That is Kurt, aka Animal and the guy is 100 percent lifetime natural!

He is on the OCB forum and I have been following his progress for a while now.  He is the strongest natural that I have seen.  When I am his age, I plan to be where he is.

He impresses more than about anyone I have seen.

Yah I`ll do that.  However, you would certainly exhaust yourself trying to follow his diets.  He is a bit extreme eating 10 meals a day starting at 4 or 5 am.

I would really be miserable if I had to live life like that.

Great motivation to go back on doing deadlifts again. Unfortunately the gym I'm at hasn't a good spot for doing this.  :(

I actually could probably do that.  I sleep 5 hours a night, and take a daily 2 hour nap.  :)  And I have all the food prep time and okay money to afford lots of food. I guess it's jsut laziness and lack of nutritional knowledge that has me munching on chex and M&Ms right now.

I would rather use the simplest and most effective way.  Kurt is a little on the extreme side and it really does not have to be that way.

If you would, hit me with both.  you're doing incredible as a natural.  I have the drive to work 6 straight years of FT school, and now, 14 hours a day on web design.  I am sure with a little info on how to eat, I could get equally obsessed with that :)

600 for 3, roughly 650 for 1.  My best if 405 for 10, so maybe 500 for 1.
Translation: Dumb Weight!
Nice job.

If you give that diet to a 120-pound pencilneck, he would gain mass.  If you gave that diet to a 320-pound PLer, he would lose fat.  If you give it to a 220lber, it might be best for stable maintenance.

lol with the amount of carbs in that diet it is clearly meant for a mass phase.
