Vince, you are more than welcome to come compete against me on sept. 16th, oh wait-you are not qualified....sorry.

be happy for him..................... ....(the fact that he has placed/won overalls in big shows is icing on the cake)

I'd call Vince a tool but that would mean he has a use. Calling out someone like Jack while in possession of Vince's credentials is one of the stupidest things I have seen and if he didn't provide so much comic relief, I think he should be removed from the board. It is getting old Vince.

Jack, I'm surprised you even answer some of these stupid threads.  Guys, Wayne accepted Jack as a pro...end of story.  Even some IFBB pros were granted status.  Remember, there will be lots more PDI pros than Vinni, Jack and I on this thread, Lee and Vince, and the numerous European pros announced so far.  Its just the beginning.

Vince G, I am very excited to see your new photos.  Post some up pre-contest.

Maybe even start a contest prep thread to show your progress and get feedback.  I do hope with your last showing that you consider a 12-15 week diet plan though.  Even though you had set backs the weekend of your show, you know you were not in contest shape at all beforehand.  Even with some of the dumb posts you start, I still wish you well.  When is the show?

I have to say that Vince's new found mass and balanced muscularity will easily dominate when he decides he want to compete.  The shades are a nice touch as they highlight his celebrity like presence.  Overall I think he'll dominate his next show with first place votes.  If a picture is worth a thousand words, this one just rewrote bodybuilding as we know it.

The guys at least 5'10" so I predict he'll at least be at the heavyweight limit and come in around 224 shredded beyond belief and drier than the Sahara desert.  This guy will be so peeled at 224 that he'll redefine conditioning for the next generation of bodybuilders.  Wait until he moves up to the Super's the year after at about 245-250.... I haven't used steroids, only pro-hormones and I haven't used those since 2001.  I quit using them after I stopped working as a correctional officer.   I have used "The Magic Stick" however its wasn't a steroid as well.  I have always considered using them and I was at a point where I had a bottle of homemade tren sitting on my desk.  However I never used it and got rid of it.

I am much bigger and leaner now but its really thanks to some hard training, better supplements, and much less aerobic activity.  I only do 40 minutes a day 4 days a week right now and will add  another session of 30 minutes however it will be in the morning on an empty stomach.

Basically, the difference is that I'm paying my dues and I training to win regardless of what everyone else thinks.

Division, you don't know jack squat about "The Magic Stick" or the Fina deal at all.

First off, "The Magic Stick" is not Fina.  Number two, I never had a problem with securing a distributor who sold  Fina as its commercially available and would have made a great addition to my vet supplies.  It was a matter of asswipes like you who run off at the mouth and talk too much as though the Feds don't monitor these websites.

As far as the Fina now mixed with estradiol, psst..that's easy to get rid of.  Its just a matter of freezing and filtering.  Something I will not teach you folks about since using and making steroids are illegal.  You folks need to exercise and drinking Cell-Tech like the rest of the IFBB Pro's.

Sorry I have not been around lately but here's why.
I've recently been hired by an NFL football team as a trainer and I will no longer be able to run my business.

P.S.  This also means I will definately not be competing in the Metrolina.

Vince, why did you really back out of the Metrolina?

It really depends.  It doesn't appear that I'll be in the heavies and will end up in the light heavies.  The middleweight division was a spot I never should have been in.  When I weighed in I was at 190 pounds however because of falling asleep and forgetting to carb up, I ended up being 183 thus throwing me into that division.  If I did everything right, I would have been close to general weight of 200 pounds if not above.  Then when I tried to take some carbs to compensate about an hour before the show, it made things worse because there was no time for the glycogen to get into the muscles but left me pretty bloated.  I could have simply dropped out and said I was injured but I've never walked out of a competition.  I got on stage and took my medicine like a man.  After the morning show, I went to Friday's and had a big steak and some potatoes to get jacked back up.  The night show, I did look much better and I got the crowd pumped up when I did my routine at the night show.

I thought I was a complete dum-ass for the mistakes I made which I was but I did read in Arnold's Book of Modern Encyclopedia that another competitor did something similar to what I did.  Look what happenned to Mike Morris at the Olympia or Ed Corney.  Everyone who competes will fuck up one time or another at a show.  Some will cluster-fuck up a show like I did.  Point is I learned from my mistakes in 2004 and have moved on.

Rhino, I didn't call in questions to your credentials until I didn't get any info from the NABBA.  Even with that being said, why were competing in the amateur NABBA events  rather than the NABBA Pro-Universe???? You basically were still competing in amateur events and that's why I had to check and see, bro.

Problem is you need depleted muscles to carb up in the first place.  You can't carb up fat cells.  The only way Sam I Am is going to carb up 17 lbs in one day is to duct tape a couple of watermelons to his back.

I actually remember that thread.  I destroyed the Mayhem Pound, got Deltimissus banned from the board, ran off Zach_G 85 after getting fudge-packing jokes, took out Tampa, Owned Chad Mower.  Eventually the thread just self-destructed.  Brings back good memories.

I'm problably the only person who's owned an entire discussion board in one big swat.

All I did was simply tell Massive G to keep the thread running and not delete it because I knew that once they got tired of bashing me that they would all turn on themselves.  I simply put two post up to strike the match and sat back and watched the whole thing unfold laughing my ass off.  I told Massive what was going to happen and that was that.  Sometimes its better to duck an opponent when he's swinging and let him wear himself out.

You got trashed like a cheap whore in that thread.  Why you're passing it off as a victory is another example of you owning yourself.  All one has to do is click the link.   Milly, 'da thinker and Delt are your daddies.  Zach didn't leave the board until May of that year, so no, you didn't run anyone off.  There's also no record of you making any "fudge-packing jokes."  This whole charade of claiming to "own" someone when you don't is for some whacked-out reason, your favorite game.  You did the same crap with Grundy and Mason and wound up owning yourself.
That picture of you is the exact same one you posted which, coincidentally, is the only pic you posted from that show.  If it's not, than post the "real" one.  Judging by this thread on Mayhem: http://www.musclemayhem.com/forums/showthread.php?p=692792#post692792 (http://www.musclemayhem.com/forums/showthread.php?p=692792#post692792), claiming others photoshop your pics when they clearly don't is a favorite tactic of yours.  'da thinker posted all of the other ones and you sent him a PM bewailing about what a low thing it was for him to do.

This is the show he said he was doing.  Once we found the website, he stopped answering Qs about it.  I think he'll win it.

I'd say his best chance is probably the Mountaineer... It's lost some of it's steam since the Metrolina became a qualifier... I don't know what a fair wager could be because there is no telling how many competitors are going to be in a certain class. Novice or Junior are also going to be the safest route. If he goes open it's just gonna be ugly. Sorry Vince, nothing personal but giving my opinion on your physique from what I have seen it's really quite atrocious (sp). I've been to literally 100's of shows, regional, state, Pro Qualifiers and IFBB shows and you really strike me as one of the many guys that show up and the audience just wonders what the hell was this guy thinking. From the pics of you dieted down I didn't see any muscle at all. I mean, literally, none. I have no idea what your diet or training regimen is but it's obviously not working. When it comes to bodybuiliding Vince the proof is in the pudding. You can't hide behind anything. Your body speaks for itself and you really need to go back to the drawing board and concentrate on building muscle before you attempt to diet down for a show.

Jealousy.

It is jealousy and I think people are particularly jealous of Jack because he is educated and has a great job. The haters don't have their usual trump cards because Jack is smarter, richer and has a better physique than them.

Thanks man, the people who know me, and who have gotten to know me here on getbig, they are behind me. Shit, even sarcasm is cool now, I got crazy with some people early on, but now I get it, not everyone is gonna have your back. I have plenty that are. I have protection from the squad when i need it...People know I actually care.

Has anyone on this board ever met Vince in person? Just curious to know. Sometimes people on here behave much differently than they would in person. I guess no matter how much time goes by, I can't believe how aggressive he is towards pros and anyone else that "calls him out". I also can't believe he posts pics like that and then tells stories like he does to "explain them"

By the way a 17 pound carb up is humanly impossible unless you weigh about 1000 lbs or so.

To put your name on a shirt would legitimize you to an extent, Vince.  It would be like you were on Rhino's level.  And you are not.

He is a PDI pro and you have not placed in a local contest.  He will be onstage at the NOC, trying to crack the top 3 (or more) against the likes of Priest, Taylor, and a few other big names, along with some symmetrical wonders like Vinny and Frey.

Vince, I'm sorry, but you're not important enough to put on a t-shirt.  I hope this hasn't been too traumatic, but come on... I know Jack London. And you're no Jack London.

Seriously though, has ANYONE on the board ever met the guy? I mean I know guys at my gym that know him by name and think he is an absolute fool for what he does here. Getbig is more popular than one might think. I was just wondering how it is, (if he is like this in person of course) this man gets through life daily without pissing someone off to the point of homicide.

I work with a lot of ppl from the boards.  I get on the phone with Ron and I'm not the 240 prick persona, I'm asking him for parenting advice. I get on the phone with other guys and I'm picking their brains for investment advice and they're asking me about the SW FL real estate market.  It's pretty easy to turn off your internet persona - your escape from everyday work - and get down to business.  Anyone who has worked with me will probably attest to this- nothing like 240 on the phone or in person.

However, I don't think Vince has that ability.  I think the illusions of competition grandeur extend to real life.  When he talked about how many tanning applications he did before his show, or how hard his diet was, etc.  Or the monthly scams (i'm quitting my job and selling my company and I work for the Cardinals and I bring gospel from the IFBB and blah blah...)  Vince in dead serious, and believes this stuff.  I'm thinking that is Vince in real life, too.

Thanks for your advice and you are correct......in 2004 which is what you are basing your assessment on.  At the time, I still was coming into my physique which is why I took an extra year off to build more muscle mass.  The january picture isn't great but I wanted to show everyone how much size I put on arms which are actually my weak parts due to my quads and calves being much larger.

As far as whether it will be junior or open depends.  If there isn't that many people in the junior division, I'll move to open.  When I compete, I want to COMPETE, not get handed a trophy for showing up.  But we'll see what happens.  I will say that the person that will show up will not be the person in those infamous pictures.  I'm going get the dues paid

Vince does his labor pool jobs, in which he is surrounded by the unskilled, ex-cons and mentally handicapped people, and possibly illegals.  Not flaming, but this is the truth about Labor Pool/Manpower.   At this job, ppl probably buy that Vince is a Bber and nutritional guru.

Vince sells supplements at flea markets on weekends.  If ppl think he's crazy, they can walk away form his table and avoid his corridor the next time.

Vince (sometimes) goes to the gym.  There probably lies the most interaction which could lead to conflict.  Imagine him pulling out his CSN, MFT credentials and telling a top local competitor about the "RIGHT" way to carb up or what baker's yeast products will outperform the guys test/deca cocktail.  Begging for a black eye.  I'm guessing that "car accident" alibi was another way to put "locker room advice gone terribly wrong".

I don't work for a temp agency, I do light security work on the side for a security company.  Doing shows is expensive and if I can collect a few hundred bucks a day doing relatively nothing then I'll do it.  Most of the time when I'm doing it I'm working on an article or posting up here as I have a laptop with wireless cellular high speed access.  Basically, I'm doing two jobs at once and getting paid for it.

Yes I sell supplements at the flea market but I wouldn't sell them out there if I wasn't making good money.  That's what running a business is all about.

And I do go to the gym 5 days a week but when I can't get to the gym, I can train at home with my home equipment.  I don't have to chase after clients, they usually come up to me.  I'll chat with them and hand them a business card afterwards.

Say what you want about my business but its been going strong since 2001 and gets better each year.  Tell me how your business is doing after 5 years 240...

A bit of advice.  FInd out what contest has no one is your class.  The judges will probably still give you third even if you are the only competitor but at least you tell everyone you took a top 3.  Also, yu should try maybe entering a local Special Olympic competition.  They have weightlifting now and maybe you can crack the top five in that, but taking into account there are only 5 guys in your class.

And please tell us you aren't spending your social security check on roids.  They are not helping.  Invest your money into Bee farms or something.  BB, ain't your bag.  Just like mine isn't promoting ab machines.  I realize it and you need to realize BB isn't your bag.

For starters you need to redo your website and not showcase just fitness related sites you've done.  You need to market to other venues as well so put some of the other non-fitness related sites up as well.  Also get rid of the "specializes in fitness websites".  It's pretty much telling everyone that if you're not in the fitness business, then find someone else.  You have to be the Jack of all Trades and not just one.  If you visit my website, you can get Kynoselen and Vasapro Ephedrine but you can also purchase senior citizen products like garlic tablets and Norweigen Cod Liver Oil.

Also, if you're going to run a business, how about listing a toll-free number for people to contact you.  You're losing a lot of money right now not having one.  Some people like to hear a human voice before making a purchase.  My toll free number routes my customers to my personal cell in which I can take an order even when I'm out on the road.  Very cheap to do, pal

Also, your e-commerce section needs to service more than just Paypal.  Most business such as mine uses an actual merchant account and does not rely on Paypal.  You need to add merchant account e-commerce solution and if you already do, then give a description.  If you don't have it, then a small investment in developer ecommerce software is all you need and that doesn't cost much.  Lift Studios uses Cubecart for his clients which gives his clients maximum flexability.  The design matrix is very easy to do as well.  I use Cubecart as well and people can pay directly or use paypal as well.  I also maintain the good old fashioned postal order forms as well.

Finally, get rid of the ad for selling your laptop computer.  Looks very cheesy and no-one give a shit if it was designed by an MBA.  If you want to sell it, then put it on Ebay.

I could go on but mainly you need more flexability in your services especially since this is the only work you do now.

Vince, I appreciate your advice.  And I continually re-evaluate my business model and adjust my skillset to meet when I ascertain to be future client demand based on current trends.

www.300website.com is my niche business, Vince.  It's $300 for a complete site, usually built in less than a week, and I operate with zero overhead.  Three computers at one big desk/recliner.  One big backup server. One bookshelf.

Vince, there are 2 ways to make profit: reduce inputs, or increase outputs.  A 800 number, multiple ecomm systems, multiple niches, ann hurt the numbers right now.  I have no overhead- why jack that up?  When I need to, I will.  But I have a 2 week waiting list right now and I don't spend a penny on advertising.

And I know ya hate the MBA, man... but it's a HUGE advantage in the market.  I don't build pretty artsy sites. I build sites to increase my clients' bottom lines.  I ask them their market, their competitors, their niche, and I help them compete.  For $300, they get a website, but also all the wisdom thye'd like from an MBA who spends all day working with small businesses.

I stay in the fitness industry cause I know it, man.  My clients get a sweet site fast and thye get it cheap. :)

Some of that advice is good but the payment options thing is possibly unnecessary.  Using cc verification isn't all that common or asked for in the web design business.  Generally cheque, bank transfer (very popular) will cut it.  I do agree that paypal is really low class though.  (You're not running an ebay store after all 240).

Expanding to do other types of sites is good but its at the tradeoff of coming across as not a fitness site specialist.  I don't know which idea would be better but 240 I suggest you build two different web design company sites.  Then when people come they can choose your fitness specialist sites page or your general one.  That is probably the better way of handling things.  I know guys who trade under loads of names depending on the aspect of design they are doing (mostly porn actually).

If I were you I would get a general 300$ website page up with plenty of examples of your work and then test the waters with ebay.  You may attract some interest if you write a good copy and have plenty of testimonial evidence.  I don't know, I'm sure there are others involved in that though.

I don't hate your MBA because my field of work is in health & fitness so I don't need one.  And offering a proper e-commerce solution like Cubecart or OScommerce is free so there's no money issue.  A toll free number is cheap and available thanks to Kall8 but even putting your personal or cell number is better than nothing

When I started my business, I only did nutritional consulting and personal training.  I didn't have any overhead at all but you don't want to solely depend on a one trick pony to pay your bills.  The money is flowing in right now 240, even I've paid for your services but eventually its going to wind down when the demand is met and you'll need to find additional avenues.  You make your entire living off your business so you'll need to jump on it sooner.  You having an MBA should know that already

Take it from someone who's been running his home business for over 5 years.   You have to stay ahead of the game or you'll fall behind which is what you're doing right now.  Having a niche is ok but eventually someone will come along with a 200website.com.

And to add, you still have to watch out for your competition such as Lift Studios who has a much more powerful resume, longer list of clients, and more experience.  What makes your business better than his??? ???

100 dollars is 200 dollars less than 300.  And then you would be respnsible for any screwups

My entire sites cost 1/5 of his starter price, I got MSNBC on board the Titus site in a week, Rhino just got signed with a new supp company/MD/MMag shoot, my industry client list is actually longer that LIFT's, and if you really wanna compare the quality of work, I'm pretttty damn close ;)

I don't know his resume, but if he has his MBA, MCP/A+/Net+ certs, AS in networking, and taught computers for several years from grades k to adult, and then some, he's got me beat.

Anyway Vince, I like Lift.  Why you want to bring his name up?  We serve different markets.

1) 300 (my price) - 200 (fictional company's cost) = 100 profit.  And I was joking.  And my clients get unlimited revisions until their site is perfect.  So there are no screwups :)

There are companies who will design sites for $5, $50, $500, and $5000, Vince.  Obviously $300 is not the lowest price around.  But, I feel it's a great price for the combination of customizable websites, business acumen, and industry knowledge that I deliver.

Both of you claim to be the specialist in fitness websites.  But which one of you are better

Who cares, Vince?  We're both going to say that we believe ourselves to be the superior web designer.  The public can decide from whom to buy.
